This company has taken it upon itself to attach its name to my disability claim. I never gave them permission to do such. I have signed nothing. The lawyer that I hired is the one that made me aware of this. I have tried calling yet I get no answer. I need for the lawyer to send in a withdrawal form. i filed a disabiity claim with social security and hired this firm to represent me.
