Ive received TOO MANY calls from this business from SEVERAL different area codes. I want the calls to stop. *** already asked to be placed on the *** list and they keep on calling!!!Business Response

Last year I contracted with Citizens Disability to assist me in applying for disability. I called multiple times for a status. With them telling me that they sent the application through. I spoke to the Social Security Disability Office and was told that the application was saved but never signed or submitted. After 5 months I had to go to the disability office and finish the application and sign it. The point of hiring this company was to have them represent me as I am not mobile. Now a year after the original application (7 months after I submitted it) Social Security is finally starting my medical review. within that year Citizens Disability never contacted me by phone or email, unless I contacted them myself. Today, they contacted me and attempted to push through a conversation about the next steps. When I expressed frustration/concerns about their contractual failures the agent's response was " No we submitted it" and "Oh, let's not point fingers". Calling the *** office liars. Since they weren't listening I asked my daughter to talk to them, who tried to explain the situation and they just kept talking over us. Then they asked what we wanted to do with the account and threatened to cancel the application and that we would have to start the ****************. We told them to close the account and never contact me again.Business Response

We did submit the application and we have confirmation of that from the *** site, and we can provide that to you if you would like a copy. Unfortunately, we are not able to control how quickly *** processes claims, and we understand how frustrating the wait can be while your claim is processed. At no time during the call did the representative threaten to cancel the application. Your daughter noted that you wanted to discontinue our services, and we noted that we would withdraw our representation and you disconnected the call at that time. I receive numerous calls each day. On some occasions, the calls are up to seven back to back, each from a different phone number. I have blocked each one but since they change numbers, it does no good.Business Response

I contacted Citizens Disability to handle my Social Security Disability Claim. I contacted the company many times trying to find out what was happening with my claim, only to be told it takes 6 months or more to be approved or denied. Finally after almost a year, I called Social Security myself and was told they couldn't process the application because it hadn't been signed. So now after a year I'm at **********.I have asked them repeatedly for a contract to what the agreement I had with them, only to be assured they would get it to me in 24 to 48 hours. Last week was the 3rd time, and I have yet to receive anything. I no longer trust this company has my best interest in mind and no longer want to do business with this company. I would cut ties with this business over the phone or through emails, but don't trust them to be ethical or truthful of said dismissal.Business Response

Repeated and frequent spam calls - I am not on disibility, I have not signed up for this service or Opted-In. I have repeatedly asked to be added to the *** list, yet they continue to call from different numbers. I have been getting 10 at least ten spam calls daily from this company from 210 phone numbers. That is a ***********, ** extension. Im not even in ***** anymore and this company says theyre in ********. Its been two weeks with over ten calls on a daily basis from this company looking for a different individual. This makes no sense. Its becoming bothersome and if it continues I will try to get law enforcement involved. I would like for this company to stop contacting me.Business Response

America's Premier Disability ************** (Mr. ****************************** has contacted me and has misrepresented themselves as being associated with the ******************************* I have recently filed for Social Security Disability Insurance and this company contacted me and said that they were associated with the ************************************** They took all of my information and sent me an email regarding my social security file. I googled their company information and learned that they are not associated with the *** and they are attempting to represent me with my Social Security Claim and I don'[t need their assistant. **************** Disability ************** are contacting me continuously and I have indicated to them that I DO NOT NEED THIER ASSISTANCE. I contacted my *** office and they are aware of this. I would like for them to stop contacting me and do not try to contact the *** on my behalf. It is my understanding that **************** Disability ************** are trying to take money from my claim and any back pay that is due. Please assist me in getting them to understand that I don't need their assistance. Again, when they contacted me a few weeks they indicated that they were with ***. Citizens Disabilty spam calls my phone multiple times a day from several different numbers. I'm not disabled, have never contacted them, and have not consented to receive unsolicited phone calls from them. Appears to be aggressive marketing aimed to spam people.Business Response

I filed for disability in November 2019 and waited for a response. I received a call from someone claiming to work with Social Security and told me they could help with my case. I agreed to allow them to help me and I never heard from them again. Over the next couple of years I called and called to no avail. I left several messages and never heard anything from anyone at the Company. Forward to early 2023, I finally spoke to someone who informed me that nothing had changed. I continued to call Social Security and finally got through to someone I submitted paperwork, they updated my claim and we had a phone interview. I just recently found out that my claim had been approved but that Citizen's Disability was getting paid 65% of my pay out. I have been charged unfairly for services that they did not perform. I have never signed any paperwork with them and I never spoke to any of their Lawyers in reference to a fee or the services that they were suppose to provide. I did all the work and investigating and submission of forms on my own and I don't understand how they are getting paid for services not provided.Business Response

All forms for our representation of you were completed electronically and verified. The fee agreement that you signed is consistent with SSA guidance on such agreements, in that "[t]he fee specified in the agreement does not exceed the lesser of 25 percent of the past-due benefits". Please contact our office directly and we would be happy to send you copies of all of the forms that you signed, including the fee agreement.
