      I spoke to a representative last week and asked them not to call my work number as I have a personal number and email they can contact me through. I also informed them I will be filing bankruptcy and they continue to call my work number and have never sent me any emails.

      I received a letter from this company saying I owe a debt . I have never signed any contract with your company nor have I ever did any business with your company . You illegally obtained my information without my permission and this is considered identity theft . You are violating my consumer rights according to the **** and if my name is not removed I will take full action .       This company has been harassing and sending me letters . I have never done any business with this company nor have I ever signed any legal contract with this company I am not sure how they got my information but this is identity theft. They have been calling me everyday trying to get money from me which has caused me emotional stress . They are violating my consumer rights , as I have never signed any contracts. Please remove my name from this debit because under my consumer rights FCRA this is considered identity theft . I do not owe you anything because you illegally obtained my information without my knowledge.

      I have recieved a bill from a collection agency that is completely fraudulent. It claims I owe money to ***. Division of revenue in the amount of ****** with ****** worth of interest and a penalty of 90.00.I haven't lived in ******** in 20 yrs nor h e I heard anything about a debt from the state ever. ***************** doesn't answer the phone, if it does pick up it asks you for a security code and then hangs up.

      A phone number from ********************* calls me repeatedly however Ive never had any interaction with the company and have never defaulted on a loan (or even paid late), so they need to stop contacting me. They also never leave a message, so clearly they dont need to actually talk to me. Its harassment.
