      I purchased the Ninja Double Oven accidently, I meant to order the Woodfire Outdoor Grill, I immediately called Ninja and they told me that I had to wait to get the oven then return it, which I did back on September 11th , Ninja received the oven. It is now 10/3/2023 and I still have not been refunded. I have called several times and the customer service rep keeps saying it is escalated. I asked for a Supervisor or Manager and they say no one is available to talk with me. They have stole my $300.00. I have NEVER wrote a bad review before for any product. I have purchased numerous items from Shark/Ninja. I will never purchase from them again!!!**** ****

      The vacuum robot stopped working after a year and a half. It works manually, but customer service couldn't figure out what was wrong without getting extremely personal information first. Do not buy their vacuums, invest in a better company.

      This product was horrible was thinking by spending alittle more it would be much better was horribly mistaken it was horrible small neverstick skillet ninja but everything sticks to it and its really tough to clean after use as well. I do have pictures as well posted them on the ******* website where I purchased this skillet. Junk wish I could get my money back big waste of ***** plus tax thats for sure.

      I purchased a Shark robot vacuum on September 19, 2023 and it never was able to connect to my internet, after 7-phone calls in 7 days I asked to speak to a manager, there was none available. I just wanted to return it and finally got someone to say ok and they would send me a return label. NO RETURN was sent to two different email addresses. NOT NOT PURCHASE from them directly. I will be filling a complaint with my credit card company plus my state attorneys office. All you get from them is the run around.

      I won't recommend. I bought 2 Shark Stratos in March of 2023. Last week, one of the vacuums stopped working. I called support, went through the procedures, and was told i needed a new motor. Fortunately for me it was covered under the 5 year warranty. What wasn't covered was the hose that goes with that piece. I was charged $90 for that hose. With a 5 year warranty on a vacuum less than six months old, I would think the company would cover the charges. This is a vacuum I only use once a week. I'm extremely unimpressed with this company.

      This company is in possession of their goods and theyre also holding my money. I returned goods to shark over 3 weeks ago. However theyre not giving me my funds back. Ive called over ******************************************************************** to wait. No manager is never available to be spoken to. I requested for a call from a manager and they do not call their customers. Just give me my money before we go to small claims court. Im not even joking.

      I have a robot with a side wheel error I contacted shark got an exchange approved. After waiting a week a call back I am told the order was canceled. They then asked me to email them at the help.shark email, I emailed the info.I receive an email saying there is no ticket to call the **** number. It has been over a month now they keep approving and canceling the exchange so now Im sitting with the expensive piece of garbage they sell. Would be zero stars but wouldnt let me summit without at least one.

      I purchased a Shark Performance Lift-Away vacuum 3 years ago that came with a 5 year warranty printed on the box. The vacuume cannot stand up on its own after being meticulously cared for and maintained using just one a week.I called warrenty support and and they said that only the Pod a.k.a motor is covered by the warranty which is not mentioned once in the original warranty that was provided with the vacuume when I purchased it. The exclusion mentioned in the warranty refers to filters that need to be replaced and maintained which have nothing to do with the part that is broken. This is a major bait and switch. I explained this politely to ******* and their supervisor on the for 10 minutes until they hung up on me without warning. It is a shame because I really did like the vaccume until it broke prematurly and the company would not stand by their printed warranty.

      I purchased a Ninja Creami, was sent the wrong item. I had to call in and explain why I wanted a refund and they literally made me fight for one. They kept trying to get me to take the other option witch was them keeping their money. After 30 mins I was able to get a label and now I am having issues getting my money back. Theyve had the item back in their possession for 2 weeks now and Ive not heard a word. I called yesterday and the lady told me I was looking at 4-6 weeks on a refund. I asked why considering the site says depending on payment method the refund can take up to 10 business days. Now Im being told 4-6 weeks and its not PayPal by the way its them. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. She said Ill put in for one to call you back in 1-2hrs witch did not happen. I called again today and finally got a manager. I was told the same thing and I asked for him to explain. He kept trying to say it was PayPal and that I should call PayPal for them to speed up the process and I told him that how can they speed up something if you havent issued the refund. He didnt seem to have an answer and just kept going back to the same thing that it takes 4 to 6 weeks and its out of his hands and that its PayPal. I asked him to try to explain to me how it was PayPal when they are the ones thats holding my refund. He gave me no answer so I chose to file a claim through PayPal and I told them they needed to clarify on their site that if you use PayPal, it takes 4 to 6 weeks when returns/refunds.

      **************** agents were rude and laughing at me and hung up the phone on me. Their their product was defective and I simply was calling to get it serviced and it was a joke to them. I am never buying their products again.
