      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience with ****** *****, a local account manager for ********************** (phone: ************).I was contacted by Mr. ***** to sign up for your services. Based on the information and price guarantee he provided, I proceeded with the signup. However, I later discovered that the pricing he quoted was incorrect. When I reached out to Breezeline directly, I was informed that there were no notes on my account regarding the promised pricing, and your team was unable to assist further.Since then, I have attempted to contact Mr. ***** multiple times without receiving any response. His lack of communication and unprofessional demeanor have been extremely frustrating. I feel misled and disappointed by the experience, and I do not recommend doing business with him to anyone.I would appreciate it if someone from your team could review this situation and provide a resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I had an account with Breeze line which is a horrible company the only thing worse than the service is the customer service from this company. It is outsourced to ***** where no one speaks or understands english. I closed my account I returned the equipment Breeze line has received the equipment has even emailed me that they have received the equipment When I close the account I had a credit of $40 for my account now even after the equipment is returned my balance is over $200 that I'm supposed to owe them. This is supposed to be corrected and it has not been. I have called and used the chat to get a hold of customer service for Breeze line but have not been able to find someone who can understand or speak english. They are unable to actually do the basic job they have because again Breeze line outsources their customer service to a country that cannot read or understand english. All I want is my account to be closed and my return accepted and my balance return to me they owe me money I would like it back.

      This company still refuses to do the correct thing the account has been closed I had a $48 and change credit they still have not refunded me their equipment has been returned they still will not acknowledge that the equipment has been returned they have billed me for the equipment even though they have received the equipment I even have an email from the company saying they received the equipment but when their staff calls me they can't figure out they've received the equipment one hand has no clue what the other one is doing then when someone calls me it's someone who can't speak English or it's someone who barely speaks English but has such a nasty Smoker's voice you can't even understand them they all they do is talk over you all I want is my refund that I'm due and they refuse to do it this company is God awful

      Every bit of that statement was false I was contacted talked over and literally yelled at I received a bill yesterday that has a $221 bill not a refund so they are flat out Liars they have received the equipment they have not refunded me yet this is ridiculous it's probably because they have the worst customer service of any company ever

      They finally did refund me, after numerous calls and emails. Yet.. they still send me a bill and I do not have a service with them. This company is horrible. Maybe, if they had customer service here in *****************, this won't happen.

      During a changeover of telephone poles and relocation of cable lines the installers left 6 cable lines just hanging in midair. They are just dangling from the cable boxes to the ground. It looks like h*** This has been for several months now. They are located on the back of the property at ********************. ***********, ****. Your customer service to report this was absolutely terrrible.

      In paying the bill, the "confirmation" number of the transaction is NOT included. After asking why--was given a ************* story about "security" --for a "confirmation number"???

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.       There MAY be a problem with my phoneHOWEVER, NO emails were received from "Breezeline" to resolve the issue.  I have  other bills  that are paid with "Online" paymentsand ALL EXCEPT for "Breezeline" furnish "confirmation" numbers.   As I have found out during my experience, Breezeline is a CHEAP company that will take ANY "shortcut" to  "trim" costsand that apparently APPLIES to furnishing a "confirmation" number for "Online Payments".  "Breezeline" can continue to attempt to "snowball" you folks at BBBbut I will be contacting my Congressman  to try & ENFORCE "confirmation numbers" for "Online Payments"if for NO OTHER reason than to "protect" me (the customer).

      In November, 2024 I became a Breezeline customer with the promise that after three months of service (and three bill payments), I would be eligible for a $150 **** prepaid card, which would make my eligibility for the reward card being sometime in February 2025. In February 2025 I filed a BBB complaint on this topic and was contacted by someone within the Breezeline complaints team. She advised me that it was too soon for me to have received the card due to fulfillment times, etc. and that I needed to wait until at least the end of March for the card to be provided to me. It is now May 1, 2025 and I have NO prepaid card. I would like the Better Business Bureau to investigate Breezeline for deceptive advertising collateral and "bait and switch" tactics. Additionally, I would like to have my **** prepaid card that I was promised.

