      On 9/27/22 Citizens Disability submitted a disability claim to Social Security on my behalf without my knowledge or permission. Then subsequently pressured me into completing the application they said they didnt start, which felt deceptive telling me there is now a deadline because the process is started. At 4:10 pm Pacific time I spoke with ****** at Citizens Disability inquiring about disability. I was told multiple times that nothing was being submitted to Social Security, and that they were not allowed to submit unless/until I give them written permission authorizing it. A follow-up conversation that ****** scheduled to call me for 9/28 @ 12 noon (Pacific) never happened. Instead I discovered on the Social Security website that a disability claim had been started, and I received a paper letter from SSA confirming it. I called Citizens on 9/28/22 @ 2pm at multiple numbers, but only got a run-around. Then at 2:20 pm I received a call from ****** assuring me "Nothing submitted to Social Security. We need your e-signature authorization first". ****** transferred me to a supervisor ****, who said the same thing. When I explained that I see a submission on the SS website she gave me conflicting statements that "A number must be obtained, so a submission is done" and she tried pressuring me into submitting a claim because there is now a deadline to meet because of their submission. After a long harassing pressure conversation, I repeated my demand to withdrawn the claim, since they are now falsely listed as the agency representing me. She finally assured me it would be done within 24 hours, which never happened. Three weeks later on 10/18/22 since its still not withdrawn, I submitted a complaint via their website. They replied via email saying the same conflicting statement "...we never submitted anything to SSA, we started an application..." admitting they did submit to SSA and a deadline is now started.

      Citizens Disability did not submit a disability claim for the customer.  We submitted an inquiry to the ****************************** to confirm the customer's identity and assess their eligibility for disability benefits.  The *** website will display this inquiry for approximately 60 days.  If no action is taken, it will disappear.  In addition, the customer is free to pursue filing a ******************** claim from this inquiry either on his own or with another representative.  If the customer chooses to pursue a ******************** claim, there is no fee owed to Citizens Disability as the customer never signed representative documents appointing Citizens Disability as the representative or allowing Citizens Disability to collect a fee.

      This company continues to try to solicitate calls to me even after I requested to be removed from their list. Their agent laughed at my request. I told them I would report them for the continued harassment and I was laughed at again so here we are. This company is trying to attempt fraud.

      I asked not to be contacted and to be placed in their DNC list. They kept calling. I blocked their number. The started calling from different numbers. Theyre calling me ***** times a day. Thats harassment. I dont ever want to hear from them by phone, print or any other media.

      They call me upward of 10x day despite the fact I have asked not to be contacted. On my caller ID they keep changing the number in an attempt to bypass me blocking their number. Thats harassment pure and simple

      Company has been calling me non stop and I never contacted them! I do not have a disability claim with anyone! I have blocked their number and STILL get multiple calls per day!

      I receive phone calls from them multiple times a day. I have blocked the number and asked to be taken off their list but just get disconnected each time. This is harassment.

      Keep getting calls from 989 area code from Citizen's Disability. They say that they are calling because I inquired about disability claims. I haven't. I spoke to one of their reps on a call and asked them not to call me again and advised them I am on the Do Not Call registry. (Verified) I get multiple calls a day ranging from 8 am to 10 pm. The calls always register as originating from a different number.

      Citizens Disability has illegally called my phone number 54 times in the last month, for telemarketing purposes. My phone number is registered with both the federal and state do-not-call registries. I have notified Citizens Disability to cease and desist.
