      I had bought the Ninja Speedi for my wife for Christmas. Bought it Dec 7th 2022 from Amazon, received it on Dec 12th 2022. Opened it Dec 25th 2022 and have since used it 3 times to date with the 3rd time having it needed to be replaced. The trouble shooting guide on the website states to call the customer support number. I was on hold for about 25 min. I got a representative where ******* was apparently not his first language and thus communication was an issue (had to repeat myself with name, cities, spelling everything letter by letter, etc). After explaining the error I was getting, it was determined that they would send me another unit as it's under warranty. I was informed I would have to pay $20.95 for shipping for a new unit. I think that that should be covered per the warranty and it being a defective unit so that is distasteful and inconvenient in my opinion but I opted to pay it since my wife really wanted this for Christmas. I was then informed that I would need to connect via video live and that I would need to cut the cord in order for them to send me a new unit. I asked why. The representative simply and rudely said "so that I can send you another unit". I asked again the reason since I was just curious and had never done anything like this before with anything that i've returned or for something for a device that was defective under warranty. The man could not answer my question. After a little back and forth with trying to understand the reason and not realizing that I wouldnt get an answer, I said I would cut the cord and did so per the instruction of the ********** the rep asked for a credit card for the shipping cost. I said one moment, and then the rep proceeded to say something I couldnt understand followed clearly by "asshole". I informed the rep that he was not muted and asked for him to repeat that. He said that that was not intended for me and apologized! His name was "***". Terrible customer service.

      We ordered a Shark Stratos Duo Clean PowerFins Hair Pro vacuum cleaner that I was told would come with MultiFLEX under appliance wand, steam mop, ******* package with pet brush roller, 2 allergen packets. The person taking the order repeated this three times.What we received was the Shark Stratos vacuum with the multiFlex wand. I have called on this 5 times and was told that I was speaking to a supervisor. This was their response. Well, all the extras were not put on the order so you will not be receiving them. If I want the extras, we need to send the product back and order again. The infomercial is false and misleading. Shark is not honest nor is the call center placing the order. We have spoken with both Shark company and the call center. No one will even do what is honest and send what we were promised. At this point we have 6 shark vacuums for us and our business not again. I will only deal with an honest company from here on out. Buyer beware!!

      I placed an order on 11/21/2022 and still not have received as of 12/30/2022 it NOR any accurate information about what is going on with it. Several different attempts at contacting customer service that went from 1) "It's in process and you will receive 3-5 weeks" to 2) "it has been shipped and will be received before Christmas but we cannot give a tracking number" to 3) "something is off we will submit a request for a discount and escalation request" Real special notes- All throughout they noted that because the order is already placed I cannot cancel, the best I can do is refuse deliver when it comes (on a day they cannot say). AND the money back guarantee they have START the ***** DATE. I've been waiting for more than a month for delivery but that counts against me on the money back guarantee. And now, after all that, i'm not able to pull up the order status page at all. Everytime I use the chat for support they take ***** mins to respond and if you don't respond withing 2-5 minutes they leave the chat and you have to start over. This has been so frustrating. If this is the experience to BUY a $400+ vacuum I can't even imagine what their service is like. I've used Shark products in the past and enjoyed them but at this point I cannot recommend this company unless you purchase elsewhere and pray you never need to contact their service support.

      Bought a new Shark hand held. battery powered vacuum. Got it home and it did not come with any kind of a holder or wall mounting bracket. In ******** I went to every store listed as selling Shark vacuums and none have anything like that nor could they tell me if one was available and none could tell me where to get it on a local basis nor a phone number to call. As Shark lists no customer service phone numbers on their site, to find a number to call for Shark, I finally had to revert to partaking in this Better Business Bureau Survey to see a phone number in the US which I called. After calling that number and hitting a million numbers, which took the best part of 5 minutes, I then was on hold for Shark customer service for 28 minutes. When the lady finally answered, after doing her check she advised me that no such bracket nor holder was available and when I asked here where to get parts for my vacuum if I ever needed them, she told me to talk to where I bought it which was indeed the first place I had gone to, to no avail. To be fair the lady who finally answered handled this all as best she could with the minimal tools that her company afforded her but I hung up totally dissatisfied. This is the first, last and only Shark product I will buy as you do not buy a **** it you cannot get parts or service for it, so I would suggest that no one buy a Shark product if they want parts or any form of personal customer service on a local basis. My apologies if I sound a bit gruff here but if I treated my customers like this, I would have none.

      I purchased a Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum on 12/6/2021. I use the product maybe 3 times a week. The part where the wand connects to the power head cracked and broke. That part is all plastic and gets a lot of wear and tear. I contact Shark and of course that is not a warranted part. I had to pay for a replacement power head. What is the sense of providing a warranty if nothing is covered. I will definitely think twice about ever dealing with this company again. Horrible customer service; horrible warranty. No consideration for the customer whatsoever.

      I returned a replacement Shark ION Robot vacuum cleaner, without their authorization on 12-1-22. I called them on 12-26-22 to find out what was happening. ******, their employee, said there is nothing they can do to repair or replace because I did not get permission. So they are not returning it or repairing it. I went on the internet on 11-23-22, and ended up with an outfit called, ***********. Paid $1.00 and got no one (scam). On 11-30-22, they billed my credit card $70.00. Master card is sending me a new card.

      Bought a new vacuum cleaner used it for a year stopped picking up dirt. Called them they had me take apart the vacuum cleaner as if I'm a repairman. Couldn't put it back together (big surprise) now I have to buy a new vacuum cleaner definitely will not be a shark. NOBODY BUY SHARK

      I purchased a 2 in 1 AI Mop Vac that is defective and Shark customer service has given me the run around to get the unit replaced. Ive been told by 2 customer service agents that I would get calls from an engineer to troubleshoot and have gotten nothing. This is a shady business practice to not stand behind warranties. I just want a working machine that I paid my money for.

      Horrible experience with them. Ordered the vaccum on Thanksgiving day. Its Christmas now and 0 communication so far. No status on the order. Received an email that my items are shipped. Now they its a glitch in their system. Which is an obvious lie. Horrible company.

      We bought a shark lift away vacuum clear model AZ1501. Well we have had it only 3 months and the belt has broke on the soft roll. we contacted and they don't warranty that part of the vacuum clear and there is no access to change out the belt. They want you to buy a whole new head for the vacuum clear for ***** plus shipping and taxes. The belt replacement for the vacuum clear only cost 6 plus tax, but you have now way to replace the belt
