      I contacted them regarding leads for my small business. I was told by sales they could help me with what I was needing and the plan would be $55 a month, and if I was not satisfied in the first 30 days I would get a full refund, II paid the $55 and was told I would have a onboarding specialist call me to set up. They did not call at the appointment time so I called and the reset it for two days later. When he finally called he told me that my request is not what they do and he would transfer me to billing to cancel. When I canceled I was told they would only refund $21 of the $58 they charged me and the other was add one I selected. This is a total ripoff, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand as I would have known they have a history of ripping off customers. There add says 30 day money back if you are not satisfied, the sales team lied to me to get my business when they dont even offer the service I was looking for and also telling me I would get a full refund if I was not happy with the service. I advise anyone against ever doing business with this Company as they are a ripoff. Hopefully my bank will be able to reverse the charges.

      Poor customer service and terrible billing practices. Several of our contacts would never receive the emails we sent through Constant Contact. When we were charged 3 months earlier than expected, I called to inquire. Dissatisfied with the answer I was given, I called back two days later to cancel. I was told that because we had sent an email campaign on the day they charged our credit card, I was only able to get a 50% refund. Very very disappointed in our overall experience with this company. I would not recommend.

      I signed up for my initial account 6/17/2024 paid $80. On 6/18/204 I received a call at 9:22am from *********************************** one of the sales reps of constant contact. He offered to cancel my $80 initial account purchase and sold me $28 month trial and transferred all emails data from one account to another. He told me I would get the $80 refund 7-10 days. Its been a month now and they keep trolling me around that I am not entitled to my refund which is absolutely a fraud as I was offered it by their employee. I am being told different untrue statements ex: they told me my account was opened in 2023 (very odd - if my only one charge was charged on 2024 June it shows on my bank account). They refuse to refund it by stating they dont see any notes or messages about what was done. But same time I have no account access which was cancelled and nulled. I am tired of asking for my money and be insulted and stressed for being scammed by them. At this point Ill put all my proof and facts together and file in court and compensate for all my stress and insults and time etc. this is not a good way to do to people . Charge the money and then find excuses not to return.

      Anyone can your information to their account profiles. Once they have it, they are covered because they are incorporated in so many states. Its impossible to get off their list! I wish this company would go awayforever! Bankrupt, dissolveanything to stop the thousands of junk mails I receive from them under thousands of different email addresses and names! What they do should be illegal! Its a form of harassment!

      On 4/22/2024 Constant contact charged my cc $98 and I was given an appointment 2 weeks after my payment was processed to speak with someone regarding what they offer. Next day on 4/23/2025 I decided to cancel since I didnt want to wait two weeks to speak with someone about what they will offer. I have requested a refund the next day on 4/23 of the $98 and until now, have not received it. Disputed the amount with my cc and they have tried contacting them for the refund and they have not heard back. I will continue fighting them until I get my $98 back since I never used their services

      Hello,I am a paying customer and I noticed I have the ******************** Logo on my Landing Page footer. I am really upset that I cannot remove this and this was not mentioned when signing up for this subscription. This needs to be reported with the BBB since Constant Contact did not report they advertise on paying customers campaigns. I am a paying customer, I am not going to pay for your service and advertise it to my customers! I will be getting a refund and taking this to the BBB. Telling paying customers they need to contact customer service to get your branding and logo off of their campaigns is ********. Please do everyone a favor and take your branding and logos off of paying customers campaigns. It's sad to see how paying customers are being manipulated and taken advantage of these days! SMH, I will tell all of my other business owners and friends not to go with your service and choose a top tier no nonsense service provider.

      Constant Contact is a scam. They do not deliver on their promises. They could not even get our account functioning properly. No one in the company takes responsibility for resolving customer problems. Then, when you want to cancel, it is next to impossible and you have to fight with them for months while they keep billing you. We finally had to get AMEX involved and they resolved the matter in our favor and our money was refunded. This company should not even be accredited by BBB. Definitely do not use their service.

      Absolutely horrible company. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. I dont know how they have all these reviews and can still be accredited. They fraudulently stole 70$ out of my account after my account was canceled and refused twice to refund me. They took grocery money out of my account. I was kind and patient and waited for the refund, only to receive a letter that I wasnt being given the refund. I will tell EVERY business owner I know not to use this company until further notice. I wouldnt wish this level of fraudulence on ANYONE.They literally pulled my new card info from mastercard without my permission for a CLOSED ACCOUNT!!! Very sad company.

      I sent one email blast one time to a few thousand customers and they bumped my pricing up. Even after I deleted the contacts, they still charged me $80 a month for not sending one email. I called on the same day 3/29 that they charged me for the month of April asking to refund the money because I wanted to cancel and will not be using it in April. They refuse to issue a refund.

      How can BBB give this company an A+ when reviews and my experience show they are very unethical?As a nonprofit, prepaid for 12 months of emails. Got an email the other day saying I was running low on funds in my account (only 9 months in). Ever since we prepaid they have been overcharging our account. Now they are saying their price went up 3 days after we prepaid for 12 months so we will only get 9 months of service for the amount paid. Even though it says right on our statement that we paid for 12 months of service!I was not going to give them any stars but BBB makes me give them at least 1 star!
