      I am writing my review of Shark Vacuum since 2013 or 2014. My admiration for the customer support is based off of years of excellent troubleshooting over the phone. I have learned if you are "nice" to customer service they too are very supportive. It is the right attitude to have with any business whether a customer or a customer service representative. ********************** has a 5 year warranty. I was given either the part under warranty paying only for shipping. I was glad for the support working with the agent on the troubleshooting over the phone. People like myself have to be patient with the process and I am not always patient with myself let alone other people. Shark vacuum customer service has "listen" to me without losing their patience or if I was frustrated I was treated with professional curtesy a lost art in some businesses. I know the way they follow a routine to troubleshoot to determine a repair has worked with me, I trust this company to stand by their product. TALKING to a person on the phone is reassuring to me because I have been SUPPORTED and blessed by the patience of the representative working through the process with myself. I am appreciative of any company that values their customers satisfaction enough to train their support staff to listen to the customer. I always want to review after each interaction with Shark for each customer service agent deserves to rated for the experience they provided me. I just appreciate the support I have had with them. That is my experience and belief that they do care about their product to make better customer experiences. I am a senior citizen who stays with a brand or service because of the customer service experiences they offer. I have a handful of these companies that make such a huge positive experience in a world of impersonal troubleshooting by chat and email that can take days or weeks to get resolved. Please be kind with your customer service representatives . They are listening to you.

      Their support is terrible. Their website has numerous broken links. You cannot get warranty support - ****** gave me a number for warranty support (562-XXX-3531) and no one ever answers. I called back, spoke with ***** and he gave me a number (999-XXX-04721) that turned out to be just another line into Shark customer support. It rang and rang and rolled over several times until I got the switchboard. The person wanted me to call back and try to navigate the *** to get to the very people I had already talked to in Shark support. This is nothing but dodging customers. They have absolutely NO COMMITMENT to solving my problem.

      Terrible warranty policy. Purchases the Shark WandVac hand held vacuum. Battery died after 10 months. They wanted to charge me $104 ($60 shipping and $44 handling) to get it replaced. The product costs $100 and weighs about 2 pounds. How does a company charge shipping and HANDLING to replace a defective product? The handling fee goes to the company.

      I bought the Ninja ***************** Barista System on 11/28/23. I used it for the first time today 12/9/23. This coffee machine does NOT work. I followed all the directions and it keeps peeping stating add water. I contacted Ninja for assistance. ******* was extremely condescending and not helpful. They agreed the machine was broke I told them I no longer had the box to return. They stated the only way to get a replacement was to cut the call on a video visit (which is inappropriate) or send them a picture of it cut then I will have to wait 10 business day to receive a new one. This is unacceptable this product was ****** they should ship a new one so I can return the broken one and review the product and find the issue of the coffee machine to fix/enhance their products for future customers. This product is NOT cheap and shouldnt be discarded it should be reviewed. And to wait 10 business days is unacceptable!

      I just recently purchased a Shark carpet expert and I am very pleased with the results. My carpets cleaned up great just like the ** demonstration. My neighbor lady was impressed too. The shark solution leaves a very pleasant clean scent. Can't wait to show my son how well it works. I also like how every thing needed is onboard and changes are made pretty much with the flip of a switch thank you, *********************** ******** ****

      Purchased a hairdryer in 2022. The cool shot feature stopped working and it started to smell like it was burning. Called customer service and they were willing to send me a new one but only after I cut the cord on the old one while on the phone with them. I tired to explain that wasnt a solution because it would mean I would be two weeks without a hairdryer. Offered to pay for one up front if they would refund my money when I returned the old one but no deal. Thats poor customer service in my book.

      Terrible customer service! Terrible experience! They leave a bad taste in your mouth. Your ninja goes bad you might as well buy something else than deal with the terrible customer service.

      I went on their website today to purchase a vaccine cleaner (Stratos with pet upgrade). In hot pink lettering it said the product was 40% off. When I got to the checkout, the product was full price ($499.80) instead of the 40% off price ($299.80). I spoke to two people from customer service: ** and ******** (?). After explaining, they said the discount was no longer valid even though it was still listed on the website.

      I purchased a ninja creamy system in August 2022. I use this system seven times at the most. *** noticed the last time I tried to use the creamy, the blade kept falling off. I called customer service and troubleshoot. The problem and I was advised that the unit needed to be replaced. I was a little over three months past the one year warranty, and ninja offered to give me a discount towards a new purchase. The sad thing is, even with the discount, it was much more than I paid at **** Club, where I purchased the product. About six or seven ninja small appliances in my kitchen, but I do not plan to purchase anymore. I think the least they could have done was offered a 60 or 70% discount or even offered to replace my unit. I think its terrible to buy a machine that cost $175 and only use it seven times. ****** learned. Before my creamy went bad, I actually looked into getting a ninja creamy deluxe but after this experience, no more ninja products for me

      I purchased a sharkninja product, I then returned it through their return system a few days after I received it because the quality was subpar. They refused to refund my money even after they received the product back. I disputed it with my credit card company and they contacted sharkninja who lied and said I didn't return the product, and that I refused to provide the proof they requested that the item was returned. They never requested the proof, if they had I would have provided it. I have now had to file an additional dispute with my credit card company because sharkninja lied. They have effectively stolen my money and lied about me.They are NOT an ***************** even though they have an office in MA, they are a Chinese based company now. Their products are shoddy and the company is full of thieves and frauds.If I could leave a review lower than 1 star I would.
