      Really disappointed, got a ninja foodie for Christmas in 2020. Lost the presure lid, so ordered a replacement last week. when it came in I placed it on the unit (which was unplugged and cold) to make sure it fit. In doing so, the lid got stuck and I could not remove it. I called customer service today and they told me the unit was outside a warranty so I had to buy a new one for a $190, which is more expensive than buying online, and that I could not be refunded for my $40 lid. this is unacceptable customer service. Because I received a faulty lid, I am now out an entire unit.

      Bought a lift-away vacuum from Sharks website on my credit card in August, within a week the brush-roll stopped working and they sent me a new one for free after I argued and refused to pay $100 for a new one (because I've only had it for a week), new brush-roll stopped working within a week or so also. I called for a return label in September and returned it and within two days it was delivered back to them, I waited a month for my return and never got it, called in October and the lady I spoke with said she would release the return to me because they have the product, told me to wait ten business days for my return, I waited fifteen just to make sure and called my bank to file a dispute with Shark. Flash forward to November 21st, Shark came back against my dispute saying they never received my product, yet tracking number says otherwise and I am still without refund (or my vacuum).

      I bought the Robo Vaccum that "supposed" to be a smart vaccum, the only smart thing is not buying it. Doesn't cover all the places, and the map is annoying, can't draw the map, And have to spend lot of time with no zone configuration. Unless you have a square home without furniture, stay away from this $500 c*** And if you decide to return it, they charge you for the shipping fee, totally non sense!

      Bought a Shark Lift Away Upright Vacuum October 2021. Brush Bar broke under normal or honestly less than normal use. Called ******** center and even though it has a 5 year warranty, they refused to honor it claiming that parts are not covered. Everything is made up of parts!!! They wanted to charge me over a hundred dollars for a new brush bar that I would then have to try to replace myself. I told them that I would rather spend that money on a different nonShark vacuum. This company and their warranties are a scam!! DON'T BUY!!!

      I purchased the Shark Rotator powered Lift-Away speed upright Vacuum NV680 from ******* less than a year ago along with the extended warranty. The hose piece in the bottom of the sweeper cracked and I sent it in to be repaired but was told they had to wait for the part to be shipped to repair it. Well about a month later I finally get an email saying that it was not repairable and that they will not be sending it back to me and would send me a ******* gift card for the purchase price of the sweeper. Well the price for the sweeper now is more than double of what I originally paid for and was not reimbursed enough to get a new sweeper. The could of sent me a replacement sweeper THEMSELVES instead of giving me a lousy gift card that will not even cover for half the price of a new sweeper. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing a Shark sweeper anymore due to the poor customer service and i feel like I have been ripped off. Never again. Would not recommend this at all because it will break and they will not replace it even if you have purchased the warranty. Please beware.

      Shark ninja is not a reputable business. Not only did it take 9 days to receive a refund, I was cheated out of part of refund. Had to call to get refund then was cheated out of $30. 63. Called 2nd time and was only refund $21.17 I wont ever buy another product.

      There customer service is a joke. I called to get a replacement as the air fryer did no live up To its warranty. They sent the wrong product and now have been waiting month to get thecorrect replacement. With the call center not being local no one understands and keep getting the running round they order it for me. Supervisor are no help. They are also never able to provide ***** tracking number. This is wrong and horrible customer service

      LOVE my Shark Ninja Vacuum! I have golden retrievers and carpeting and what a pleasure to have a no-hair-wrap roller which is worth its weight in gold to me and the main reason for purchasing this machine. I am mechanically challenged but was able to assemble the entire vacuum and use all parts of it without assistance, although it was difficult to get it and all its pieces out of the box. Would have given this five stars except for the fact it is very heavy, cumbersome and falls over easily, the odor control attachment does not fit well and seems to be worthless, and it does not have a retractable cord. While I appreciate the long cord, it is always in the way when I vacuum and a pain to store. I vacuum every day so I am not going to wind the cord around the cord wraps and then unwrap to use again on a daily basis and the cord becomes kinked. Retractable cords are the best... please take note Shark!

      I ordered their new hair styler/blower. I received an email saying the 3rd notice of failed payment. I never received the first two notices - after over an hour of searching, I found an email and forwarded it to them to make sure it wasn't a scam. My order history on their website and my credit card statement showed the payment went through. I called customer service multiple times with people who knew nothing and just cut you off and talk over you. I am beyond upset - how can something go to collections when it was paid for over 60 days ago?

      I purchased and quickly returned the Shark AV2501 AE robot vac. The software app did NOT work, even after following the "trouble shooting" tips several times. I called **************** and they could NOT guide me to get the vac to run. The **************** person that I spoke to was very difficult to understand. English is NOT their primary language. This was a very disappointing experience with Shark. I doubt I will ever purchase another Shark product. I was fortunate to have the Amazon 30 day return policy to make me whole.
