      After blocking previous calls from this organization, I accidentally answered one from a local area code. I guess it was because I've been under extreme stress lately, but I failed to realize that this organization is not affiliated with the Social security administration. I stupidly answered questions and signed paperwork. Later that same day, I realized what a mistake I had made. I did not want to sign away my rights like this. I called back but could only get a response amounting to "someone will call you back in a few days." My wife called again to request a fax number and the person she spoke to told her they wouldn't provide one because it is privileged. Eventually, they gave her a number which always rings busy. We finally got another fax #. I've sent the fax requesting that they send a formal withdrawal for representation AND fees to social security. I am following this up with a certified letter. I'm very concerned that these people have my personal information and are seeking to claim money for a disability claim which I had already submitted all required paperwork for. My wife has been working with a retired lawyer regarding my filing and they expressed concern about this company. I want to have them stop this claim and fee request, but I'm just getting the run around from their representatives which makes me think that they will not do what is right and withdraw. If they had worked on my case for a while, I could understand but since I called back within a couple of hours it is very concerning that they won't put me through to someone who can cancel this error.

      They have been calling my phone everyday all day from different numbers that I have to keep blocking

      I have been receiving several robocalls on a daily basis from numbers registered as Citizens Disability LLC. They leave voicemails stating that I have requested a disability service (which I have not). The few times I answered their calls they hang up the phone. Today I contacted the company's headquarters trying to find a solution and the representative gave me a different number to call, **************. After comparing the list of numbers I have received calls from, I found this number is one of the numbers calling my cell phone. I tried to call the number I was given and first I got a busy signal!! then later I got a recording asking to dial the number "5" to be transferred. Please keep in mind that my cell phone is registered on the *** list.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      1) Why are your agents calling stating "You requested Social Security benefits" when I never did? 

      2) Where did you obtain/bought my phone number? 

      3) I appreciate placing my number on a DNC but I am expecting that you remove, delete, and purge my phone number and any other personal information you may have from all of your databases. 

      The answer to these two questions will satisfy my complaint.

      I receive several daily calls from Citizens Disability LLC; I've talked to representative they said I contacted them about disability claim which I have NEVER contacted them since I work full time and do NOT have a disability. I've asked to be removed from their calling list but still receive several calls a day fortunately, I don't have my voice mail set up so no voice messages to delete. This is bordering on harassment and I contemplate contacting attorney to *** them maybe I wouldn't have to work full time if I can get a settlement! STOP calling me!!

      Citizens Disability constantly calling from at least 20 different phone numbers. Block one and get more calls from another. I get several calls on a daily basis. I want my number removed I have never dealt with this company nor will I ever. Do not release my email to this company.

      I receive **** calls a day from this company. All of them are spam and scam. All I want is for my number to be removed from their list and to never hear from them again. I have tried calling, adding my number to their do not call list, register my number with a do not call service, download and install a scam shield on my device, and even complain to the *** for violation.
