      Very happy with process from start to finish. Love my windows. Windows arrived earlier than promised and installation was scheduled immediately. Installers were on time, efficient, clean, courteous and kind. It took only a few hours vs the week-long process our neighbors endured after hauling their own windows from Lowes and hiring a handyman who offered no warranty. Thanks Window Nation.

      Over priced. Windows falling apart and were just installed, plastic falling off, caulk bubbling and peeling off, windows not connected to the wood in the basement. Was supposed to be one day and they still haven't replaced one of my windows. No one responds or reaches out to me.

      Window Nation's service was very professional every step of the way - from estimate to installation. First, the sales rep took the time to find out what I wanted and made some very good recommendations. Second, the Measurer performed his task seamlessly so that the installers did an excellent job of Installing the windows perfectly with the fitting just right. Finally, the installers cleaned up after themselves. Planning to using Window Nation again in the Spring.

      When I initiated the windows project during November 2021, it was during a promotional 2-year deferred payment offer. Sadly, I did not thoroughly read the contract until I started receiving billing notices from a credit bank that I did not recognize as representing Windows Nation. The contract made no mention of the payment deferral, even though I specifically discussed it with the Sales Rep. The contract did specifically state that after the installation, I would be making payments to Windows Nation and that any 3rd party financing would be agreed upon by both parties. So not only did I not get a payment deferral, Window Nation finance department set up financing with a bank not of my choosing or knowledge. Once I figured out what the credit statements were for, I first emailed the Sales, Production and Finance Managers and included my Sales Rep in early May of 2022. I received no response from any of them. I started calling Customer Service. The first service rep could not even pull up a contract for me. She recommended calling the bank that was billing me, which I did. The bank had no idea about the contract or financing terms, only that Windows Nation set up the financing of the project with them. I called Customer Service at least twice more. The next rep said he would contact my Sales Rep and Sales Manager. Again, no response after several weeks. Called Customer Service again. Once again, I was told that the Sales Rep and Sales Manager were going to be emailed and I asked to be CC'd on that email. I received no copy and to date, have not heard any response to my last call. The aforementioned bank is charging me 26% interest which is unacceptable. Payment deferral aside, because of the failure of Window Nation's Finance Department to contact me and arrange payment terms, I have had to pay several hundred dollars in interest that I could have easily avoided using my current financing resources.

      I was contacted by Window Nation Escalation team who left a message on my voicemail on or around 9/26. I returned the call on 9/27 and spoke with one of the escalation team members who said he had reached out to the Sales Manager to contact me. As of today, 10/3, I have not been contacted by the Sales Manager, either by email or phone. While there seems to have been some headway in making contact with the company, there still has been no meaningful discussion as to what, if anything, is going to be done about the situation by someone who can do something about it.

      I spoke again with the 'Escalation Team' on 10/5 and they said the Sales Manager had tried to call me that same day. I did note on my cell phone log that there were two calls from numbers that I did not recognize, but whoever it was did not leave a message. I advised the Escalation Team that whoever calls should leave a message if I do not pick up, so that I would know to call back. I advised the same thing on at least one of my calls to Customer Service. As of this evening, 10/7, I still have not heard from anyone from Window Nation and I have been picking up every call on my phone and landline since 10/5. I am beginning to wonder about the efficiency/authority of the Escalation Team to provoke action. I am about to move this from a review to a formal complaint with the BBB.

      We got our windows installed was told we would be getting half screens and that is what sold us the windows. We have window ac units so half screens was perfect. Day of installation they was trying to put in full screens We told them that's not what we ordered. They took the screens and as of today 9/18/2022 we haven't got any screens called multiple times just got the run around for them.
