      I purchased my duo vacuum a few years ago bought the extended warranty. The vacuum has been my favorite that being said the customer service has been horrible. Two claims in 3 years. This time the motor is smoking and makes an awful noise I called waited an hour to get a guy who clearly did not want to be on the phone with me. I had to repeat 5 times what was wrong he kept putting me on long holds coming back to ask me to repeat steps we already did. There were people laughing and yelling in the background the guys kept asking what I needed finally I had to tell him I was not doing this troubleshooting anymore and he needed to stop wasting my time and send the new motor/canister. I honestly have no idea if I am getting the correct parts all I can do is hope after almost an hour and a half I get my vacuum fixed.

      I purchased a standing cordless vacuum 5-6 months ago at a local store in ****** **. I immediately ordered a battery for it online at SharkNinja. I hadn't received it for about 2 months so I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I never received the refund (approximately $45). I called again and they said they would send it. They even sent me an email stating it would be coming. Nope! I even had a worse experience with the **************** I am shocked that these large companies could be so unethical.

      Ordered Dec 27th received an email today stating they cancelled my order because payment was declined. Same exact card as I initially ordered with and card is fine. After more investigating, they put the wrong expiration date! Terrible customer service, they say they cannot help me that I need to reorder and wont give me another promo that I originally used?! So I have to reorder, pay an extra 10%, and wait another month? How do I know they wont do this again? Shark customer service SUCKS!!! Can I give a 0 stars?

      I purchased a blender on 12-28-22 And I still have not received it. Trying to get ahold of someone is harder than an application for college. I just am mind blown that it is this hard for a company this large to have a problem with customer service. all i want is the hold on my money released. Just do better please.

      I ordered a hair dryer and they sent it in two shipments. One they cancelled as soon as they made the label. They have held and let go and double held the money on my credit card. Still cancelled the order. Charged $1 on my credit card- so I know they managed. No one will respond as to why the order was cancelled. I dont want just half my order.

      Have a ninja food processor , owned since November so maybe 2 months now , my blender portion cracked ... I have a warranty ... I call and get told nothing is coveted under warranty except the fn powerbutton . To think I was gonna buy a whole set only for you to tell me whatever issue I'll have isn't covered under warranty f yourself .

      Same comments as everyone else. They sell substandard equipment. They have no customer service. Their stuff is horrible. Their service is horrible. They dont care. I hope they go out of business. No effort to help the customer. Customer support is outsourced. No actual technical support available. No one can troubleshoot. No one with any authority can help you. There are no supervisors available to talk to you.

      I purchased a Ninja product online in Jan 2020. I returned the product within the allotted time. I made one payment towards the product, and I was supposed to receive a refund of that one payment, but they never sent it. I contacted them several times and asked for my refund. I was told several times I would receive my refund, but I never did. Be very careful about ordering online. They didnt honor their refund for teturn policy My order number is 10787002-00.

      I would give this company a ZERO if I could. I purchased my vacuum cleaner on 11/27/22 and as of today, January 3, 2023 I still don't have it. The website says it's been shipped, and when I click on the tracking information an error page comes up. My credit card keeps getting charged a pending action, and then nothing happens. Everytime I call I get the same answer- "it's being prepared for shipping." I asked to speak to a manager today, and supposedly I will get a call back within 2 hours because one wasn't available at that moment. Let's see.

      Received a shark flex style for Christmas. It is defective. They will replace it in 3 to 4 weeks. I have to pay $26 shipping fee. I told them I just wanted to return it, and they refused to let me. This company is a rip off. I will never buy anything from Shark again..
