      Bought a Shark AV2501S AI Robot Vacuum on November 28, 2022. It worked great until June or July when I had to delete the map and remap my house since I added a new room. The Shark Robot has failed to remap my entire house countless times. I have call Shark Support 10+ times to get this resolved since August 2023. The main issue with Shark Support isn't the initial call that I make, it's the follow up call when a seperate department that has to call me and go over the problem and trouble shoot my robot. Not sure where they are calling from but I NEVER SEE THEIR CALLS COME THROUGH! This has happened many times where I will call Shark Support, and then they tell me someone from a higher department will call me back. In the beginning I used to only see a voicemail and that let me know they tried to call me. I then call back and the process starts all over again when they call me but their call never shows on my phone. Recently when I call them and start this process over, I don't get left a voicemail and never see a missed call. My 1 year is coming up for when I purchased this stupid robot for around $317.

      I sent products back on Oct 6th 2023 Nov 11th no refund. Now bank.disputing charge.

      Today, Nov8, we received an excellent support/help from ******************** a rep from Ninja/coffee dual maker, he exceeded our expectations with his assistance in fixing our coffee machine and last gave as an excellent solution!??Me and my husband greatly appreciated his help. An asset to your company.

      This isn't about the vacuum. I never received the vacuum. Their carrier is ****** (had I known I would not have ordered). ***** delivered my very expensive vacuum and accessories to THE WRONG HOUSE. **************** basically told me too bad! Tough!! And for me to report it stolen. Say that those poor people stole my order?! How is that help? What kind of resolve is that? They made NO effort to help. It's their fault for using ***** in the first place.

      Called **************** Dont speak English and rude Wanted to FaceTime me not acceptable!!!Never use to be like this!!The first time I called in ****** didnt want to talk to me, she said I keep going on and out .. BS everyone was yelling and laughing in the background!!!How RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

      I bought a Shark vacuum in June 2022. The motorized floor nozzle stopped working 15 months later. This vacuum has a 5 year warranty. I called customer service which had me doing all kinds of contortions only to say I need a new floor nozzle which will cost me $89 plus shipping. After voicing my very displeased objections, she reduced the price to $49 and waived the shipping. I accepted this, but I was not happy. When the replacement arrived, I attached it to the vacuum only to discover the new part also did not work. I contacted Sharp customer service again to register my displeasure. The representative promised to send me a prepaid return label (which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later). Since the label was not sent as promised, I packaged the part and paid $13.24 to return it. It was shipped on Friday Oct 13 and received by Shark on Monday Oct 16 at 10:31 AM. I am still waiting for the refund. I will NEVER purchase another Shark or Ninja product!

      Bought a new vacuum and was not able to register warranty, error stated that model was not valid. Called and they told me they would add it to database and give 2 weeks, it's been over a month and still not able to register it and customer support is not effective.

      I ordered a Ninja Combi on 09/18/23. Decided it wasn't right for me, as it required someone with massive cooking experience. I returned it and they received it on 10/02/23. Their terms state a credit would be issued within **** business days. I called today and was told they don't issue refunds on loans to call Affirm. By the way, my first payment was due today. They also have some crazy policy of not letting customers known when the product has been received. Apparently a ***** return label is enough, because we all know things can get missplaced. After arguing that they need to issue a credit, so Affirm know the order was returned and not to charge me, I finally talked to a supervisor who wasn't any better than the customer service rep and he finally had it escalated. Also, the only way to get them act on a credit was to call them. No one should have to contact a vendor to get a refund escalated.I then called Affirm and was advised by them that Shark had not notified them of a refund/credit to my loan and that I would still be responsible for paying until they did. I was told it took 3-5 days from the day the refund was issued and I needed to talk to Shark. Ok, sensing a communication issue here. I finally got him to escalate it at Affirm after explaining the issue I had with Shark, saying they wouldn't issue me a refund because it was my responsibility to contact Affirm regarding the loan.Less than 10 minutes after hanging, I finally received notice that my order was fully refunded and no payment was due.This should never happen to anyone. Both companies customer service reps kept pointing their fingers at each other saying the other party was responsible. Also, it shouldn't take me calling both to get a refund. This should be automatic when the return was received per both companies terms, within **** business days and not force the customer to call to get it resolved. Do not deal with either one of these companies. They have poor customer service.

      I returned some items , on the way back ***** LOST the items and told me to have shark ninja start a claim so I could receive my refund shark ninja refuse to give me a refund because ***** put the wrong weight on the package which is totally out my control after they admitted to losing my items I returned , shark ninja told me to call my bank and dispute the charge this is totally unprofessional after ***** ask them to file the claim so both parties could be paid out

      Terrible service. The vacuum had issues within a year of purchase, and customer service just hung up on me instead of attempting to solve the issue.
