      I placed an order online today at BJs in ****, **. I didnt it would be a problem with me going inside the store to shop for additional items. I first shopped for the additional items, then proceeded to pick up the item that I ordered online and went to the man to exit the store and provide him with my receipts..The worker asked me if he can check my bag, which I was In shock, not sure if security told him to ask me that the only thing I had in my bag was my personal paperwork my drivers license, and female personal items. Then he asked me was I okay because he wanted me to empty out my bag for him with personal items in my bag. Im not sure what was the worker problem with me, but he personally had some type of issue with me.

      I am waiting on the BJs male worker opportunity to provide an explanation to why he treating me with such disrespect, as if I had BJs items in my personal bag.

      I received a missed call on 9/20 around 5:19 PM from a young man name **** from BJs, **** stated he can be reach at ************, I have been trying to contact **** for three days now, each time I call BJs I have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes.

      Placed an home delivery order on and for 9/15/2024. I didn't pay rent to place the order due to a hold fee on the card. Only to be ROBBED by the delivery service. The entire order was about $430 only items were delivered, four containers of oat milk and vinegar. I have four children in my home with no food. Behind on this month rent due to the inconvenience of the holding charge. BJ's has yet to refund either forms of payment. Also, I need some sort of promotion for the delivery charges. Once the payment is returned, my rent will be a court matter. I can lose custody of my four children due to this situation. I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY!!

      Not sure why it takes so much effort to resolve a simple issue. I ordered a marble with chocolate mousse cake. Picked it up and did not realize it was vanilla with vanilla filling until we cut it. I reached out via chat and was told to email pictures for a refund. I did, then I was told two different things: go to the club by one rep and someone from the club will call you. A young lady from the club called and told me they would refund me for the cake and email me a gift card. Two weeks later, never received either. I reply via email and no one replies.

      I talked to the member on 9/18/24 and told her the digital gift card would be sent to her email on file in 7 to 10 business days. The member will visit the club on 9/21/24 or 9/22/24 to receive her refund to be put back on her original form of payment.

      I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed with BJ's Wholesale. My order, number #*********, was supposed to contain an ice machine, which I urgently needed for a party on September 13th. However, when I received the package on September 11th, I was shocked to find that it contained nothing but a bag of rocks. There was no ice maker in the box.Due to this unexpected situation, I was forced to go out and purchase an ice maker elsewhere to meet the needs of my party. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also led to an additional, unforeseen expense.Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my order. Please let me know the process for initiating this refund at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

      Placed an pick up order on 8/28. I never picked it up, but received an email on August 30th indicating my order was picked up. My credit card was also charged for this order even though I never picked it up. I contacted BJs customer support that same day letting them know the issue. As of September 10th they still have not refunded me for this charge. The error is on their part, and they are taking their time refunding money that I was charged due to their mistake.

      Bj's owes me a gift card for $300 for booking a cruise and was offered a card upon my return. My cruise departed february 24th 2024 on **** 30 days after my return I contacted BJ's travel and they said they resubmitted for card. 2 months later nothing, I submitted for the gift card on thr BJ's site # *******. Never received gift card. BJ's needs to follow thru on the offer of a $300 gift card.

      I got a 50 inch smart tv from bjs wholesale and it was shipped to me with a cracked screen I contacted bjs was told by ***** the superior that when *** picked up the broken tv that my refund would be issued well it was picked up last Thursday got to the warehouse last Friday still no refund I am being told to wait another 72 hrs

      Good evening, I was at Bjs on August 25th 2025. I scanned my Bj's card and asked me if I wanted to renew my account which I did thinking my account was due for renew.I went back into the store to tell them that for some reason when I scanned my Bj's membership card had asked me to renew my account which I did renew it thinking it was my account but instead it was some else's account. I requested to have that renew account refunded to me. The cashier did made the refund but by cancelling my account instead of the account that had just renew. On 09/05, I attempted to make an online purchased and I couldn't get into my account, I called customer service and was told they couldn't help me that I had to go in person.I went back to the store on 09/05 and was told my account has been cancelled and that they couldn't do anything because the account on the receipt from August 25th was only showing the las 4 of the account number.A manager was requested, the manager said he was going to email the person in charge of the accounts to get my account reactivated since the wrong account had been cancel. On September 8th, I went back for grocery shopping but was told my account has been cancelled and that I could get another account but I had to paid $55 which I refused because my account was good until 06/2025 so why would I paid for an account that was cancel by one of your members by mistake. I was able to buy my baby's formula but still with no membership. No one at the store or over the phone were helpful. They all kept saying because there was only 4 numbers showing on the receipt that there was nothing they could do. Someone within that corporation has to have access to the entire account number and be able to do the changes This has been very inconvenience because I have had my baby all 3 times I have went to get a solution on my account. I'm not sure If there is anything you guys can do to help me fix this problem. I have attached receipts. Thank you.

      9/5/2024 ---@10:4200 I recently placed an order for a TV and a soundbar to be delivered,and this was my first time ordering online. When the delivery person arrived, he informed me that the TV order had been canceled and proceeded to deliver only the soundbar. Initially, I was okay with that, until I noticed a $30 tip on the receipt that I did not ************ make matters worse, when I asked the delivery person why the TV order was canceled, he said there were no TVs available at BJ's. I then contacted customer service and spoke with Junior and *****, who informed me that there was no manager on site and that one would return in two days.I called several times afterward, but was repeatedly hung up on,despite remaining calm. After more than two hours on the phone, I still have not received my delivery or a resolution to this issue.I'm trying to stay cordial and i would like to give you guys the opportunity to help me understand how is this ok as a business,Thank you,
