  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!This company takes forever to get your parts, gives you the run around when asking for shipping information, and also gives you the wrong parts. I order an engine on November 10, 2023, I didn't receive or get any information on it, like when its coming or what going on with the engine unless I called them or emailed them. I ended up having to pick up the engine myself just to find out that it had ******* miles instead of the ****** that was promised and promoted. I thankfully reported this to my bank and got my money back but I am still dealing with them because they have to come pick up this POS that they tried selling me, but they do not communicate with you about the process, like when the carrier is coming, I don't know how they have a running business still because they are brain dead people.

  Rio and there team provide excellent service, they made sure I was choosing the right engine for my car, they answered all my questions, they did what they said they were going to do. Kept me informed of the status of my engine, from testing to delivery . They even followed up to moment the engine was delivered to my mechanic.   RTS Auto Parts was fantastic to deal with. I needed a new engine for my car, so I called RTS to see what they might have available. I was surprised to hear that they had multiple options, most with very reasonable mileage, and at reasonable prices. I selected the engine I wanted, and before anything else happened, they sent me a few pictures of the engine, so I might see it and determine if I wanted it. It looked great, so I signed off on the engine and it was delivered. I had it put in my car and it is performing great. I would highly recommend Ready To Start Auto Parts for all of your auto part needs.

  These people are scammers and should definitely be reported and shut down Never ever again I had to make a 853.$ deposit for a transmission for 1,900$ paid my balance off ahead of time and they still said I owed 800 and the 853.$ wasnt a deposit. PLEASE REPORT THESES PEOPLE AND NEVER USE THEM. I didnt want to give them 1 star ?? but had to

  The shipping process was fast and the transmission was delivered by Thursday as promised. *** whom I spoke with offered excellent communication from start to finish and the product was delivered right on my doorstep. In the near future if I need another big part like this. RTS will be my first choice!!

  I purchased a $1700 transmission and due to a sudden family emergency I had to cancel order the next day. They responded to me the same day and kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Although I had to pay a bitter sweet 6% fee, I did received my refund back in within 48 hours. The sales and billing team followed through their end of the deal. I would definitely buy parts again.

  After charging me for taking a transmission off the self, they changed me for the return of it to be put back on the shelf! The worse part is they told me we took pieces out of the transmission in order to force us to keep the purchase going on the transmission! I personally put the transmission back on the pallet for return, and know one removed a s**** because I never needed a transmission replacement after all.

  I am so disappointed! This has to be the worse experience ever; this company does not even deserve a 1 star. I ordered an engine from them, they sent the engine, then because the truck that was delivering the engine couldn't fit on the street, they sent the engine back without calling or knocking on the door to tell the shop I can't fit but I have a delivery for you. Then notified me after the fact and says we need you to pay for another shipping! After, I tell them No, I'm not paying for shipping, and I want a refund so I can reorder somewhere else. they lie and tell me that they can ship it back, but it'll take 3 days, 3 days come, and I call to check on shipment. then, they say it won't get there until 3 more days. I then, ask again for a refund! They tell me it's already been shipped. I ask t to speak to a manager or supervisor, he says he is the manager! I will never order from them again. This is totally unprofessional on so many levels. Now he has me on hold now for 40 minutes.

  I called and checked to see if they had a transmission for our V8 ***** and they did. They explained the process in which they test all of their units and that put my mind at such ease. Their transmission was about $500 cheaper than anywhere else. We had some financial things to sort out to I called back 3 months later and the price had gone up but without hesitation they matched the original quote.Once I ordered it they were extremely thorough in keeping me involved in every step along the way, from seeing pictures of the transmission and answering questions I had, all the way until after it got delivered. 10/10 recommended using them!
