      I have had a BJs membership on and off for many years but as this year of membership comes to an end I will never renew.I placed an online order 5/8 and received the first two packages 5/15. There were only 5 items in the first shipment and they managed to forget to put one in the box but I got a quick refund on this item so no problem ********** comes the crazy part that I can not get resolved. The last part of my order of three items has been showing waiting carrier pick up by ***** since 5/13 which means a shipping label was created but it wasnt shipped.I have emailed BJs, chatted online a total of 6 times asking them to just ship it or refund it. Most inquiries went unanswered but today I get an email that if I dont get my order in 3-5 business days to write back. Its been *************************************************** to wait more? It is incredible to me that folks care so little about doing the right thing by customers. ******************** got the last of my money and I will make sure everyone I come into contact with knows they are absolutely useless if something goes wrong

      I am writing to share a deeply upsetting experience I had at one of your BJs locationsan experience that has left me both hurt and disappointed after being a loyal member for several years.During a recent visit to the deli department, I approached an older Caucasian employee to request freshly sliced cold cuts, as Ive done many times before. Instead of assisting me, she gestured dismissively and told me to check over there, pointing away from the deli counter. When I explained that I was specifically asking for fresh cold cuts, she did not offer any further assistance.Moments later, another customerwho was Caucasianapproached the same employee with the same request. Unlike my experience, this customer was promptly helped and provided with freshly sliced cold cuts without hesitation.Feeling humiliated and dismissed, I brought the matter to the attention of a manager. After relaying what had occurred, I made the difficult decision to cancel my membership and requested a full refund. As someone who has consistently supported BJs and never before encountered such treatment, this incident was not only shocking but felt discriminatory.I share this not only to express how painful this experience was, but also in hopes that it leads to greater awareness, training, and accountability within your stores. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignityregardless of race or background.

      The customer service is amazing! ***** and the manager went above and beyond to help me with my curbside pick up today and they did not have to. I have been a member at BJs in ******** for years and today was just more proof of why!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me even though my problem was totally my mistake!!!!

      BJ's is a decent warehouse. We like some of their products. The worst part of the experience is the checkout. We used the express checkout on the app only to get to the staff member at the door & have him scan EVERY SINGLE ITEM in our basket!! Waste of time & defeats the purpose.

      The BJ's website glitched when I placed my order. I am a disabled, loyal customer. I cannot afford to pay delivery, so I ordered a pick up at my club. When I tried to check out, it gave me a different location. I put it back to my location, my store is saved in my profile. Before I placed my order, I made sure that it was on my location. I placed my order. The first message was right away, saying my order would be picked up at my store. The second came about an hour later, stated that my order was received from my location. A short while later, I got the message that my order was at a location 45 minutes away. This was still 2 hours, before my pick up time. It would not let me cancel my order, so I called customer service to see if they could help me. I just wanted to cancel it, so that I could place my order at my club for pick up again. You can't do that. The system is set up so that you have to wait until the order is a no show, and wait ***** hours to get your money back. So, when their system glitches and fails you, there is nothing you can do. ******** services' hands are tied. The agent was very nice. When I told her that this *****, because I'm stuck with no groceries or extra money, she agreed. She said it was awful that I am disabled, and stuck this way. People need to be aware of this. Their app and online systems are buggy. They need to put more money into their it/app development program, or offer cancellation when the system bugs out and messes your order up. It shows a great disconnect between corporate and their customers. It shows lack of care, for the customer service agents fielding the calls. It sets up their customer service **** to face irate and unkind customers. It holds your grocery money hostage, and there's not a thing you can do about it. This is absolutely awful.

      *********** BJs the employees watching self check out are not there to help but to harass us. After ringing up my cart, she accused me that there was more than I rang up. She counted every item and I didnt miss a thing. I got no apology. Another time when checking my receipt upon exit. They held me up and counted 58 items. Again I didnt miss one. I canceled my membership and they lost $600 a month in sales. I will not pay a membership fee to be harassed. Id rather pay more money in another store, then give them my business

      I opened a web account during covid. I used the account 1 time. I decided that the $60.00 a year was a waste of money so I reached out months before the membership was due to renew to cancel it. After getting very delayed responses from 4 different people, they stalled long enough to not cancel the membership before the renewal, even though I was told the status was changed to not renew. I have spent hours trying to get the silly thing cancelled to have to now stop the payment on my credit card. This company has the worst customer service!!! Do not trust a word they tell you. No one has any follow through or integrity.

      ******! When signing up for a BJ's membership, be sure to turn off the auto-renewal membership feature. If not, you will have another year long membership that you may not want! I have not shopped at BJ's since May 2024, did not know the auto-renewal feature was enabled when BJ's customer service *** created my account...now I am stuck with a membership that I have no intentions of ever using. I stopped shopping there because BJ's does not offer as many products as ***** or Costco....now stealing from consumers gives me another reason.

      Yes,they have way too many out dated merchandise and meats. They have a lot of managers and No one is in charge. They treat the employees really bad,reason they can't keep good ones. They don't accommodate the disabled like they should. Want you to work extra hours,again no help. That being said,I'm not surprised at the very poor ratings. Just beware. Thanks.
