      I let my son borrow my car. He got in an accident. Gieco added my son to my policy, raised my rate $130 and refused to remove him. He hasn’t lived with me for 9 years and from what I’ve researched it actually illegal. I have a loyal customer for 6 years. I ultimately ended up changing to Allstate. I feel like this was their of trying to get some of their money back from my sons accident.

      Geico is the worst. I had minor damages to my vehicle on August 27, 2022 in Tennessee. GEICO had my truck towed to Atlanta on September 7th. Why is my 2014 **** Explorer still in the shop???. The adjuster did not get to the shop to inspect my truck until September 16th and then call me on September 21st saying they have to go back and further inspect... Well the adjuster didn't get back until September 28th. 12 f***ing days later. ****** Now I had to turn in the rental on Sept 27th..Now I out of a vehicle. Geico didn't give a ****.. Now it October 17th still no vehicle.. My vehicle is ready for pick up but the adjuster is no responding..Guess what they still DON'T CARE!!! BUT THEY WANT THEIR PAYMENT EVERY MONTH!!!

      Discriminate against blacks and disabled veterans. I bought a new car and when I had the insurance transferred to my new car, GEICO didn’t transfer the correct policy that I had. I was hit by another car 2 weeks later and found out that I had no rental agreement in my policy. I have had the same policy for over 12 years but they said that I made the change and not them. They never listened to the tape and kept giving me excuses about why the tape wasn’t reviewed. I missed 5 days of work and had to cancel all of my appointments with the doctors. I am a disabled veteran with a cervical injury that needs treatment. But since I have no transportation, I’m now at risk of further damage to my neck because I can’t get to my appointments. I will never have any respect for this company again and will always let people know how they treated me and put my health in jeopardy.

      Sent my car to a shop that didn't even do what they were paid for plus they vandalized my car but Geico refused to let me take my car to a competent shop after their shop failed twice. Saying that they will only pay if I take it to that shop to be messed up even more. And completely denying the guarantee on the repairs. I am at the point where I have no other choice but to return my car to the dealership and then go kill myself on Geico's steps.

      When you file an accident auto claim, don't take car to one of Geico collision companies. They will only complete what Geico authorizing them to do.

      I think the BBB or Commissioner of Automobile Insurance should be abled to do something about Geico Insurance. We see the same complaint over and over again, that the adjuster does not do their job and just denies claims. We have a case almost identical to Laura F (10/10/22) below. This is an outrage!! We get hit by their insured and because he lied and the adjust did not look into it at all, case closed. This is not right. THIS IS NOT FAIR TRADE PRACTICE!!! One Star (*) because this site would not let me leave zero stars, or less :)

      Almost had a good review until the shop they sent my car to didn't do all the repairs, didn't even do the repairs they charged geico for and vandalized my car. And after that shop failed repeatedly geico tried to tell me that I can't take it to a competent shop. Plus they're trying to raise my rate by $100 a month when they can't even do their job.

      I applied for a Customer Service position in a call center located in California. After 4 interviews and a skills test I was offered the job.
      Then I was turned over to their background check company called Hire Right. I completed the online forms immediately, and the very next day I received an email requesting tax documents to verify employment, W2s and/or 1099. In California it is illegal to request salary information. Additionally this is personal financial information and under no circumstances would I provide this. As it is, they have my social security number, drivers license number, address, insurance license number, date of birth etc.
      I attempted to contact the background check company, as well as GEICO Human Resources and nobody picked up, returned my call, nor answered my emails.
      I am disgusted with the hiring practices and intend to file a formal complaint with the State labor board.
