      I had applied for a 2 year membership at BJ"S for $110 & within a few hours I canceled it because I found out my company was offering a discount ************** wanted to save money with that one. I checked several times with customer ************** kept telling me to wait 7 - 10 days for the refund. IT has been over 2 weeks now & no one there will help me get my refund back so I can get my discounted membership at my job. This is a mjoe inconvenience for me.

      Membership #: *********** Order #********* On 4/29, I made an online order for two tires and installation. The soonest they could install was May 10th. After I placed the order, I realized I couldn't wait that long to get the new tires and bought them elsewhere. I began emailing BJs to cancel the order immediately after placing it. It hadn't shipped and wasn't even processed. They did not cancel it. I emailed 5 more times and went to the store, where the order still showed as a active and the tire appointment was still set. I was told I had to call the tire center and cancel that way. I did and they said the order was already canceled and my money was refunded. It's now May 7th and the order still shows as active, tire appointment still shows as active and my money has not been refunded. 6 emails and a phone call and it's still not resolved.

      This is incorrect. Its been 8 days since BJs claims my payment was refunded, but i have not received any refund and am still out almost $500

      I made a purchase on Bjs.com, the sofa was delivered to my home by a company Bjs.com set up. I noticed the sofa was different the picture on the website, and after speaking to several customer service representatives, I learned the sofa I ordered had the wrong pictured attached on their website. I asked Bjs to pick the sofa and the same company AIT picked up the sofa on April 7, 2023, I have not been refunded my money. The company that picked up the sofa is AIT ************, gave me a tracking number confirming the pickup Tracking# ********. The order number for Bjs is *********. My Bj's club membership is 021-4-2282-288. I have made multiple calls, sent multiple emails, and Bj's.com representatives keep telling me the sofa has not arrived at their warehouse, and they can not refund my money.

      I dont want a membership at bjs. You automatically billed my Discover card for renewal. I dont want a renewal. I got no notice. I want to be credited $55.00 to my Discover card. I dont want a membership!!!

      I purchase a cell phone from **** in BJS Wholesale club under pressure from sales associates in store. Received the phone in mail and it was not what I wanted. Tried to exchange phone for model I wanted and issues immediately began. Stopped into BJS to rectify the order and end up called **** BJS **************** number 8 times. 5 of the 8 occurrences they hung up on me. Then tried to return an unopened phone and they are trying to charge me a restocking fee for their incompetence. **** made BJS membership extremely undiserable!!!!! I want to return this **** phone and all money refunded with no restocking fee. I also asked **** be removed from BJS ***************

      On April 30th I attempted to make a purchase from bj's online services, as in the past I began by choosing my items selecting the date for pick-up as well as the time. Proceeded to complete the purchase by selecting the form of payment I would be using (Citizens Pay) the total purchase price for items came to $195.31 with a $10 discount from bj's that would expire if not used by May 1st. Continously I would get Approved for the entire purchase by the creditor Citizens Pay and Continously the sale was denied by bj's. I had a similar problem with the this application with this vendor bj's in the past and they willfully excepted the problem was with their platform and it was rectified and past purchases went on without any problems until this past Sunday April 30th. I immediately started calling the help desk all everyday non stop to no avail. Finally I received an from a **** from customer service and stated that a ticket had issued on the matter and requested that I call. I did so this morning to more annoying dissatisfaction. I was that ticket I referenced would take 3 to 5 business days to be rectified when previously it was done in several minutes. Now not only have I my $10 discount that was valid till just May 1st and have lost more importantly so much more. I am disabled and having to pick-up all of the items alone are impossible so I get assistance from my neighbor on his off days which includes the use of his car. And 4 days later Zero assistance from bj's.

      I've responded on 2 separate occasions to email they sent. They asked for a screen shot of the notice given by bj's that states why the purchase was declined and they email me directions on how to add an additional credit card which is Not the Problem.

