      I bought a very expensive blender that seems to not have any features or benefits that explain its high price tag.Almost everyday for the last month I have gotten an automated text message from them selling me more stuff.When I called to ask them to stop they said I had to file a formal request.A formal request to ask their permission to stop harassing me after waiting my money on them. Sharkninja thats not coolboooooo

      This company makes your life impossible to solve problems with online orders, it does not matter if you speak English or Spanish, they only give you (escalations )after escalations, they are not professional at all, they do not take their customers seriously. a month and a half and I still haven't received my refund.think more than once if you want to order something from this company and their website ( sharkninja.com) if you don't want headaches don't do it

      We had to return some items to the Ninja/Shark company. They sent us a *** that does not work. When it brought up all one gets is garbled mess. Doesn't work with our system. Had my computer checked out to see if it was functioning properly and it is. The fault lay with the *** not being compatible with our system. After 5 phone calls to ***************** absolutely no one would or could believe that fault lay with their file. They continued to want to send us another ***. I kept telling them NO! They assume that it will be compatible with every system. WRONG!Finally we gave up and went to ***** and paid for the return ourselves. Now I am trying to get the $150.78 back and get it off the Visa.IT HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE HEADACHE TRYING TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEADS!!!!!

      I called customer service in asking about a replacement part for my blender. First, they sent me a battery pack despite ordering a blade they told me was the one I needed. I called again and they sent me the blade they originally recommended, however that blade turned out to be the wrong part. I gave them the model number of the blender yet they still sent me a part to a completely different machine. Trying to get a refund and/or the part I needed was a nightmare. They were slow to respond when I chatted with them. They asked for pictures on multiple occasions despite knowing exactly what I needed knowing my model information. They took forever to respond via email as well to the point where I had to contact them again and demand for a refund by the end of the day just to get any response and finally get my money back. It took me TWO MONTHS to get my money back and I STILL can't use my blender. They were not at all apologetic about the wait time or how difficult it was to get any response or resolution. What should've been a simple exchange turned into a laborious process.

      Two stars given solely because of ***************** STILL have an unresolved issue with the company 3 months later and after MANY calls to ***************** Repeatedly promised that a supervisor will contact me, then I'm never contacted. TWICE the wrong product was sent to me, sent the first one back, and I'd like to send the second one back now, but the shipping label hasn't been sent to me despite the repeated calls to **************** requesting one.

      Just purchased a Shark robot vacume. Had a horrible time trying to convey to the person on the other end of the phone what I needed. This company definitely needs operators in ***************** that can understand english without you having to repeat yourself several times to make them understand. Am very frustrated. This is my first and last Shark product as your customer service has a lot to be desired!!!!!

      I purchased a Ninja CM401 Specialty 10-Cup Coffee Maker, with 4 Brew Styles for ************** Built-in Water Reservoir, Fold-******************** Carafe, Black back in July of 2021 and absolutely love this coffee maker. However just recently where the coffee and filter goes is not draining all the way. The coffee stays inside. It hard to tell if the water canister is adding to much water and/or the coffee holder isn't doing what its supposed to. It appears at times it is not consistent with the amount its supposed to brew. I had no idea what the warranty was so I called Ninja. It only has a year warranty and they wanted to charge me $160 to replace the base when I can go on Amazon and buy a brand new machine for that amount. I tried to get them to work with me but they wouldn't budge. I think this coffee maker is on the higher price side and would expect it to work much longer than a year. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Manufacturers don't make products to last like they used to!

      Their parts /accessory web page is TERRIBLE !! It asks you to put in your model number from your product which is either on the product or box that it came in , well in my case it came off of the product ( robotic vacuum ) , when I put my model in the requested space it says Opps no such model found !!! I called their support line ( which was hard to find ) and asked about this issue , the lady told me to use the model number on the instruction manual , which I did and it STILL said Opps no such model found !! I find the website not very user friendly myself !! If you have a certain model YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND PARTS/ACCESSORIES BY THAT MODEL NUMBER !!

      I have now had 2 of the same AI MOPPING ROBOTS. The original I purchased and a warranty replacement. Both of them have the same problem. The robot starts spinning in a circle and acts lost, this is a major software or hardware issue. Do not purchase a shark robot. Their products are severely flawed

      I purchased a shark professional upright vacuum cleaner model NV50126 in 2018 and the warranty states that the product is under warranty for five years. The shark rotator no longer ***** from the base upright portion only the wand works and barely. I called shark and they told me that they only warranty the product model number. I asked what does that mean and what does the warranty stand for if it does not mean that they warranty the product. She told me that unless the entire vacuum was out they do not warranty anything I have to purchase parts and repair it myself. I will never purchase another shark product again!! Im very disappointed that they do not stand behind their product!!!
