Been chatting with the Bjs rep online and even called this morning regarding of the refund status but getting the different answers.       on 07/27/2023 Someone stole my Bj's rewards and used in *******. i contacted BJ's on 07/29/2023 informing this is fraud and I need a new Membership card along with my rewards of $115.94. I have called several times and still no resolution in reagrds to my credit card rewards. Spoke with ***** today who stated the department can't be contacted by Phone and no information. I want Bj's to provider me with a new rewards number along with a credit of $115.94 for the rewards that was fraudulently used. Bj's department is penlaizing the customer and not acting upon this.

      Bjs ran a promotion between may 26-june 4th that if you bought $25 worth of condiments and dressings you received $10 in rewards. )On 5/30 i made a purchase there order #********** that had more than $25 worth of condiments and dressings but i never recieved the $10 reward. I asked someone in the store and they said they didnt know why. I emailed Bjs and never got a response. my membership number is #***********

      On July 28,2023 I made an online purchase from Bjs wholesale Club in ************ ******** of three window air-condition unit. one unit was ****** BTU and two was ***** BTU, order number was *********. The ****** was too large so on 7/30/2023 I call and request a return, the return order number was #R133849449. The Club sent *** to pick up the Package which was in the original package wasn't open or damage on July 10,2023. tracking # 1Z A29 355 26 9516 2711. I contacted BJS about my refund on July 24, 2023 of $529.99 since the items was returned to their wholesale and no one can give me information on why refund wasn't return to my credit card since June 28,2023. I just need my refund. Thanks *******************************

      Four of use booked a cruise with **** from the ********** BJs warehouse . We were supposed to get a credit on my BJs account as a perk of that cruise. I have not received this credit. The cruise was booked in February of 2022. I contacted **** and he said he would get back to me. It is 3 weeks and have heard nothing. I am looking for that credit to be added to my account. The promotion was advertised through email and as of now it is not fulfilled.

      Membership# *********** I placed 4x$500 ****** Gift Card on 7/15/2023 with order #*********. My Chase Credit Card was charged on 7/16/2023. I received the gift card via **** Mail on 7/21/2023.When I tried to use them for my family vacation on 7/23/2023, I found out that the gift cards were not activated. I had to come out with other means to pay the $2,000 that would have been paid by ****** Gift Card that were purchase at BJ's.com According to the receipt on 7/16/2023, when my Chase Credit Card were charged, BJ's employee ************ from BJcClub549 iin ********, ** was suppose to fully activate the gift cards BEFORE shipping the gift cards to me.To add salt to the wound, when I take with ******* at your South ************************ center on 7/25/2023, she was unable to provide resolution as she has to file the report. I called back on 7/27.2023 and spoke with ******, the supervisor on duty, she said that she would need to follow up with the escalation team. I follow up again on 7/28/2023 with ******** and she said she could only activate 3x$500 gift cards and since I gave them the $100 gift card that I previously purchased at BJs.com, I needed to call back when I found the last card that was not activated. This morning 7/29/2023, I spoke with ******** and provide her the last card ****** Card account #***************** but I had to wait 3-5 business days before checking the status.I am VERY VERY disappointed with this situation. If you employee, ************** at BJsClub549 did his job by fully activating the 4x$500 gift cards, this whole situation will not happen and you will not be reading this complaint.I am seeing a compensation for the inconvenience that you have cause my family financially because when we're at ************ on 7/23/2023 we had to come up with additional $2,000 from other source since we cannot use there ****** Gift Cards as they're not activated prior shipping by your employees but yet you have charged my Chase Credit Card on 7/16/2023.

      Ordered a pergola on 6/23 #MC10608116 for the price of $1699.99. The order was expected to deliver within **** business days and still has not arrived. BJs tracked the order and let me know it still hasnt hit the warehouse and they have no further tracking information. Due to the extreme delay, I requested to cancel and refund and they told me they cannot cancel or refund due to the order being placed more than 30 days ago. Theyve refused to refund me and said they need to figure out why internally it hasnt shipped to warehouse. This is completely unacceptable and they are withholding funds for an order they cannot fulfill.

      I bought 2 items at BJ's wholesale club. I tried to return the 2 items less than 24 hours later. They refused to accept the return. They gave me a reason that is not valid. I want my refund of $36.98 back on my credit card.

      I placed my order on line on 06/14/2023 for two hours delivery. The order # ********* totaling $131.25.The order was never delivered and after few attempts it was cancelled by the company. I paid with snap and the amount has not been refunded until todays date. I have contacted costumer service at ********** numerous times and was given different explanations at every time I call. I am a good costumer with paid membership and delivery respectfully and have not received the service. I just dont understand why BJs would hold my snap for such a long time. How am I supposed to live without snap god forbid I needed them to use elsewhere. I am very frustrated with all this nonsense and I do hope there is help somewhere.       I made purchase on July 11 from Bjs app. 2 orders. I did everything correctly at checkout. I have 2 cards uploaded on my membership account with **********************. One is snap/ebt card and the other is my bank card for cash purchases. The 2 orders were charged to my bank card and nothing was taken from my snap card. This is huge issue for me because I am on public assistance with disability. The money was never authorized to be taken from my bank card. Bjs customer service saying I need to go to local store with items however this was technical issue on their end therefore I dont have to travel and ignore my disability to fix a wrong on their app. Im seeking my refunds for both orders. And definitely a good reward for the trouble and time spent communicating with their employees who are not able to show me anywhere where it say a disabled person has to return items back to store if a technical issue occurs on their website. I spoken to supervisors and none can show me this policy of me having to go to local office to fix their website technical issue. I uploaded pictures to show my ebt card had available funds at the time of purchase no need to try and think maybe a case of insufficient funds. I uploaded a picture of the website showing error days later my purchases was made.
