      Worst experience ever! The sales person literally told me whatever I wanted to hear and then when it came time to install I got subpar lines and it has taken me months to try to get someone on the phone to fix the hole they put in my wall, which is still there And half of the blinds don’t even work. I have emailed, I have called I’ve even mailed a letter and no one responds back to anything.

      If I could give half a star I would. We had blinds installed on 9/13/22, with warranty. The blinds for the Primary Bedroom and Bath came with a remote. And, three of the bedrooms have a clicking sound from opening/closing the blinds, (Locking Mechanism Problem). That was reported a week after install. Time went on, busy lives etc., the remote goes out, and it is not just the battery. The Tech Support recommended we request a new remote. This was September 2023, we have had a representative come to our home to make a video, this was in October. Supposedly there was discussion on how to address the issues, we were not informed an order was put in for the remote nor whether locking mechanisms will be replaced. On top of all this, the representative has been in contact with my wife and I, via text, and telephone tag. She’s asking the same questions over again about what the issue is, but apparently no order has been put in, because she does not know which rooms, This has gone back and forth for over a month. If you are thinking about doing business with them; “Caveat Emptor”. Paid too much money for shabby customer service. Finally, you must contact BWB via Answering Service, leave a message and someone will call you back. But when they call, it does not display on the phone it is BWB. That to me is a problem with a business that does not want customers know it is them calling you. After listening to voicemail, you find they returned a call for 18 seconds, you call back and go through the whole process all over again. Not worth the aggravation!

      I called Beltway Blinds and they came the next day to complete a free design consultation. The designer was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was updated on my order throughout the entire process, and my installation was flawless. Professional and reliable from the beginning to the end. Thank you Beltway Blinds for your outstanding work, I can't believe how great my home now looks. Absolutely will be calling back when my basement is complete and ready for blinds.

      The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. From the consultation to the install and everything in between. Customer service was top notch.       Beltway Blinds is an amazing company from start to finish. From the time that I had my first call to set up my consultation, to an expert designer coming out to my home free of charge to let my house tell me what it needs and how it can align with my wants, to the quality assurance technician assuring that the measurements are down to the last 1/8th of an inch to perfection, to the dedicated project concierge assigned to my sale updating me every step of the way including any delays that were occurring and how they were overcoming them, to finally install day the highly trained technicians transformed my home in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me and even if they don't ask. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

      I ordered shutter from Beltway Blinds and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation to the remeasure to install, this company impressed me. The sales rep was very knoweledgable and had many suggestions on different ways I can design my shutters. The measure guys were clean and proffesional and even put on shoe covers without being asked. Then the installers did the same when they came to install. Again very professional. There was some damage on one shutter panel that the installers pointed out to me that must have happened during shipping because the boxes were sealed when they brought them in and the products were heavily wrapped in bubble wrap when pulled out of the boxes. They didn't try to just hang it and hope I didn't see the damage. They came to me with it. What really impressed me is that they had the damaged shutter remade and expedited so it arrived within 3 weeks of the initial installation. I was blown away by their professionalism and genuine care for their customers. I couldn't be happier, thank you Beltway Blinds!

      Just had and awesome interaction with the Beltway Blinds installers. While installing my shades, they saw an issue with my windows, and fixed that too! These guys are great!