      When I signed up for internet with Breezeline in November 2024, we purchased a deal through a promotion that they advertised. It stated, $49.99 a month + $350 gift card. There was no asterisk or claim to see terms and conditions. When I called to sign up, the deal changed to $59.99 unless you set up autopay (which we did) but then they changed it and said the autopay had to be via a checking account and not via a credit card. They continue to charge me $54.99 a month. And the gift card never arrived. After many calls and time lost on hold and dealing with people they refused a $350 card and only sent $300. I asked about the additional $50 and the call centre said you will have to call sales for that and dispute it as I am only giving you $300.

      Very inconsistent internet service. We continuously pay for internet services that are advertised at top speeds. The speeds when diagnosed are half of what is advertised and paid for. Not to mention services have very regular outages, at least once a week. Sometimes 3-4 times per week The outages are getting out of hand. ****** per month. For the past 4 years. Very dissatisfactory services. Pain, suffering and aggravation. Breezeline setup an account pin on our behalf and will never let us change it. Also they have my wife the account owner who is active duty military and cant be on the phone 24/7. When working from home half the time we cant even work because the internet goes out for 4-8 hours. They will not add me the husband as an authorized account user to call and straighten things out. They told us we are on an old package wanted us to be forced into a newer higher plan which costs more. However were not buying into the *** We pay for a service and diagnostically the speeds are half of what we pay for. At a a minimum were owed half our money back for half the speeds.

      On April 21, 2025 a storm pulled my internet wire almost off my ********** was hanging about 3 feet from road surface. I called 911 to report n a fire truck came n fireman came n just pulled it tight n zip tied it back up but said I should call them to report it to get it fixed properly. Which I did n was told they will not come out unless 911 calls them to come out. I made trip to **************** called them Two techs came out. They said they would run new wire to house. I said fine. One tech was working at the pole. One on my house. They ran internet cable across *********** at the house said he was going to connect it outside. I said fine (not thinking the line needed to be a solid line from pole to house for optimal signal) anyway, we dont have cable. We have an antenna. The tech cut my antenna wire n hooked the internet cable to the IN on the splitter used to connect the antenna to. I never saw how he connected it. I thought the internet was fixed but found out it wasnt. Plus I had no local channels. We thought it was from the storm. A few days later after getting my hubs out to look he saw the issue. They connected their internet cable to my splitter for the antenna. Internet nor antenna was ever going to work. I have called n complained n bitched till I was blue in the face for almost a wk. no one will come to the house and use their tool to properly strip my antenna wire and put an end(they use the same ends for internet) back on my cable and connect it to the IN on the splitter. A 10 minute job. I have it all on security video on my home of fire truck, 2 Breezeline trucks n the tech on my house. I am not asking for all new wires. Just come out and fix what your tech screwed up. It will take longer to get the ladder off the truck than to do the **** fix. I should not have to go buy a special tool to strip the wire n new ends bc of your companies mistake. I am told they escalated this but no one actually does anything. No wonder I shut service off.       On Feb, 28th my bill with Breezeline was $62 per month which is fine, which we agreed on last year when I filed a complaint with them,, now as March of this year my bill went up to $80 a month with NO explanation or letter saying they were going to,, and as April my bill went up again to $92 a month,, again No letter of explanation,, we are in an area where No other internet providers is available,, so therefore they are taking full advantage of this situation,, we are senior citizens,, and cannot afford this,, but definitely need internet to pay all our bills online,, so they tell us ,,, pay it or we will cancel your service.. hope with your help,, we can resolve this situation

      On 4-10-2025 around 3:00 pm the neighbors cable line was ripped down due to failure of properly installing the cable line multiple times by breezeline. I had filed a police report and was told breezeline is responsible for the damages done to my vehicle due to it being their line and failure to properly install on a place . I contacted breezeline and they are refusing to provide their insurance information and refusing to fix the damages done to my vehicle by their line that was attached to a rotted piece of wood that smashed my passenger side front mirror and dented my front passenger side door. I want them to reimburse me the cost of fixing my vehicle due to their negligence in properly installing a cable line on the neighbors after multiple times of it being ripped down each year. This time it damaged my vehicle and they need to pay for the damages. I did not cause the damage , they did and if they do not refund me the cost of fixing my vehicle I will take further action and sue the company.
