  Great experience. *** was able to contact me and fill me in on the status of my transmission. Delivered and ready for install. I emailed the company and they were able to get back to me in a timely manner. Very helpful throughout the whole process.

  My experience with *** was excellent. I have never purchased an engine or transmission. My advisor was ***** and he guided me through the process and took a personal interest to support me. *****'s attitude/behavior was exemplary as he walked me through every step, on the phone, link by link, best offer, warrant, delivery and additional financing. I am grateful to *** and especially ***** for his personal care and interest. If you ever need autoparts, reach out to *** and ***** as my experience in every way was positive and a blessing.

  I was sold a junk transmission on August 7, 2023 for $1,267.77, for a 2011 GMC Acadia with the understanding that it had been inspected and that it was a clean transmission ready to be installed. I was promised pictures before it was to be shipped but never received any . I had a certified mechanic install the transmission and do all the necessary steps to do so. When I started driving it right off it started having problems. It was worse than the one that it was replacing. I've been trying to get a refund but they keep telling me they need the codes from the transmission. The transmission doesn't have codes to give them but it ***** through transmission fluid and causes my engine to rev as it tries to change gears. I am now writing this review to warn others seeking parts from this company to avoid them or suspect that they are not getting quality parts.

  I like to thank Ready To Start Auto Parts for delivering to me a engine that meet my sstisfaction. The deluvery service gets a 10 for quality delivery in which i was inform each day of tracking. Sales ************ and the sales team gets a 10 star rating in my book. The communication on the phone, text massages, emails, and pictures of parts is what real customers value. I am glad Ready To Start Auto Parts is on the map. Because of them i am riding with a ?? smile. Thanks again for great quality service RTS.

  Scam! Scam! Scam! Plus their customer service is horrible. I was even hung up on by one of the managers! Sold me a defective transmission and now no returns, no exchanges. I was hesitant after reading the comments prior to buying but now it's been confirmed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND OUT OF MONEY!!!!

  I had bought a transmission for my ************************************************************************ my transmission is what was wrong with my car. In the end it turns out it was my rear wheel axle which has the same effect as the transmission. When I first bought the transmission, I was told we would receive a receipt, warranty and more. We didnt receive that until we got the transmission delivered because the ***************** put a wrong letter in my email after reading it back. We then tried to return the transmission and we were told three different prices by the same person, *****. We were first told $180, then $300, then we received a receipt saying $400 shipping fee plus $180 restocking fee, and from the $911 I payed, Id only get $331 back. I explained that we did not receive any type of email regarding the warranty and return policy until we got the transmission, and if I had knew how much of a hassle it would be, I wouldve never bought it

  I ordered an engine for a **** **** Focus on August 8, 2023 and paid ****, using my debit card. I waited 2 weeks and on August 3, I received a call from the company telling me that they no longer had the engine. They told me that they would e-mail me to say yes on a form, in order for me to get my refund, minus an $80.00 order processing fee. They never sent the engine, so what did they process or handle? I never thought that trying to order a car part would cause me problems. These are con-artists. Who is allowing them to scheme to rip people off. Why do they have a website to do this? Who is getting a cut of this money?
