      I was ignored by Shark/Ninja. It's very apparent it's a "Bait and Switch" situation on their advertisement and on their website. Nowhere did my order indicate it was "out of stock" or "back ordered." My credit card was charged, 8 days later I called twice with no remediation. I reached a call center in ***********, leading to nowhere. They indicated they would call me back and no one ever did. I never received an email indicating my product was out of stock, on back order, or that they're looking into resolving my issues I called about. Their website DOES NOT indicate my product is out of order. But it is. Just like the person's complaint below me: " I checked the Shark website and today and the past two weeks has said this item is still available for purchase. I know that I am just one of millions of other people that are ordering from this company, but getting ghosted makes me feel like they could care less about the customer and keeping them updated on their order." Same scenario. Item: Shark FlexStyle

      I was ghosted by this company. Placed order on 11/28/22 for Shark Flexstyle HD430. Order#********-00. Received email 11/28/22 stating that order was confirmed and status of awaiting fulfillment. My credit card was charged. Two weeks go by with no email or notification update. I then checked my card statements and notice that the order amount was refunded. Again, no email or notification stating that order was canceled or refunded. Now on 12/14/22, I check the order and it is no longer found. I checked the Shark website and today and the past two weeks has said this item is still available for purchase.I know that I am just one of millions of other people that are ordering from this company, but getting ghosted makes me feel like they could care less about the customer and keeping them updated on their order.

      I haven't received my item I just ordered but they have pretty much nonexistent customer service. I ordered one of their vacuums from their site and they have a promo code for $150 off. I added the code put my billing and shipping information and saw that it had applied the code for the discount. I clicked pay now and on the next screen it says that it charged me the full price. So I immediately try to contact support about it but they are closed. O well so as soon as they opened today I called to see if they could help adjust or even cancel the order so maybe I can try to order again but by the time i ordered at 8PM PST to 6AM PST the order changed to preparing for shipment and they say since its in that state they cannnot do anything.. LOL and when I ask if they have a billing department that can help assist in billing discrepancies i was told they have no billing department. They let me know what I need to do is wait to receive the item. Call back to start a return and then return the item and then try to re-order it with the code again. Quite a joke and learned my ****** the hard way and last time i order anything directly from their website when I can order from a 3rd party and get **** times better customer service.

      looks like deplorable customer service and warrenty. Glad I did not buy the three foodies for christmas presents. Always thought Ninja was considered a good product. Not anymore

      Worst customer service experience every. I have bought many products from shark and not had any real issues. I call today because my vacuum won't turn on. I have a 5 yr warranty on the vacuum. They said because the power button is on the handle it isn't covered by warranty and that part doesn't affect the whole machine. What a crock of s***

      Extremely deceptive company and 3rd rate customer service. These guys are thugs. Don't not buy!!!You are warned do not buy anything from them. I placed an order for Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self-Empty XL robot direct from the website for $499. The unit arrived few days later and was broken out of the box. This original purchase had come with a 3 year warranty. When I called them about it, they said they would send me a replacement but the replacement would not carry the 3 year warranty. So I said I would return it and get my refund back. After returning the *********** I placed a order from this company again in hopes that perhaps the first time i got a lemon and that second time they would do right by me This 2nd order went on back order(out of stock) and they offered me a better price of $360 if i was willing to wait for it to arrive in stock. It had been several days since I had returned the 1st order and they had not issued me the $499 refund. So I called them and they said they would issue me a refund but it would be $360 only which was the price of the 2nd robot. The two orders were separate and I had returned the 1st one even before i purchased the 2nd one. They should have rightfully refunded me the correct amount. After about 7 phone calls and 20 days of back and forth I am writing this review here. These guys are thugs. Don't not buy!!!

      Worst ever customer service. I have been waiting 14 days for a refund only to receive a partial credit. Their front line customer service must escalate everything. They do no call you back, I have made over 11 calls in the last 2 weeks. I think they practice unfair business. They took back a vacuum that was not was it was represented. The design has many flaws. they didn't care that I was un happy. They have not refunded my entire amount due. I would not ever recommend them at all. Very poor customer service.

      Worst customer service. Contacted support through chat and no one responded till a day later. How long are you expecting your customers to wait online to get help? Ended up calling and had the rudest agent with an attitude problem. Shark needs to do better. Hope whenever I get my item I don't have any problems. I don't want to have to deal with your lack of service.

      I ordered a product from Shark a month ago, no product was delivered between the **** business days because ***** had issues with too many labels. I had to call ***** myself to investigate and they said that it is being returned to sender. Now from my perspective that seems like a ***** and shark issue. Thus I call shark to relay the information I was given, shark continued to say that the tracking ****** it will be delivered by the end of the day, however its been saying that since 11/10 and I was calling them on 11/16. They stated that if that was the case, they could have a new shipment sent out and I responded that with Thanksgiving the following week, I may not be home when its delivered so I would like a refund. They started a refund process because I received they credit requested transaction. I wait 5 business days for the refund to show on my account, nothing. I call shark to question where my refund is. Shark says that it is showing on their side and if I dont receive it in two days to call again so it can be escalated. Its been two days, I call to have it escalated and the awful customer service rep stated the same script from two weeks ago before they started a refund ***** tracking says it will be delivered at the end of the day. Now Im mad, no its not being delivered and even if it was it was not going to be coming to my address because I have confirmed it with *****. The rep ****** that she will be escalating my case and that I should receive a call within 2-4 hours 10 hours passed, no call. I call again to see whats going on, theres no supervisor so my case is being re-escalated, whatever that means since the escalation didnt seem to have happen in the first place anyway. I ordered over a month ago, not product was delivered and not money was given back. I wont be calling them again since I already filed for a charge back and now I just wont be supporting their company anymore.

      I have a Ninja kitchen blender, food processer, and Ninja blender. The food processor is accumulating food and bacteria under the ********* than cannot be cleaned with normal cleaning in a sink or dishwasher. This is a place where bacteria and mold can grow as food gets stuck in the machine from general use and cleaning. This product should be recalled as it presents a health hazard for consumers.
