  Not happy with their OTC benefit plan. I ordered $70 worth of items that were shown as backordered by the carrier, **** 8 weeks later, still no items. Devoted says they cant credit my account. They tell me to contact CVS; CVS says to contact Devoted. So Im out $70 that I could have used for medical items. Also, I had a wisdom tooth pulled and was told by Devoted that it was covered and there would be no charge. Afterwards I was billed $250. I called them from the **************** and they said they couldnt do anything about it. So free dental does not mean its free.Also, had issues with the eye coverage. I was told by Devoted that the Dr I wanted to see near my home wasnt in my plan. The Dr told me he was. Devoted gave me the name of another Dr that was an hour away from my home. Later I found out I could have seen the Dr I wanted to see who is 10 minutes away.So for now Im stuck with this coverage until next year when I can switch plans. I do not recommend Devoted. You get a different answer from one rep to the next. They really need to better train their reps who handle the calls. And they need to endure what they offer in their plan is accurate.

  This company is a total scam.My parent was automatically assigned to devoted by a predatory insurance agent who gets commission from their numbers. My parent received no services and every time he asked for them, he was denied in a myriad of ways. There is no dental coverage in *******. There were no actual medical services offered. And they took all of his digital medical records and refuse to delete or destroy them. As the *** for my parent, I complained and was treated weirdly. I am so angry at, and sick of this countries insurance companies. Devoted.com is 100% a scam.

  My husband and I have been with Devoted for 3 years. We have used both the Core and Prime. As a cancer survivor, he sees several Drs. regularly. Customer service is excellent. Referrals are approved almost instantly. I can only compare Devoted to Wellcare Texan Plus which we had for a few years and was great as Texan Plus, but got more difficult to deal with when bought out by Wellcare. One good thing about Devoted Healthcare is that the company ONLY provides for ******** patients. Other ******** Advantage plan companies provide regular health insurance in addition to ********. I feel that a company that only focuses on ******** patients can give better service to those on ******** than other companies that deal with all kinds of health insurance. Keep up the great service, Devoted! Please don't be bought out by another company anytime soon!

  I am so glad I have Devoted Insurance. They have always been friendly and very knowledgeable about my needs They always provide great coverage and go above and beyond the average insurance company. Their staff is amazing and are always prompt and really assist me in every way possible. I can highly recommend Devoted for your best insurance on the market

  I have used Devoted for about 8 months now and have never had an issue with claims or anything such as that. I have had several test scans X-rays etc. with no issues what so ever. Im going for a root canal next week and have checked with my endocrinologist billing ***** and was told all as well. I did have to call around to find someone that took delta dental. I may have to pay a small fee if I opt for a cone Xray but that is because its a new type Xray that most insurance companies do not cover.. Devoted will call quite often mainly as a customer service call, this may bother some folk but Im ok with that.

  I am loving DEVOTE PRIME SA HMO as my ******** Advantage Plan. They are on top of things! I am not used to having such an alert insurance provider. They have a very tentative chat and know their stuff. They check in on me. I got a nice welcome package and a free calendar. I get a food benefit every month. Zero hassle. I can actually find providers that take this plan. Ive been with Aetna and Wellcare by ******* and *****. They do not hold a candle to DEVOTED PRIME SA HMO. Thank you for an ethical, customer related, friendly and **************** plan.

  I started with Humana. They were so bad that I only stayed with them a month. I changed to devoted. They have been exceptionally good to me. They make sure I have everything I need. They check in with me on a regular basis to see If I need anything. When I call, someone answers the phone and helps me in a timely matter. All the staff I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Worst decision of the year...by ******'s for my Diabetis that work, aren't covered until 7k out of pocket is met. ******** calls for virtual consults with "their" staff nurse...NO way. I see enough real doctors to meet my needs, what a huge WASTE OF MY TIME. Then after I refused the appt...the scheduler said she needed me to verify my name and phone number to notate my account. SORRY NO. SHE called me, she verified my name before speaking to me AND she called my phone number. Why do I need to verify what she already knows?? I was not nice. Don't get me started on the Dental coverage. And the ************* I requested was on their list...but would not work with DEVOTED. ADIOS for '2024'. I'm too old for this!!

  Devoted makes Cigna look good.... Changed to Devoted because of their robust dental plan. However, Devoted uses Delta Dental to administer the claims. Delta is the worst dental insurance company on the market (look it up!). They have denied all of my claims while simultaneously telling me I was approved. In effect, I have ******* (comprehensive) dental coverage under Devoted.Their over the counter merchandise comes from CVS. Outrageously overpriced; an item selling in ******* for $14 is $36 through Devoted's OTC plan. The obscenely high prices means you get far less for your three month allowance. I selected a PCP from their list and while I had a pretty good examination from the doctor, they never followed up with my test results. They never followed up on making sure I got all the needed testing equipment either despite ********** their office.Their "healthy foods" offerings? Forget it.... I had to because, aside from the meager offering of foodstuffs hardly considered "healthy," every time I tried to order the site told me I was over the monthly allowance.Medicare for All is the obviously solution to greedy profit driven insurance companies.
