      Worst experience. Placed an order for a Multiflex wand, it never got here and when I called them to find out what was going on, the representative told me to call the police to report a theft and was very rude. when I asked if I could just get a refund she hung up on me. I called back to request a supervisor and they said he would call me back. He ended up calling me back and when I asked him if he could hold on for a little since I was working he hung up on me too. I paid for a product that I never received, I was treated poorly twice, I would never recommend anyone to buy their product or their service.

      I was highly impressed with my robot vacuum for just under 2 years. Went away for the weekend and forgot to turn off the auto run and it found a cat mess while we were gone so a full deep clean was required. We had never attempted to disassemble this but somehow one of the screws was magically stripped so we can't get it apart to get all the mess out. Called shark and they don't recommend taking it apart so they gave me absolutely zero help. Called to all the local vacuum repair shops and no one will work on it because shark won't sell parts. Since this is a product to clean my floor, I can't let it just float around with mess in it so I have to throw it away. This showed me this company does not care about their customers and just wants you to have to buy a new vacuum. I am so mad and will never buy a shark product again.

      I purchased a Robot Shark vacuum with the ** technology so I could map parts of my house and then it not go into those spaces.I have had constant issues with the robot, not connecting or staying connected to wifi; the mapping system has not worked like it said, it still goes into spaces it's marked as not supposed to be going into, the latest though, is a repeated error saying it has an obstruction. I have reset, i have shut it off, i've removed the roller; I went thru 30 minutes of troubleshooting with customer service. After that 30 minutes I was told well I'm sorry to say your robot needs replaced, but since you are out of warranty I can only offer you 20% off. WHAT! the vacuum is just over a year old and you can't help me!! Unsatisfactory **It has one star because I had to pick something.. it deserves NO stars

      Awful company. I ordered filters for my vacuum and they sent the wrong ones because they didn't have the correct ones in stock. When I returned the correct ones they credited me for the cost of the product but they wouldn't credit me the shipping cost. I called their customer service department to try and get my shipping money back and they said shipping is nonrefundable Even though they made the mistake of shipping the wrong items and they didn't have a proper replacement in stock. I will never buy another shark product again.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Was told I had a promo code for ANY PRODUCT via email and text. Tried to use the code to get a replacement blade because theirs was faulty and broke, then they decide at the last minute that those codes cant be used on accessories, only full products (which I dont need). I pointed this false advertising out the representative and they refused to acknowledge the issue or give a code and then ghosted me on the chat.

      Want to send robot vacuum back it has been two and a half weeks later still dont have mail label. They keep putting me off. Will never order from shark again

      My ninja creami purchased 1 year ago drilled into its own blade and rendered the unit nonfunctional. I ordered a replacement blade to try to fix it. Ninja shipped it 30 minutes from my apartment, shipped it back to their facility, and said that they delivered it. They refused to offer a refund. I had them resend the blade, and it managed to reach my apartment this time. The unit was still nonfunctional for some reason. I tried to get a replacement ninja creami instead. The support email told me to use a secret support chat. The support chat told me to call a number for some holding company that was closed. I have spent over two weeks trying to fix this and there is seemingly no end in sight. There is no simple option on their website. This is the second ninja product I have had destroy itself, and I will not make the mistake of purchasing a third one.

      I purchased a shark hand held vacuum in May 2023 and it stopped working 4 months later. After being kept of the phone doing a video call with customer service ******* informed me that they dont do replacement if I didnt buy it directly from them. Since I purchased the extra 3 year warranty, I had to contact Amazon as that is where I bought it from. They told me that this one time, they would send me a replacement dock for it and they would wave the shipping, process and handling charges. I trusted them to do the right thing. They said that they arent responsible for replacing their products if they werent bought from them directly. I received a piece of plastic in the mail today and It wasnt even the correct part and certainly didnt make the vac work. I dont appreciate being lied to and cheated out of money for the useless part that I purchased. Terrible company to do business with.

      Ninja took 6 weeks to send the Ninja oven with no ETA. I canceled the order and received an email from Ninja the order was canceled. I ordered it from Amazon and delivered two days later. Ninja then placed an order for the same oven with my refund. I am handicapped and they refuse to contact ***** and cancel the order. It is 51 lbs. Ninja says I need to accept the package and then return it. Even. Though it should have never been sent. I have made at least 6 calls trying to stop this shipment. They have hung up twice and promise call backs, but don't. ***** was last manger that hung up.

      Its been almost 2 weeks. I been placing an order online for a new charger plug for my cordless vacuums. Spoke with numerous associates and got no where. All i needed was a plug. Spoke to a supervisor who promised me a call back, never got that. They are THE WORST. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. i need a robot and 2 air purifiers and there is NO WAY im dumping anymore money into this company. I have a 400$ that isnt charging. And I am dreading calling them to hear them lie. They would claim they put a order in, never got a order number from any of the 5 reps i spoke to. When i told the supervisor i will not hang up with him until i get a order number and confirmation email...he promised a call back shortly or next day. Well 3 days later....no call back.
