Citizens Disability is ROBOCALLING through ONVOY, LLC phone lines to spam me by calling me over and over. I try to block the phone numbers, and report them as spam, but as soon as I do, they have changed the phone# they are using to spam from. This organization/ business is harassing me by calling me several times a day. I do not want their service and did not ask to be contacted. Im blocking the phone number and Ill get the exact same message from another number. Now theyre even making the caller ID look like an individual person is calling. These people are relentless. I have never done business with them.I am spam called daily from at least 3 different ***** numbers. At last count, I have blocked 34 different phone numbers from literally all over the state. I have twice asked them, begged actually to remove my number from their list. To no avail. I have received multiple spam calls from this company always spoofing ***************** ******** phone numbers. I have zero interest in this companys services and when I called the number to opt out it just said press 1 with no instructions as to what that would indicate. They call several times a day and offer no clear way to opt out.Business Response

I am constantly receiving unsolicited calls from Citizens Disability multiple times per day. I can't request them to stop because no one is on the line when I answer. I block one number only to be called from another.Business Response

This is a complaint about the above company calling me day and night, from dozens of different phone numbers. I have answered a few times, and told them, that I AM NOT INTERESTED in what they have to offer, and to remove my number from their calling list. They said they would, but I'm still getting calls. Sometimes, they would leave me a 1 minute voice-mail, and it's always the same voice, tone, mannerism, and and words said. I think it may be prerecorded. So I want this company to STOP calling me, and harassing me. I already have representation for a disability case I have pending. I told them that too. But they still insist on calling me from 6am to approximately 9pm. Please look into this matter, and make them STOP. Thank you, in advance.Business Response

Like other complaints listed on this businesss profile, I receive multiple spam calls from this business every week. I have never done business with them or contacted them, they just started spamming me out of nowhere. I accidentally answered the first call, ***** the recorded message from the company, and hung up. Ever since then they wont leave me alone. So far I have blocked 5 different numbers with the caller ID ********************** Dsblty and they just keep calling me from other numbers. Citizens Disability has illegally called my phone number repeatedly for telemarketing purposes. My phone number is registered with both the federal and state do-not-call registries. I have notified Citizens Disability to cease and desist. Their response to my BBB complaint from three weeks ago was "We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We are adding your number to our DNC list, this takes 24-48hrs to take effect." Even after this complaint, they persist in calling. My state allows suing for damages for each illegal call. I have no idea how this company has my information. I never called or spoke with any person about my case. I spoke with them after so many calls and I told them that I don't want them to call me. To please stop calling me. Then the lady keeps talking over me and did not let me talk at all.. After she finished I explained to her that I am not interest it. Well they keep calling me non stop over and over at least 3 or 4 times a day. I keep blocking their numbers and looks like they are all over the country.! I do not have a disability claim with them! I have blocked their numbers and still get multiple calls per day! Enough is enough. Please can someone help me with this?Business Response

I am receiving calls at all times if the day and night from this company. I never requested information from them. In fact I have told them several times to stop harrassing me but they continue.
