      Positive experience overall but had to cancel my contract within the 3 business days due to an issue with the city. I sent a courier to the office listed in the contract and as per the cancellation notice instructions, but the address was vacant when the courier arrived. It seemed shady until I saw the new address here. I had to pay the courier extra to check out the new address and deliver the cancellation notice. The business should update their contract and all their letterheads with the right address so that cancellation notices can be received appropriately and in time to ensure that there are no disputes or even the appearance of deceit.

      Window Nation is great when they're selling you windows. Not so much when you call for repair of window they installed. Beware ! yes you have life time warranty but they will charge you for coming out. I will NOT be using this company for future windows.

      Hello Kathy, we are saddened to hear you're displeased with your experience. After installation, you were provided documentation with your warranty information. All the windows we sell have a lifetime warranty on the parts, but the labor warranty varies by window brand. We understand that having to pay a labor fee can be disappointing, but it is a flat fee for any and all labor for your service request, and the service visit is warrantied as well. That means if they have to uninstall and reinstall the window, it would be covered in the $150 fee and if the problem persists within a year from the service date, you would not be charged again to send a technician back out.       I had 4 windows installed in November 2022. One bay window, 3 single windows. To start, I was given a date for installation (a 3-4 hour window) in which my husband took off work. The crew came, said "the weather was poor" and left. We did not hear back for 3 weeks for a new appointment date. The 3 single windows went in without a flaw. The bay window.... Many issues. 1. They had to leave half way through to get "more tools" for 90 minutes. 2. They took off the old matching trim, replaced it with cheap trim (which now exposes the walls old paint color). 3. The updates were "we will be done soon" and 4 hours later, it was "finished" with the terrible mismatching cheap trim. 4. The credit line runs as a credit card. That used an alleged 61% of my credit card limit. I'm struggling for the holidays because my credit is "almost maxed out". This is not a credit card. This a home improvement loan or another term besides credit card. I am extremely unhappy with the bay window and will NEVER recommend this company to someone else.

      So far, our experience with Window Nation has been great. Our job was pretty straightforward and required replacing windows with newer, more energy efficient ones. The sales representative was knowledge and friendly. The windows were ready for install about a month before the projected timeline. The installation team was very professional, timely, and cleaned up before they left. We did a thorough walk through before they left and they fixed any issue. They were able to fix 2 screens that had holes on site. We have not needed to contact customer service so I cannot speak to their responsiveness or ability to fix a problem.

      No pressure sales, because when you need windows you are going to order them at some point from someone. Window Nation made it a well informed and easy process which is important in the process. More than that, the installers were pleasant, polite, went to great lengths to protect your property while installing. They were informative if you had questions. Responsive if you had concerns and left areas worked on swept up and clean when they were done. They didn't take for granted they had run of your property....they asked permission when they needed to enter to even use the restroom. A very pleasant experience beginning to end. And of course, how satisfied with the windows? Extremely satisfied. Instructions not only givenbut demonstrated for proper use and management of window operation. I am so pleased with the appearance and ease of operation of the window features. I am also thrilled to walk by my windows and not feel any...not even the slightest draft. I don't even feel the extreme cold coming through the window glass like my old windows. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to go with Window Nation for quality and affordable windows as well as the added bonus of the personal and professional installation process. They treat you with utmost respect and take care in areas worked. I would, highly, recommend them to anyone.

      This company, BY FAR, exceeded our expectations 1000% From our salesperson, Jeremy, to the follow up from the installation, we were so happy and felt so important as a customer. Each and every person we came in contact with was kind, courteous, and respectful! We are 1000% satisified with our new windows and would HIGHLY recommend this company if your in the market for new windows!! A special shout out to our install team!       Window Nation LLC 'installed' four windows. None of the installations were up to code. The windows did not fit the opening in one and the workers cut all the supports for the 2nd story. They installed two of the other windows not as replacements but cut a new hole in the house to install. This requires a building permit, which they did not obtain. Further, they did not support the 2nd story in that area of the house either, causing the sagging of the 2nd story. The bay window they installed was supposed to be a window seat...the seat was 6" wide...and the glass was not up to code. As time went on, it was found they had ripped out all the insulation in one wall and didn't replace it, nor did they use proper flashing to protect the substandard framing they did do. Window Nation was unresponsive to requests to repair and actually became belligerent. It has cost me my own labor about $2000 to keep my house from falling down in addition to the over $9000 they swindled.

      Unfortunately, I have contacted you many times and never received an answer to questions or any attempt to come and fix any problems. The only actionable phone call was more than four months after the first complaint, and three months after a time limit as to when other action would be taken to mitigate damages when a person called to ask to inspect the work...and of course, bill collections trying to collect for work not completed. The bill collectors were told before the time limit that I would be happy to pay if work was completed and fix framing issues needed to support the second story of our failing home due to Window Nation's actions.

      I received great service from the crew that installed my windows. It was easy to see they were very experienced at their profession. They were friendly, and completed the job in less than three hours. Also, I have to mention the sales rep Rob was very professional and made it easy for me to choose Window Nation. I really love my new windows!

      The sales tactics were aggressive. The contract was emailed after signing. Answers to my questions pertaining to the contract were vague. Customer service is not customer focused. After months of waiting for windows (understand supply chains issues) general manufacturing questions were not answered when asked. Customer service rep assured me these questions would be answered there were no follow up calls or emails to attempt to answer the questions. I cancelled installation within contract timelines yet installers still showed up and I had to turn them away. I had to initiate through customer service multiple times to get answers to important questions concerning manufacturing. After a manager finally called and answered questions I scheduled installation. The installation team was experienced and efficient. They were the most professional element of the entire process. The team lead pointed out a broken latch (lock) and a damaged screen. Which negated the focus on quality not only at the manufacturing facility but also at the receiving point. I was told within a week I should hear from window nation about the replacements noted during installation. It's been 2 weeks and there has been no attempt from window nation to set up replacement times or discuss time line for parts arriving. I would not recommend window nation to any friends, family or co-workers.
