      I have a Shark Ninja Vacuum. The brush motor went out after a year and a half. The Ninja ****************** told me th motor was considered a "wearable" item. I n the warranty, it states Wearable items are filters, belts, etc.The customer Service Rep told me the motor fell under the etc, category.CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ? It turns out the only portion of the vacuums covered under their warranty is the PLASTIC HANDLE !

      Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I purchased a NV255 vacuum cleaner and wanted to learn about service or warranty. They have no one answering the phone on their registered customer service hotlines. I'm soo thankful I only spent $140 for this product and thus limited my exposure.

      I ordered 2 Sharkninja Products back in November during black Friday deals, however, I was charged the wrong prices. They refunded one of the items, however, I am STILL waiting for a refund for the other item. I have called 4 times since I shipped the item out and every time the representative tells me that there has been a miscommunication or delay or some other excuse. I would never ever purchase anything from them. I don't have a choice but to dispute the charge and file a complaint against Sharkninja.

      Shark advertised a robot vacuum on TV for $299.70. When we ordered it online, we were charged $499.60. Called customer service and was told that the commercial product price are for phone orders only.However the commercial provided their website and the phone number to order. This should be mentioned on your commercials and remove the website off infomercial. returning product on principle standards for full refund.

      I have had the Shark Vertex DuoClean PowerFins Upright vacuum for 1.5 years. During this time, the head of the vacuum where the rollers / fins are has broken twice. They replaced it the first time. The second time I had to do a video call with a customer service agent to show it to her. I plugged in the vacuum then showed her that it did not work. She told me they would send a new one, but only if I cut the power cord and showed her on video. I did so and electrocuted myself. This was all caught on video. She didn't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor, then was disconnected. I had to call back again to speak with another customer service agent who then passed me on to a supervisor. He offered to cover the $20 of shipping for almost killing myself while following their instructions. He then offered me other free products. I don't care about free products. I want to them to stop telling people to do this. It is about health and safety. The entire situation was very poorly handled. Stop instructing customers to electrocute themselves by cutting power cords OR at the very least tell them to unplug the unit first.

      My 4th Shark vacuum in less then 6 months! What is wrong with me?!?!This is my fourth shark vacuum in less than six months my first one was the cordless I got from **************** store around $300 at that time I also got the handheld one for the for my car both took a c*** the handheld one for my car only worked twice tried to go on the website and ask for a new one I have to pay for a warranty? Are you kidding me after all the money I spent the second one my husband got me for Xmas, worked for about a month then started smoking and Arking inside and like the wires were too close and a horrible smell and sound and just doesnt work anymore! is fried and shorted out it does not work and now just got the shark Hydro vac for $300 because I thought it was a vacuum also these things are pieces of c*** I would like either my products or my money back because I have spent over $1500 and I cant believe that you dont offer some type of warranty that even covers anything! Very disappointed would never ever buy another one or refer anyone!! Im just sick about this! Oh and Kohls only allows any type of return or exchange within 30 days with a receipt and unopened unused product what a joke!!!

      I am very disappointed. This company offer you a life time warranty that is voided after they do a warranty exchange. I am making a complaint because I call ninja at this number ****) 365I spoke to a representative name ********. After ******** find out I purchased my blender in 2013 with a life time warranty he was very unprofessional he also refuse to let me speak to a manager to give me answers about my life time warranty. Now I am stuck with my blender that doesnt work. Their customer service is trash. You call them they dont answer the phone. After I did the warranty exchange I ended up with a bad blender and lost the warranty. No one informed me of that. I want my money back or a replacement.

      Re Order #******** (FlexStyle Air Drying system)I am writing to commend your customer service **** *************************** who helped me place another order after my original order had been cancelled. I had not received the email about the cancellation.***** was patient, professional, and understanding. He assisted in providing a discount as I had previously had on my original order.His doing this convinced me to place the order again and I also bought an additional attachment.       I ordered my shark duo before Christmas and still haven't received it. I contacted customer service and they do not have an estimated time when this will even be shipped. They are selling products that they are unable to provide. That is fraud! **************** is rude and unprofessional. They do not care about you; you are just another number to them. If I advertised a product and someone purchased, it and I couldn't produce the product it would be theft for taking that person's money and not giving them what they have paid for. But there are no consequences for corporations that do it. I am disgusted how this company steals people's money and don't communicate with them regarding the product that the consumer has purchased! They need shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
