A friend from work referred me and had some issues with the whole process. Started out with taking the day off to get the windows done and no one showed up. When called they said we wasn't even on the schedule so I over looked it because everyone makes mistakes. So when they finally showed up to install, they made a huge mess with just busting our old window glass out. We have a dog that runs around outside. My husband had to go out with a shop vac and try to clean the glass out of the grass. Once again we over looked it knowing no one is perfect. Then I was missing one screen which they did take care of about a month later. Then I receive flyer after flyer to refer and get money. So I did. The gentleman that I referred had the same issue. Took a day off work to have them installed and no-one showed up. They said he wasn't on the schedule. Same story. So he finally got them installed July 1st and to this day still haven't received our referral money. The guy I referred called numerous times and nothing. I called on the Oct 12 and the lady said they will email me within 3 weeks and to make sure I check my spam mail. (Checked daily) Well it has been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. YOU SHOULDNT ADVERTISE REFERRAL PROGRAM IF YOUR NOT GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!Window Nation, LLC

Window Nation's rep., Adam, came to give us an estimate for 8 windows today 11/5/22. We told him we didn't want any demonstrations; we just wanted to show our current windows so he could give us prices. The fact that he couldn't (didn't have to) give us a big ol' hour and a half presentation seemed to piss him off and he had a real attitude for the remaining time he was here. He said, 3 times, "Well, you don't want to see anything, so what's the point?" The point is that we still want windows, we just don't want the circus act that seems to go with buying them. If Adam had tried to be accommodating, rather than acting like a pouty child who was denied a treat, Window Nation might have been $20,000 richer. Oh well, their loss, and actually, after reading many bad reviews (Better Business Bureau) I'm so, so glad we didn't hire or even listen to this person Window Nation chose to send to our house. If the date/time wasn't good for you, we wouldn't have minded rescheduling. We understand it can be frustrating to have to sit through a lengthy presentation. It was evident that Terry had researched and developed plan options beforehand for me to review upon his visit. He was very knowledgeable of Window Nation's products and services. He made additional suggestions after examining my old windows and the issues I had been experiencing. His professionalism with me and my neighbor who had previously worked with him helped me in making my choice.
The installation crew was very efficient and cognizant of keeping my home clean during the installation. Gonzalo was very organized, efficient, courteous and quickly answered any of my questions.Window Nation, LLC

Purchased new windows last year for energy efficiency. Noticed i was not seeing benefits from new windows. After inspecting ALL windows and doors, I noticed that 3 large windows on my back deck that were replaced were not caulked along the bottom of the window and had large gaps around the casing. Immediately called Customer Care. They asked me to email pictures, which I did. I had to follow up several times with messages to inquire about status. Every message I sent, came back with an auto reply I would hear back within 24-48 hours. How many tries should I need to do ? Still not heard a word from anyone. While the windows "may" be great, the install was not. This unfortunate event causes me to write this review. I encourage everyone who has an install, thoroughly inspect the work your installer does before they leave. It's likely you will never get them back out. I will now purchase the caulk and finish the job they didn't, even after giving the company a second, third chance to make it right by calling Customer Care. Disappointing to say the least !

Window Nation took advantage of my 72-year-old elderly mother. Charged her $4929.00 for 4 replacement windows. At the time of her appointment (Sept), she was told she would have windows installed in November, only to be notified they weren't coming until mid-January (Ohio). This information was related way past the "3-Day" window to cancel. The salesman told her she could pay for the windows and not the installation, but could not cancel the order on windows that weren't even "in." I will be taking this matter up further.Window Nation, LLC

Not thrilled with my service I received. The installers tried to cover up the old rotted wood from my existing windows with new windows and casing. Once I discovered it I asked them to remove the rotten wood and they did but if I wasn't watching I would have never known. I've made several attempts to speak to someone about this and no one has returned my calls. The windows are fine now but it's a shame that I had to catch this and as much as I paid for these windows I expected them to do a better job!! Buyer BewareWindow Nation, LLC

We have had our new windows for only a week but have already noticed reduced cold air around our bay window and kitchen window. The windows open and close very easily and look great. The installers did a very good job particularly wrapping around the bay window. I think it looks better than the original install.Window Nation, LLC

We had 12 windows installed and could not be more pleased with the results. Salesman (Adam) was very good, customer service kept me updated on the progress of the project, and the installation crew did a wonderful job. The windows delivery was estimated at 8 to 10 weeks but were delivered and installed in 6 weeks I am still waiting for the warranty package for my records as promised.
