    When taking this test, beware: mine was not processed by them in a usable timeframe. Read on for more info.Please note that you have to drink a special liquid to take this test. It is made with artificial sweeteners, which severely disturbs my intestines, but I had to drink it to complete the test.I followed all the directions and sent in the test the very next day. No word from *** for a while, but I assumed they were processing the test. Then over two separate days I received messages from *** saying there was a delay in processing. I heard from my nurse that *** was moving offices during this time.After quite some time I heard from our doctor's office, as *** said I "didn't send in the test quickly enough," but I sent it the very day after completing the ******* here I am a month later, still with SIGNIFICANT intestinal issues because of the liquid I had to drink for their test, and ZERO results because of their own delay. SO UPSETTING and COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE!

    *** was recommended by my gastroenterologist. The test kit had easy to follow instructions, a website with a video for instructions, and the phone number to call if you had additional questions, I would recommend using CDI.****** *.

    The breath testing was easy and came with common sense directions. I had no idea such a test existed but glad I didnt have to go to a testing site or an office visit to do it. Thank you *** for the support offered and making this test comfortable to do at home. The packaging made it simple to return using bubble wrap and return address label.

    I was a little intimidated at first but I calmed down read all the instructions and looked at the video. It is very easy to follow its so well organized you do it exactly the way the video shows its not complicated at all. I had a question the *** I spoke to was so knowledgeable she addressed my question and also gave me a few tips that made the paper work easy. My results came back very quick. I received notification when my tests were received and again when the results were on the way to my doctor. Great company I would use them again.

    I received good support from this company that helped me produce a valid test. Lots of prep work and limitations, but getting a valid test was worth it. Once the antibiotics arrive (4 week wait time) and Ive taken them for 2 weeks we will see if this bacteria overgrowth is the cause of my stomach pain

    The instructions were hard to understand. The instructions were also very small and hard to read. Otherwise it was a positive experience. Once I figured it out it was very easy to complete. The shipping was also very easy with a provided label.
