April 2022. I purchased a gazebo from BJs wholesale club in ******** ************ three months later, the roof panels, peeled.. I called BJs main office and emailed them each 8 to 10 times. They finally sent me some parts that were wrong. I called them and email them again told them the parts that I needed and they have never got back to me. I ordered a store pickup order. I received expired food that an employee hand picked off the shelves and sold to me. Because I used ebt I cannot get a refund without going into the store. I can not go into stores hence why I did a store pickup order (curbside).Business Response

I called BJ's customer service 3 times to get my annual membership cancelled and get a full refund (as per BJ's policy). They have not issued a refund. The following are the dates I called and the case numbers assigned:- Jan 23. Original request for membership refund made. Case number *******. No refund issued.- Second phone call on Feb 12. Order #********* I ordered a ** on Feb 18th worth $1,367.39 which was meant as a birthday gift to one of our friends. The ** never made it to them (even after the birthday). On contacting BJs, i have been told that the ** was damaged in transit. After that, my nightmare began. I get confusing answers like the order is cancelled and you will get a refund within 3 business days (which is already over). Next on contacting again it was 24/48 hours (which is also over). The latest i hear now is that a new ** is being reshipped but they are not able to provide me an order number/ tracking number because of a weekend and please wait 2 business days. Every help desk member just says that he will personally contact me via email but nothing happens. I have contacted them via phone, chat and email on 6 different occasions (on different days) but every help desk member just says that the problem will be resolved in 24/48 hours. Ive had several problems with Bjs, which I cannot resolve on my own. I have called the BJs customer service as well as the chase bank numerous times in the past month. My MasterCard has the incorrect BJ membership number on it but no one can help me fix it. When I called Bjs, they say to call *********** and when I call *********** they say to call Bjs. This is happened four times and everyone just gives me the runaround. This means I havent been able to buy gas at the discount rate, which is the only reason I got this BJ credit card. Also weve bought numerous food items at BJs, and they are so close to the expiration date and not on sale, and we do not enjoy eating expired food and paying full price for them! Also, when my wife purchased tires last year she was supposed to get free installation but Bjs still charged $80 for the installation and wed like a refund with that. We tried talking to the previous store manager but then a new person was put in that place and again its just a run around constantly.Business Response

We have been using BJ's online shopping and curbside pickup for the past 2 years. Recently, BJ's changed our credit cards from one bank to a new bank and at the same time, our ability to login to their website to shop has stopped working. Neither my account, or my wife's account works. We have changed our passwords and that still does not let us log in. I contacted customer support and they escalated our issue (Request *******). I received an email from ***** on March 2nd asking for more information. I responded to that email on the same day. Today, March 6th, ***** sends an email indicating that he is closing the ticket because we didn't respond. However, we did respond and now we still can't log in. I forwarded my previosly sent email to ***** and asked him to not close the ticket because the problem hasn't been resolved.Business Response

bj'S CLUB charged me membership fee, which i am no longer used any more. This issue came up again this year. You guys charged me 41 accounts membership fee, which I have already filed BBB claim for several years, and you guys refunded me in full, and promised me it's all disconnected from those accounts, and will not charge me again. However, it happens again. So refund me in full, and make sure it will not happen next year. My husband and I were both charged for ** memberships-his on his bank account and mine to the ** credit card, a total of $110. We contacted BJ's and they refunded his money $55. They canceled the membership but did not refund me the $55 I paid. I notified customer service on 2/16-I let them know what happened and stated I would like my membership reinstated, and I sent a screenshot of my credit card showing the charge. At this time, I still do not have a membership. I have received communication telling me they are looking into it but it feels like I'm getting the run around. I paid for the membership in January and have been unable to use it. I would like my membership reinstated since I paid $55 for it. I would also like it prorated (for the time I have not been able to use it) or extended (from the date they resolve this for 1 year) b/c I paid for the membership in January but have been unable to use it.Business Response
