    Simple, easy to follow instructions are included and the tests themselves are easy to execute. The test also comes with a shipping label so sending the test to the company was easy also. I would recommend this company and its products.

    The test wasn't bad but the eating part was awful just having to eat white things and ***** things it was really hard for me but I have not heard from my doctor yet about the results or anything also taking two and a half hours to do it was just a bit much but the directions were very clear so I guess everything is okay thank you

    This SIBO test was easy to use, the directions were very clear, and the materials needed were nicely organized. I was contacted by email that my paperwork wasn't complete, I spoke with someone by phone who helped me easily fix that.

    The test was extremely easy to do. Fhe directions were very clear. I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it had said somewhere in big bold letters this would take 2.5hrs or so. I thought it was quicker and it disrupted the flow of my morning when I realized this 15-30min in.

Our instructional guide does list the total time of testing on the "8 Simple Steps" page, but we will definitely review for options to make the timeframe clearer!

    The lab requisition form that was sent with the test had a section authorizing the results to be sent directly to me as well as my provider. I filled out that section and sent the required copy of my signed photo ID but never received my results directly from CDI (though my provider has received them).The form also had a section for providing my credit card information which I was not comfortable doing but did anyway because I didnt want to delay getting the test results.I tried calling CDI multiple times to ask if I could provide payment online as well as provide a scan of my ID via email since getting the photocopy was inconvenient but nobody ever answered their phone despite the automated greeting confirming that I was calling during their normal business hours.The entire process was stressful and I was anxious from the moment I started the test - fearful that I would make a mistake and have to do it again - until the moment I was notified that my provider received the results.CDI did a good job putting the fear of bureaucracy in me with all the notations of *required to process and *failure to provide will result in delay of reporting, etc. but clearly couldnt be bothered to have staff available to assist with questions that might arise during the process. And I have close to zero confidence that they are securely storing or, preferably, have responsibly discarded the copy of my ID that I provided (apparently pointlessly) or the requisition form with my credit card information on it.

    Hello *******, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by not being able to reach us via phone.  Our system is set up to have a hold queue for up to 3 minutes to allow more time for a representative to take your call. At the 3 minute ***** calls are directed to our voicemail. I do not see any records of messages, so I apologize if the system was not working properly. 

    Your requisition form and other information is stored in our secure database system. I can see that we received your samples on 6/26/2024 and your results were reported to your physician on 6/27/2024. As you did complete the release portion of the form, we will issue a copy via encrypted email as requested.

    While the sample collection was straightforward (save one day of very limited diet in prep), the steps after mailing it have been a problem. CDI confirmed receipt of my samples on 5/10, and said theyd send results to my provider within one business day. They then confirmed on 5/20 (much *************** 1 business day) that theyd sent it. Its now 8 PM on 6/3 and my doctor STILL doesnt have the results! CDI texted me requests for review on 5/20 and 5/23, but when I used those text threads and the Contact Us option on the review link, I got a response saying Hi, we have received your message and will get back to you shortly. Thanks :) A week passed with no follow-up to that, so I texted again this morning and got the same auto-reply. Still nothing. Since soon may not ever come, I decided to write this review in the hope that someone from CDI sees it and reaches out to me.
