      07/03/2024, I bought eight $25 Ace Hardware Gift through BJ online order. 07/29 in a local ace hardware shop, one of cards was found invalid account after the cashier lady checked 2 times. I called and emailed BJ online order service and gave them the all information asked more than once. However, they refused to email me the case solution 3 times.This fake card was confirmed by different ways after the local ACE store. The custom service lady in a local ******* confirmed the gift card was invalid. She called BJ online service and said that you should refund that card to the customer when we were in the club. After a long time three parties on phone communication, the online order guy still didn't give a clear answer. The lady said that she would be responsible if we bought it from them, but BJ online sale is separated business. Actually, I did balance checking through ace website. Two of cards in the same purchase I used showed $0 balance with the active date and charge records(days and shop code). Only this bad card showed invalid account. Obviously the used card is different from an invalid or bad card. BJ online order sold a bad gift card to me and denied their responsibility. The representatives only wasted my time. They did not work on some easy card examination like other people did, Or for other strange reasons. I think that it is more serious than just $25 card value.

      I feel like BJs uses deceptive prompts at the self checkouts. They currently ask to confirm your name to get you to accidentally double click when it is confirmed and choose to sign up for a credit card. There is no other need to confirm your name. The decline credit card offer is all the way to the left. I can't imagine how many people who are in a hurry sign up for unwanted credit cards.

      Per the attached document, BJ's agreed to refund my membership fee. I never used it and I lived too far away. Since the approval, I have been asked to provide the credit card used and I did. Subsequent requests for updates are always replied with they are looking into it. It has been almost 3 months and I would like to have this escalated to their corporate office. Thanks.

      My rewards are missing. I have not redeemed any rewards since November 4, 2023, and onward. I am missing rewards from 11/ 04/2023 - 07/31/2024. The last time I checked, I had accumulated $88.33, and it all disappeared. When you look at my shopping history from the time frame, you will see I have not redeemed any of the rewards I was supposed to earn since I paid for the 2% cash back membership card. I have been calling Bjs customer service for a week and half with no resolution. Someone emailed and I responded back because the issue was not addressed. Yesterday I called again, the representative said its because I returned items. I said even if I returned 1 or 2 items, I should have still earned rewards for the other stuff I bought and kept, which is a lot, especially from that time frame I mentioned above. I would like the missing rewards to go back to my account or send me a check. Thank you!

      I took out a membership based on a gift card offer. At the end it asked for a card and I thought it was just for renewal. My card was charged. This was July 1st. I called to cancel. I spoke to someone who said a refund was processed. It is now August 2nd and still no refund. I have contacted them multiple times with no resolution. They keep saying they are working on it. I have email correspondence as well as several phone calls.

      I am rejecting this as they have been giving this canned response for days and nothing happens. I was originally told the refund was processed July 3rd. It is now August 5th.

      They offer no explanation for what the issue is. I provided them with the first 6 and last 4 of the card. 

      They aren't doing anything to resolve this.

      I signed up for a bjs credit card and got a membership. Was supposed to have $60 in rewards. My rewards showed they were redeemed in 2 different states. Ive called, emailed numerous times and was told it would get escalated to a dispute department. My first call for that was the 15th. I then called the 26th because I was told the 15th I would have an update in 1-3 days. The man I spoke with the 26th assured me he would reach out to me maximum 3 days. It is now 8/2 and I emailed with no contact. Someone must have my member number and using it and the company does nothing about it.

      On March 22nd, my husband was sent an email that a $55 refund for a shipping package that we weren't allowed to use as described would be credited to our BJ's *********** account and it never was. I made a follow-up on July 10th and the credit team has not fulfilled the request although they stated that they did in March.On Aug 2nd, I made an in-club transaction and the cashier charged me twice for the same item, overcharging me $9.49. I contacted the member care team within 3 hours of the purchase and they told me that this can only be rectified in the store. I called the store that I visited and they claimed that they weren't able to do anything about it unless I physically came into the store within 10 days with the receipt. This was purchased on a store account and I usually can only visit the store once a month. I shouldn't have to waste gas for a mistake that they made on their own store account.

      I received a promotional discount mailer from BJs wholesale. It was allowing me to pay $10 for my one year renewal instead of $55. My card was charged $55. I contacted BJs customer service and I was asked to email a copy of the promotional mailer to them. As per their request, I emailed pictures of the front and back of the promotional mailer. I was told that I would be given a $45 refund. There is no credit on my account on the website and my card was charged $55 and there is no $45 credit in my bank statement either. I emailed them again today, August 1, 2024 and did not hear back from them. I just want my $45 credit .

      I Received an email from ***************** in the businesses corporate office regarding my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I spoke with him on the phone. He assured me that a credit was issued on his end and that I would receive a gift card with the credit. He also told me if for some reason I did not receive it in 2 to 3 weeks I should call him directly and he would immediately take care of it. I am satisfied with his offer To take care of this situation and will call him if I do not receive the gift card in that timeframe.

      confirmation nbr ******* August 2023 Bj's club had a promotion of $10.00 to join their wholesale club which I did using my **** debit card In the year's time I have never shopped at. Bj's. Checking my bank statement on August 1. 2024 Bj's without authorization Bj's withdrew $55. from my checking account. I dont have my checking account on file with ********************** they had no right to take any money out of my account. The most proper thing they should have done was to ask me if I wanted to renew the membership and I would have told them no and they can see I have never used or purchased anything from Bj's. I did call Bj's and they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to refund my money.

      Warranty on tire purchase. BJs is contractually obligated. Manager of tire refused to honor warranty and was combative. Will litigate in small claims court if company fails to honor its obligations
