They've been calling me straight for a week every single day sometimes three times a day and at inappropriate times and I'm tired of it and I do not wish to be solicited.Business Response

12-15-2020, I filed a new account with CITIZEN **********************, I sent them a 600-page document concerning the disability I have, all was going well, until the one "1" attorney they have **************************, was so fast to bow out & when I tried to report my circumstance with Doctor ******** it just was too late. 3 years I've been waiting-working for the culmination of this issue social-security-disability case to be heard. but I had never spoken to the lawyer, I don't know whether attorney ever read my documents, I sent the memorandum of 600 pgs. via **** CERTIFIED 12-2020 to the Citizen Disability Corp. and the phone agents confirmed their arrival by telephone. However, now since attorney bowed out, I need to know where my documents are, not one of the **** agents can tell me, I've sent a notice to the Attorney ************* to confirm their whereabouts. I cannot hire a new attorney, without my 600 pp Memorandums. Are they on the court Docket? but I have not received my Memorandum in the mail, or any other method, and have no confirmation whether Attorney did send, or that they are on the court file. I took many years to compile these documents since **** and am at a very great loss. The court sent me a letter concerning the attorney exiting the case, but there is no information what documents was were on the case from the attorney for my side of the story. So, I have searched. And it seems my documents have disappeared, with no one to call with this help, or knowledge to find them, I have called the Citizens Disability several times requesting, for this help and I only get them telling me the case has been dropped. I sent my doctors report, and they still have no answered my questions. I sent the court a notice I could not go represent myself because I have no knowledge how to present myself in front of a court in this matter. because I need the help of an Attorney. I am at a great loss, for 600 pages memorandum is not that difficult to lose??? What can I do?Business Response

The citizens dusability phones me 3 tines a day using 484 number different phone numbers pop up. I don't want them to contact me. I never asked for them to contact me. I know for a fact *** dies not call you about anything not alone ask citizens disability to phone me. I got the *** determ***tion number about my case that us open . I told them citizens dusability phones me they tell me at the ssa office to hang up on them . Look citizens disability if you don't send me something in writting like the *** office, then your iffuce is a bs scam artist and I will be filing a complaint to ssa. That will be legal complaint. *** told me and I quote "we never call you about your case unless we need additional infornation" plus I know they are remote, not *** call center that is how I know your phonies. I been blocking your calls since you started harassing me . Stop harassing me. Your nkt getting my jnfirnation because I handled it privately eith ssa not you. .Business Response

I have been doing all the leg work and have been taking the paperwork SSDI has needed myself, and I never have heard anything from this company, and the *** himself is supposed to be representing me, and I have considered to call SSDI and have them withdrawn from my case. I have been doing it by myself and I can't trust that anything will get done for my case if I don't do it,they haven't shown me any thing yet.Business Response

Citizens Disability keeps calling me using phone number area codes from where I used to live. They are therefore spoofing me since their business is located in *************. I have been receiving multiple calls a day everyday for the past 3 weeks from this company. I keep blocking each number but then ultimately receive several more calls from another number with the same ID of "********************** Dsblty". About a year ago, I had the same issue and had to file a complaint with the *** to stop getting these calls from Citizens Dsblty and here they are again harassing me endlessly.Get the hint! Im making a complaint on Mr. *********************** ******** of citizen disability services I had canceled their service because I had done everything I needed to do to get my disability resolved with the Social Security disability benefits by myself and Mr. *********************** ******** had made a report to the ****************************** saying that he was my representative and he was supposed to get a payment stating that he was my representative In which I had done everything myself and I have already stated to Citizens Disability Services that I no longer needed their assistance because I have done it myself and furthermore I feel why I have to pay for something that I did myself so please look into this very important matter because I didnt work all my life for anyone but myself and my family so can you please help me to resolve this issue in a timely manner it will be deeply appreciated thank you so much sincerely **********************************Business Response

The business keeps calling me. I applied for SSA I git a advocate I picked she helps me with my paper work and my evaluation from ssa. They keep calling me telling me they are falling on the behalf of ssa. I called ssa and they said that's not true. I told them to stop falling me. I even told them to remove me from their fall list. They call every day for me I keep telling them the dame thing I don't need their help. I got a lady who is helping me with stmr appointments abd my evaks from ssa.
