I have no recollection of applying for or entering into any agreement with CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICE.Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 1692g), I am requesting full validation of this alleged debt. To date, I have not received any documentationsuch as a signed agreementdemonstrating that I consented to or am legally responsible for this account. Without such evidence, there is no legitimate basis for this account to be associated with my name.Because this account was fraudulently established, I request its immediate removal from my credit report and that all collection efforts cease.
