    This place is ok if what ever you bought worked. But if it didn't work you will be screwed out of your money. They will ask have every excuse not to honor their warranty. You've been warned.

    Don't do it to yourself! You have been warned! I ordered a transmission, they made me pay the full amount right way and asked me to send them a picture of my ID, then I waited and waited... After tree weeks I called them to ask where was the transmission and they said they had a logistic issue and needed more time. At that point i told them i couldn't wait anymore, so they charged me $300 for cancelation fee when it was all their fault. Then I called a deferent company and they delivered me a perfect transmission within tree days!! I know now who will get my Business from now on.

    BUYER BEWARE, BE READY TO LOSE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I PAID OVER $1700.00 FOR A BAD TRANSMISSION. IT WAS AT THE MECHANIC ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD GET TO IT. IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH, FILED COMPLAINT, THEN ,AFTER THAT HAD TOWED TO TRANSMISSION PLACE WHERE IT WAS ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD GET TO IT. (GOOD MECHANICS) ARE BUSY. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO TAKE IT TO THE ********** DEALER SO I HAD IT TOWED THERE WHERE IT STAYED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD GET TO IT. RTS NEEDED THE SERVICE TICKET WHICH MY MECHANIC SENT. THEN LATER SAID HE NEEDED PHOTO OF TRANSMISSION STRAPPED ON PALLET. WAITED A WEEK OR SO ASSUMING.THE MECHANIC HAD SENT PHOTO. FOUND OUT HE HAD NOT, CALLED CUSTOMER REP AT RTS AND I WAS ASSURED IF I COULD GET THEM PHOTO THEY NEEDED THEY WOULD SEND ME THE PACKING SLIP. SO I MADE A 2 HOUR ROUNG TRIP TO DEALERSHIP TO MAKE PHOTO MYSELF, SENT TO REP AND HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD SEND ME AND MECHANIC PACKING SLIP, WAITED A WEEK FOR PACKING SLIP, WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME MY WARRANTY WAS OUT AND OFFERED ME $200 AND TO KEEP THE NO GOOD TRANSMISSION. SENT E-MAIL OFFERING THE $200 AND IF I AGREED THAT WOULD BE THE SETTLEMENT. I DID NOT TAKE THEM UP ON THE OFFER. I PAID $943 TO GET THE BAD TRANSMISSION PUT IN AND ANOTHER $580 TO GET IT TAKEN OUT. SO I AM OUT ALMOST $1500 JUST GETTING THE NO GOOD TRANSMISSION INSTALLED AND TAKEN OUT PLUS THE $1720.48 I PAID THEM. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY, FEEL I WAS SCAMMED! THEY KEPT RUNNING ME AND MY MECHANIC AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR WEEKS. ************

    Terrible service, crappy parts. I hate to write bad review, never did one but these folks are special. They gave a faulty transmission and after my mechanic installed it, it didn't work. I asked for refund, they asked for a mechanics report. My local mechanic couldn't. If i had a big company mechanic, why would i buy from them. They scam with trash products. They never refunded or replaced saying it was out of warranty when it was not. Just to save people from this scanners, i will complain in their boards, business bureaus, and even have an attorney give them a proper notice to stop scamming.
