the representative forged answers to my applications and put lies on there that I did not say. He did not ask me all questions and ones he answered for me. He gave me his name and a pphone and ID number. I would like to get my application and information about me removed and revoked. They are not a good company and file put the application wrong so they can get money with appeals. I do not want phone calls or emails from them. I no longer want them to represent me,Business Response

Citizens Disability keeps calling me, from different numbers, seeking me to confirm things that have nothing to do with them. They say they know I am on disability, and they have ways to increase my benefits. I have refused to speak with them, asked them not to call, and have hung up on them several times. They refuse to stop calling me.Business Response

This company (or hired reps of this company based in ***************) call my cell phone that is on the National Do Not Call list, at least 15 times a day from different numbers. I have asked to be removed, I have told them that I am on the Nat'l Do Not Call registry, and they still call with robocalls and spoofed phones numbers. They are causing me mental distress and I want the calls to stop. I have asked the agents I can get thru to, after going round and round with the computer that answers, to remove my name and number from their call list and they refuse to. I want compensation for the mental abuse that this company is doing to me.Business Response

Ev Every day I'm getting 2 to 3 phone calls early in the morning late at night and I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their calling list. They will not if I ask them and tell them I'm not interested. They hang up on me. This has been going on for 3 months now if something's got to be done.Business Response

I have been receiving calls continuously day and night from a company they call Citizens Disability. They claim my Social Security is going to be taken away and need to do something right now to not make this happen. I have blocked every number they call from, and I cannot seem to stop it. They keep saying press 1 to be removed from the call list; this is not an option, for I have tried. I am very tired of this for I am disabled, and it is just wrong. Please do whatever you can do to stop this.Business Response
