If I can provide 0 stars I would. This company not only was not responsive but installed incorrectly sized windows. After failing to fix the problem *5 times* we had to fire them. They do not return calls. They do not follow up with anything. Worst business out there. Do not waste your time or money!!! I wish I read the reviews before doing business with them. Clearly people are having very similar problems. I have a very long list of things they did incorrectly.Window Nation, LLC

WORST customer service I've EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!!! I've been trying to get two of my screens replaced for A MONTH now and every time I call they can't help me. They say sorry the company is closed or no one will pick up the phone or they're in a meeting or at lunch. For an ENTIRE MONTH!!! Must be nice to work a job that you get to be in a meeting or lunch for an ENTIRE MONTH!!!Window Nation, LLC

My husband and I entered into a contract to have 11 windows replaced and after a long winded presentation we agreed to the terms, wrote a $1,000 check and had people come to my house twice to measure and recheck the measurements and was told that the work would start mid September. Yesterday we received an email stating the work was cancelled and we would get a refund within 10 business days. My husband and I both have called Window Nation to no help as to why the job was cancelled. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.Window Nation, LLC

It is ashame I HAVE to even give one star to this company. We waited 6 months for windows and even getting updates as to what was going on with our order was miscommunications and a whole ordeal in it itself. The first installment team came out with the wrong windows and then we waited another month. The second installment team came out and then we were short one window and one screen. They also left the capping exposed on each window and they were never sealed. The work itself was fine except for the capping, but the miscommunications between Window Nation and the installation department was a disgrace. When the install team came back again to with the other window and screen, the wrong order came again!! With these constant delays and miscommunications, we reached out to the regional manager who agreed to compensate us for our horrible experience and then he went MIA. Then, we receive an email that they are going to report us because we have a remaining balance. Mind you, I agreed to pay and no one contacted me, but I was NOT going to pay the full amount and wanted an updated invoice to reflect that. They agreed to this and then said they went back on what they said and again wanted to report us to collections. Well, everything is in writing. I should have known that such a large company doesn't care about how they treat their consumers. It's all about the money. I will never use Window Nation again and in fact, we were supposed to have them install our upstairs as well. Nope, you lost that business. Do yourself a favor and go with the smaller company!!! That's what we did and we are very satisfied with them!!Window Nation, LLC

I haven't even had my work done yet and I'm already upset! What I agreed would be a loan I found out is a VISA!!!! If I knew the salesman was having me apply for a CREDIT CARD, I would've still agreed to the work but would've funded it a different way. Thanks for SCREWING with my credit history Window Nation!!! UPDATE: 9/13/2022
After much conversation of where the breakdown happened in presentation and/or communication, Windows Nation has canceled the contract without fees or penalties. We understood where we each stood and are keeping the opportunity open should I ever decide to revisit the possibility of replacing my windows. In the end, they understood that I did not want a store credit card [which they simply call a line of credit]. Thank you for being professional about this and keeping your end of the bargain.

Very happy so far with last week's install of 11 patio windows & 1 sliding patio door. One of the window screens had a tiny hole in it and they said they would call back to schedule a replacement this week. So far, so good!Window Nation, LLC

1 starWe were under the impression from our Sales person that we were getting custom windows from what he said. He showed us a window and it looked like a very nice window. We got our windows measured in March and was told 12 weeks before install. Finally got our install date in June and when the crew got there they started tearing out our old windows and starting putting in windows that didn't even fit. We could not find one person who spoke English to be able to tell them to stop install. When a person who did speak English was found, they told us we would have to contact the corporate headquarters. After finally reaching someone they said that these were pocket windows and that they were secure just like any other flanged framed window. We couldn't stop them because as they were taking the windows out they were breaking them, etc. Since this time, we have been in touch with the install manager, and the quality assurance manager because there are issues with the windows such as flies getting in our home, capping not done right, caulking needing fixed, and a window that doesn't stay open. It's been 2 months now and still have not received the service we were supposed to get. These are not the windows we were expecting. These windows are installed with foam and sticks and very few screws. We still have not received our warranty either although we've been told on a few different occasions that it would be emailed to me. I was sent the warranty on the screens. We were not given the option to approve or disapprove these windows because that is not what we were told we were getting. No where in our contract does it say "pocket windows" or "insert windows". We are at a loss as to what to do to get the service these windows need. We have pictures of the huge gaps at install and what was used to fill those gaps. I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone. They are deceiving people as to what the final product is going to be.Review fromRichard N

My wife and I entered into an agreement with Window Nation to replace windows and a patio door in Nov. 2021. The windows were installed in April 2022 and paid in full, but one screen was missing. Also, the installers left trash and equipment behind. We called the Cherry Hill office several times, we called the salesman several times and we called the Sales Manager several times all to no avail. On June 20 I wrote a letter to the President of Window Nation and received a response on June 27 indicating that the matter would be rectified in 30 days. On August 12th I spoke with a representative of the company that manufactures window nations products and was told the screen will be installed in September. When I asked why it took so long, the representative said Window Nation had just given them the screen measurements on August 10th. We live in Williamstown, NJ and I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone. Richard N.Window Nation, LLC

The team sent to my house recently to put new windows in was AMAZING. I couldn't ask for any better service, they were polite, knowledgeable, clean cut and friendly. Never had such friendly people, this young men were really good. I am so glad I picked Window Nation. Good financing, always kept up to date.
