      Our windows are 5 years old. I had no issues with the sales staff, or quality of the windows themselves. One month after the warranty expired (April 2022) when replacing flooring we found a rotted spot in the subfloor below a window. That spot deteriorated after probing it and found that the area inside the wall was soaked. After paying $150.00 for a service call it was determined that the window was not properly caulked from the installation. It has been leaking inside the wall for 5 years. If we had not been installing new flooring we would never had know until the window fell out. Now, today, with all the rain a water spot is starting in the family room. There is a window directly above the water spot. We investigated and yes, again the caulking is not in the space between the window and the siding. Under the carpet the subfloor is rotted just like the first window. Again, I'll have to pay $150.00 for a service call. This time I've requested that they check all the windows. Ridiculous that I'm paying $300.00 for a shoddy installation and no responsibility for the damage to my home.

      Hello Lori, we are saddened to hear you're displeased with your experience. We understand that having to pay a labor fee can be disappointing, but it is a flat fee for any and all labor for your service request, and the service visit is warrantied as well. That means if they have to uninstall and reinstall the window, it would be covered in the $150 fee and if the problem persists within a year from the service date, you would not be charged again to send a technician back out.       Previous windows replacement had more insulation. New one took out more wood and no insulation used between old windows frame and aluminum covers. Therefore air will travel inside to the walls.

      I meet with installer. The outcome is only around windows insulation applied. Compare to previous replacement windows that everything was insulated. Therefore you get cold air through old window frame as most of the wood was taken and your walls will be colder. Currently some windows I can not easily close. Therefore they look closed but not and I can feel draft. They will replace locks some where in December. Basically 1 month to wait for new locks that are for new windows. I am disappointed on windows quality and how they insulate after installing windows.

      This is honestly the least professional business I've ever worked with. The only reason they were half way okay and worth even 1 star is because the contractors they hire that actually do the work were fantastic. Lets start at the beginning ... First, the window "seller"that they send to the house was so pushy he wouldn't take no for an answer and wouldn't leave we wanted time to think about this purchase that, after speaking to the contractor that did the actual work, was wildly over priced. Then, after we caved, it took 2 month until someone even tried to contact me. I then had to leave multiple voicemails and emails to try and figure out what was going on. That was another 2 weeks. Then they scheduled without telling me, sent someone to my house who was extremely rude when I answered the die and informed him that I was not able to change my schedule in order for him to be there. It then look another week to get ahold of someone to schedule for real. Overall, I have told many people not to go with them. They are a waste of time, money and patience. And they say they will correct anything that we aren't satisfied with because they're "such a fantastic company that stands by their product and customer service" and all that was done was the customer service rep gave me attitude on the phone. Btw, their windows aren't made by them either.. you can buy them off the website. Don't waste your time with this 3rd party money sucker.

      I was extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Windows arrived exactly when Window Nation said they would and installation was scheduled to fit into my schedule. The installers, Shane and Mason, were on time, efficient, clean, courteous and extremely kind. Thanks Window Nation.

      Had an upstairs window installed after install had condensation on it called they said it was normal but a new window shouldnt have condensation on it made a complaint about it they came out looked at it said they'd be contacting us never did. Don't buy windows from window nation! My father-in-law had all his windows replaced by ******** . Never had any of his windows have condensation on them. I guess you get what you pay for! No response after they had a installer come out look at the windows.

      Bad install or defective window. No new window should have condensation around window seals when air temperature is cold outside. We have four other new windows from WN they don't have condensation .

      Sales guy steve was great, he did NOT force/ pressure my wife and i into buying anything. He did....exuse my french, show us one hell of a demonstration of how there windows are the best. Not only hes a great salesman, hes a good friend. Not to many people will answer my text at 10pm at night. Im sorry for that steve. Not only steve, but the installers anwered any questions i had as well. Everybody was great, and had that great southern hospitality like im used to. Windows look great, windows look clean, couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you windows nation -Brandon

      All of the different people who touched my home were very respectful and did a great job with all of my questions and explaining in a way that I could understand. The install team was fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient and I appreciated their kindness when explaining how the new windows and slider locks would work if I wanted to safely leave windows or sliding doors cracked at night to get the fresh air! Thanks again Window Nation for keeping me updated from start to finish!

      Initially, I was pleased with the installation of our five windows, but now I am highly disappointed with the service of Window Nation. We were told that we would receive 5 screens with our windows. Only 2 screens were installed the day of our window installation and we were told that the other 3 screens would be here a week later. It has almost been a month and we have not received those 3 screens. I called to follow-up three times and no one called or emailed me back! But my husband and I have received at least three surveys from Window Nation asking if we would complete them! This is really unacceptable and unprofessional that no one ever followed up with us, but took our money. Because of our experience, I would NOT recommend this company to any of our family or friends.

      We were sold the windows based on the excellent sales presentation and quality, however it seems there aftercare once the windows are installed and attention to detail is abysmal. Our windows were installed and on day one, there was window with a molding issue where the plastic was deformed, the fly screens did not fit well and had large gaps on the edges, one of them was totally warped and forced in which damaged the frame. I contacted them and they said it they would send someone to evaluate, which took 6 weeks. It's been over 4 weeks since that person came round and nothing, no email no call, terrible service. Yet another business that is quick to sell but has terrible after install care. The windows themselves seem to be good quality but customer service has left a bitter taste.
