      I thought I had a real legal representation by hiring this company, but they've done absolutely nothing to help my claim. After speaking with my case manager, they have not received any thing or litigation from them to help my case at all. They call me constantly and texts as well. But everything I sent to SSA they want a copy. They're misrepresented themselves and I want them off my case. I sent SSA everything thing they requested and they informed me that they haven't heard anything from citizens disability. So I want them off my case and a cease of contact from calling me up to ten times a day.

We alerted SSA to your application filing and protected your filing date, as well as filed your application. We worked with you to get the necessary forms completed for SSA, as well as spoke with you to gather information regarding other specific information requested by SSA, such as information regarding your earnings that needed clarification according to SSA. We spoke with you many times regarding your application. In December 2022 you stopped answering contact attempts from our office. We have also talked to SSA numerous times regarding your case. We understand that you do not wish to utilize our services any longer, and we will withdraw as representative regarding your claim.

      I receive approx 15 monthly robo calls, sometimes 3-4 daily, from different numbers from Citizens Disability LLC.. I have requested to be removed from list, blocked and reported numbers, filed also with DO NOT CALL.. Nothing is working, please help.

      Citizen's disability has been calling me 5 to 10 times a day from different numbers. If I answer, it is a recording asking if I can hear them okay and telling me I am being recorded. I have blocked every number and reported it each time, but they continue to call.

      Much like other complaints, I am receiving multiple calls per day. It doesn't matter if their numbers are blocked; they repeatedly change their numbers. I don't know how they acquired my number to begin with, but it is super annoying. I even incurred international roaming charges because of their calls. I really believe this organization needs to be investigated for fraudulent practices.

      I have literally had 4 to 5 calls a day saying I am in need of disability assistance. I have told them I do not need disability and please stop calling to no avail. I just want to be removed from their call list.

      This Company shows as the caller ID. They have been calling me daily for 2 weeks. I have asked every time to be removed from list and to stop calling. My number is on the "Do not call" registry. I have had no contact with this company prior.

      I keep getting telemarketing calls from this organization every day (sometimes several times a day) over the past year. I keep blocking their phone numbers but they keep calling on different numbers.

      As with a majority of the complaints, I have been inundated with spam calls, 5 to 15 calls a day. I want these calls to stop. If I have to I will hire an attorney to *** under the spam calls law. Cease and desist all contact! I don't know how these people got my contact information because I never gave it to them nor do I need their services.

      Starting last month, this practice literally called me with a different number every day. Even after reporting their number to the spam system and signing up for the National DO NOT CALL list, this business still kept making multiple phone calls to sell their program to someone that does not need it at all.

      I am unable to contact any attorney within this company. I sought there help in a SSDI filing. They refuse to contact me or the representative from SS.
