      GEICO raised my rate from $76 to 97 a month and I drive less then 4,000 miles a year! I had a fender bender in the grocery parking lot. I called the police because the girl refused to share her information. By the time the police arrived she left but I got her tag number. Come to find out it wasn’t her car and the accident wasn’t reported to the insurance company that covered the car. Yet GEICO settled for 50/50 responsibility! Thanks GEICO!!! You suck!

      Worst insurance I've ever dealt with. I canceled my policy 3 times, before due date, they still took money off my card! Now we're fighting with them to get it back with every resource I can find to get money back. They are scam artists. I will tell all I can tyry are rip offs. ??

      Geico is a horrible insurance company! I was recently in a car accident that was not my fault and I was provided with extremely poor service. No adjuster contacted me to process the claim. I had to call in repeatedly and the claim representatives were extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable of how to answer questions regarding my insurance claim. They sent me to a bad repair collision center which damaged my vehicle and Geico did not contact me to inquire and investigate. After a month a voice message was left by an adjuster, I had never spoken with, refusing to accept damages and no refund of my deductible was given. I have been a loyal customer of Geico Insurance Co since 2009 and I feel that in the last few years changes have been made to the company and it's a big disaster and a mess! The company does not acknowledge nor do they care about the customer who pays for auto insurance in order to receive protection when there is a collision or damages involved. Their staff stinks and they have no idea what insurance is if they feel they can boot "you out" and not explain anything to you!! They have no understanding of the law, and ethical standards for processing a claim!! The failed to contact me and had no adjuster involved that can make sure the job is done properly (who is not dishonest, negligent & incompetent). I am horrified and appalled at how unruly, disrespectful and ugly their services are. They are by the way providing a service!

      This has to be one of the worst auto insurance companies. Upon renewing my auto insurance coverage I got quoted 103.50 a month for 6 months then after finalizing the transaction the customer service representative tells me that it will go up to 147 a month due to Arizona resident's insurance being raised because they reevaluated Arizona resident's. This is so wrong. Then the customer service representative tells me that I should know and that it's going up. I never received a notice from Geico or anything in the mail or email. Absolutely ridiculous that insurance companies can screw over whoever they want and the state allows them to do so.

      I have been a Geico Customer for 20 years or more I had no accident my Grandson became of age got his license in 2017 so I added him to my policy since I had retired and was needed some car service He had 3- Not at Fault accidents Geico received payment for one after each my Premium went up upon Renewal not paying 244.00 per month I received my renewal and the premiums went to $549.00 I was not beleiving this a $300.00 increase are they crazy. I paid in renewal premiums am I to pay for Hit and Run because they had to fix the car WELL GEICO THAT IS WHY WE BUY INSURANCE SAME AS LIFE POLICY IT THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT They should look more closely at these Insurance Companies taking customer money because they are trying to obey the Law. I know they will not do anything because all have been no Comment.
      TAKE THEM OFF THE AIR WITH THEIR LYING.

      I had my first accident and claim through geico. The accident was not my fault. My geico claims team is terrible and unprofessional. My claims team couldn't even find my police report and almost closed my claim from their mistake. I've called/messaged over 10 times now to no call back or email. I have not had an update on my accident since July. Mind you my accident happened in April. They refuse to tell me anything, have had attitudes even though ive had to do their job. They are the WORST. I will be leaving them and switching insurance companies whenever my claim is actually done.

They denied any damages after one month by leaving a general voice message by a novice adjuster that I had never been in contact with.       They lied to me many times they make up stuff that don’t sense they don’t trust the customers I wouldn’t recommend using GEICO they are very nasty they don’t honor what they say they are not honest with customers

      After my accident nothing was handled professionally. They never reached out to my lien holder. I called constantly and had to do all the leg work. What is the point of insurance. The other insurance company picked up my car. I called and told them this weeks before it was an issue. Again no one did there job and handled the situation. Working on the second month of this claim with me doing their jobs for them. Plus having to pay for my own rental car because this is taking so long to get my settlement.
