Just like the rest of the complaint this company keep calling my number I tell the representative I'm not interested I have all ******** one too do not call but keep calling anyway four to six times daily I must have 10 to 15 voicemails to prove it I am also on the National Do Not Call list but still get these kind of calls I would like to be polite as possible please stop calling my number thank you very muchBusiness Response

The question asked above: Did the issue occur within the last 12 months? YES, it occurs many times DAILY!This "company" is a MASIVE spam caller, I block one of their MANY numbers they just readjust and call again. This is one of the worst spam callers I have ever dealt with in my life. I want my phone number REMOVED from EVERY list they have. I am on the national NO NOT CALL list, however this company ignores it, and additionally it is DIRECT violation with the CAN-SPAM Act of ****. Which could cost them millions in fines depending on the call tracking revealed by an official FCC investigation..In addition to this BBB complaint, this situation has also earned them an official complaint from me to the FCC.This is outrageous.Business Response

As with all the other complaints here - I have been receiving **** calls a day from this business at a minimum. I have never reached out to them and don't know how they acquired my information. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the mailing list and block the # each time, but every time they call it is from a new phone number. So frustrating.Business Response

Like every one else I been getting called non stop by these guys recently. Every time, I chose to opt out / have my number removed, they'll again call the next day under a new number so blocking them does nothing. Extremely annoying. Stop calling.Business Response

Previously file a complaint. Resolution stated my number would be added to their DO NOT CALL list and the calls would stop in ***** hours. If my number was indeed added to your DO NOT CALL list in November 2022....WHY have your consistently been calling me for the last two months???? I provided call logs where you have called. EACH of these numbers have been blocked, but you have an endless bank of numbers and you CONTINUE to call. I just want it to stop!!! The response your have provided this time was also provided on my last complaint and it has NOT stopped. Your response is ***************** Speak" and means NOTHING!! I do not believe your calls will stop and you are powerless to make it stop...or you just ***** care to stop it.

This company calls 5+ times a ************ The spam calls change ***************** of incoming call each time. They keep calling me by the wrong name.************************* who they have disclosed is on disability with a glucose monitor. Hippa violations. Every time I ask to have my number removed from their call list they just hang up. Im on the national do not call list. I do not want any more calls or texts from this company to my phone number. I have been receiving calls from this company for about 2 months straight, up to 4 calls a day. I told them to stop calling me, Im not interested, and even pressing the prompt to remove me from the call list have not worked. When I try to talk to the representative, and tell them Im not interested, they tell me this is our call back number and they end the call. This has now turned to harassment. Better Business Bureau:I will accept their response, if it means they stop calling me, but "*****" is a liar. This Company has my number in their system because they called multiple times per week, always from different numbers. If they were legitimate, they'd use a real, traceable (and blockable) number. This company may offer an actual useful service, but they are definitely unscrupulous and should be shut down.