      I spoke with a *********************** and executive manager for their customer care team. Though the issue itself was resolved quite easily as I new it could be and should be, the idea that something so simple took so long (6 Days) and presented as though I was not made to feel whole in that discounts I had lost due to the problem where returned, they were unusable for the order I submitted. Knowing that it was just a mere $10 is not the issue of why I just felt more was warranted. Don't exactly know how to explain.  But Thank you BBB if not for your efforts on my behalf the matter would still be unresolved.

      on 3/3/2023 I placed an order for 4 new tires - order # ********* for installation on 3/5/23. When I arrived I was informed that my tires weren't there and that they had called me 3 times to say not to come over because the installation couldn't be done. I never got a message as the number they tried to call is a fax line and won't take messages. No email, no text, no apology. I've been on the phone 3 times with customer service and each time I've been promised in writing for a resolution by the end of that day and a callback. Not once has this happened. One of the representatives promised me a 100$ credit to my account and then the same rep said he would agree to a 200$ credit after I got him on the phone again ************************************************************************************************************************************ which should be 3 days maximum. That was over 2 weeks ago.

      I am a BJS member who called into customer service as I did not get a promotional reward that I was eligible for by making a $150 purchase in March 2023. The reward would come on April 13th on your account. I waited and nothing came on the account. I called customer service spoke to a lady named ******* and she said she would call me back, and of course never did. I reached out to the corporate office and left a voicemail someone called me back by the name of ***** she told me I had to wait till Tuesday to get the reward on my account. She also could not help me with a sale for a table and chairs that was listed as ****** and when you order it to put in cart it is not coming up on sale. She confirmed the mistake and said there was no one above her to help me as I was already at the corporate office. How unprofessional!! She told me someone could call me back in 3 business days but by then the sale would be over. How is that even an answer and this is coming from the corporate office. I believe that is false advertising if you list something for a certain price and then you charge them $100 more. ***** stated they were getting calls and Bjs was aware of it but I still had to wait. The sale is over on Monday May 1st. how would I manage to purchase it then? What an experience Bjs used to have very good customer service.

      I contacted Bjs ********************* at the recommended address (above) regarding the issue of them signing me up for their credit card without my knowledge, consent or having provided any necessary info needed to obtain a credit card in January 2022. I was not aware of this until 1-23-2023 having never received a card or information regarding one. Currently:1.January ************************ an employee of BJs signed me up for their credit card without my knowledge, consent or having provided any necessary info needed to obtain a credit card. This continued to be unknown to me as I never received the credit card or any correspondence regarding its existence until January 2023.2.January 2023 Was in the store on the weekend and attempted to pay member fees and the clerk told me it had already been applied to my Bjs credit card. What Bjs credit card?The following Monday I received a statement indicating Bjs member billing to the credit card in question. Still, a year later having not received a physical credit card.3.January 23, 2023 I sent the $55.00 balance outlined in their statement in the form of a postal money order No. *********** along with the enclosed letter requesting termination of the credit card. 4.They cashed the money order, did not deduct it from my account, ignored the termination request, and passed it on to your *********** as an active card.5.Recently, I received a bill from *********** for addition interest on the $55.00 I had previously paid.6.Currently, *********** is charging me additional charges and interest on a balance that should not exist and was illegally transferred to *********** from BJs.

      On Friday April 21, 2023 I while at my local BJs I passed by a table of mens pants with a clearly marked sign saying that the Haggar 5 Pocket pants were on sale, I decided to grab two pair. However, they did not ring up with the sale price so I called an attendant over to correct the price. Instead, she left me waiting at the register for 15 minutes while she checked the table and price. When she came back, she told me that I had picked up the wrong pair of pants and that that even though the sign said the sale was for the Haggar Weekend 5 Pocket pants, in large print, that I should go by the small typed product number printed on the sign. The product number in this case was actually for Haggar Action ******* nothing even close to what the sign said. As this was clearly an employees mistake, the price should be honored but she refused and ******* said that there are multiple similar products on the table and I should always check the product number. In fact, there was actually only one sign on the table for Weekend 5 Pocket pants. There was also only one area of Haggar pants labelled 5 pocket pants and no sign indicating a sale for the Haggar Action ******* It would be pretty hard to confuse the two, so it's reasonable to assume that the pants present were the pants on sale. Still, she refused to honor the price. Later, I went back to the table to collect the attached photographs. While at the table, another associate asked if she could help. I asked her to please go get the store manager for me. Rather than doing so, she proceeded to argue why I had the wrong pants. No matter how many times I asked her to get a manager, or told her that she is not saying anything that the other associate didnt already say, or that she was now invading my personal space and I wanted her to back away and either help by doing as I asked and get a manager or leave me alone, she refused and continued to get in my face and refused to provide the assistance for which I asked.
