      I got charged twice for a patio set I ordered online. One order was canceled, one ordered was delivered. Bjs is saying I have to pay $1600 for something I never got!! My credit card company is no help either. I already tried fighting.

      This company is a scam. I was chaged 3 times for an order that I never received. The only reversed two of them. I cancelled my membership and dont recommed anyone else deal with them. They will keep your money.

      NEXT STOP: ** ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR MISLEADING AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!Mom is 80 years old and English is not her first language. She is smart but she doesnt always understand English clearly and has some vision impairment. These are things that contribute to her potentially be taken advantage of. That is exactly what I feel BJs did. In 2021 she was offered a discount coupon for $25. Maybe there was something in small print that she did not see I dont know (she didnt show me the coupon and doesnt remember from where she received the coupon) She went to BJs to redeem and sign up with the discount. She used one of her current credit cards to purchase the discounted membership. A little more than year later she received a bill statement from ************* saying that she is PAST DUE on a payment for a charge on a credit card she does not remember signing up for. Turns out ************* is associated with BJ's credit cards. My parents are very careful with their mail and this was the first statement they received. Being confused they asked for my help. On the statement it showed the charge was for a BJs renewal on the membership. I called BJs and they told me that my mother must have signed up for a promotion that got her the discount if she signed up for a new credit card with BJs. Had this been made clear to her she would have discarded the coupon since she wasn't interested in a BJ's credit card. Anyhow, she received no card in the mail and nor any other other statements to make her aware of that she had signed up for this BJ's cc. I explained this to BJs rep and they said I needed to speak to ************* regarding removing the charge. Which I did and they told me I need to speak to BJs to send them a cancellation of the charge! I contacted BJs again and I was told they are sending the cancellation. The next month my mom received another statement with the same charge and additional late fee included. I tried calling again!

      I wouldn't even give them 1 star they stink for customer service from store level to cooperate level. Save your money go to ******

      Lived in my current home for the past 8 years now and never received a mailer card for me to renew my membership. I'm planning to have a big bbq soon and I thought it would be more cost effective for me to buy in bulk so I chose to open a membership with BJs. I paid $70.28 on July 23rd, 2022. I have shopped several times since and paid over $875. This is some serious money; not chump change. The minute I open a membership, I get a mailer card to become a member for $25. What kind of BS is this? It's just simply unfair!!!! Ohhh now you wanna offer me a discounted membership rate AFTER I spent $70 to open a membership on my own. I guess I chose the wrong wholesaler to open a membership with!!!!

      We have a BJs credit card and it was declined for weeks with a zero balance. When we called, they would not answer the phone as the calls wouldn't even go through. This issue resolved itself with no explanation. Then, we sent a payment electronically from our checking account, the payment is still not registering after 10 days. Yesterday after a 1 hour hold we hung up to try again today. The agent said they were doing an upgrade to the system and the payment should show soon. **** of America, here we come!

      the rewards haven't been working, that's suppose to be money we spend we suppose to get a percentage back.. that's part of the membership we pay for and part of the reason we shop there, but they been taking are money without any problem but can't agree to give us back money on a program we pay for

      Disappointed to having been given a credit card I didnt sign up for. I was told they needed my social for my membership card. ALSO, their gas discount is a joke! I purchased gas before going into the store and was given .50c off for how much I purchased. The employee said I could use it next time, but that was not the case. The big poster outside has no fine print saying it had to be used same day. **************** in club, phone, and online did not help me at all. Just kept getting the run around!

      I have been a BjS wholesale customer (Metropolitan Ave location) for decades and have never been so humiliated in my life. I wheeled my shopping cart with all my groceries onto the paying line. I told the cashier that I wanted to put all the items on the conveiler belt . She insisted I didn't need to and started to scan each item. As I approach the door to have my receipt looked at by the door worker she counts the items on the receipt and said that the cashier didn't ring up an item. I told her that this is the cashiers fault not mine. She directs me to the customer service to pay for the item which I did. I am writing to you because the action of this worker caused me extreme emotional embarrassment. There was at least 5 to 6 customers behind me witnessing this and probably thinking I took this item. There MUST be consequences for workers making these mistakes. Her lack of attention suddenly became my problem. I didn't even get an apology from anyone that I dealt with. I believe this worker must be aware of how one simple thing caused so much inconveience. I am thinking twice about being a BJS customer going forward. I would like someone to please take some action. They should hire people that take their job seriously. When this occurs maybe they can be written up somehow. I really don't think I'm the only customer this happened to.

      When I went to BJ auto center in *********** and stated that I needed four tires and an alignment the employee stated well we dont do alignments so if you want to get them both done together youll have to go somewhere else ignoring his arrogance I asked for a quote on four tires he then stated if I give him the wrong information and he orders the wrong tires thats my problem and I still have to pay for the tires. When I sarcastically told him he was a pleasure to work with he replies Im just telling you the way it is if you dont like it you can get your tires somewhere else! Talk about your customer service going down the drain!! His name was **** and a poor excuse of an employee to represent BJs !!
