Warranty process is a joke and lucky we have yet to be fined for a broken window. Filed a claim for a broken window on June 21 and submitted all requested photos via email. Someone came out to the house a few weeks later, we were under the assumption that it was to replace the broken pane as we were told the appointment was for service/replacement. The person who came out only took photos and submitted them. It is now September 25th and we just received an email saying the replacement pane should ship from the factory on November 2.

      Sales..
Brian was knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Great job.
      Installation..
Tony and Rory were clean, near and very professional. They even stopped to chat and address questions and concerns.
Jeff measured accurately even checking for squareness of the frame. He to was neat, knowledgeable and clean. Also answering questions.
      Price..
The price was very reasonable and fair. Quality as well.
I recommend window nation for replacement windows at this time and the men listed to deal with.
      Hope this helps consumers.

After promises of a superior product from a superior company, we've been left disappointed and in the dark. Our windows were installed in a rush, covered in adhesive, scuffs, scratches, and chips in the vinyl. The caulk looks like a toddler did it.
We opted to not have WN install casing around the interior of the windows. The installers took that as an invitation to absolutely destroy the drywall surrounding each window. It will be exponentially more difficult to do it ourselves now.
The Installers couldn't get out of here fast enough. We spent at least 3 hours cleaning the windows and discovering all the mess they left. After calling to complain, an employee was sent to "resolve" our issues. He couldn't have been more useless and unprofessional. Using profanities and addressing customers as "Big Pimpin" is not what I would deem appropriate (and that's just a small sample of the behavior he displayed in our home).
We've had discussions with Terry, who's made some promises to make it right, but we've been ghosted for a month now. No updates, no checking in, and no call from her supervisor, as was promised. We are now going to have to take more time off work, and deal with the ongoing hassle that this has become. We deeply regret choosing WN. We are angered and feel mislead to believe they would provide quality products and workmanship.
For double the price of Window World, we've had more than double the headache.

Ordered 11 windows with prairie style grids. Told salesman and window measure tech exactly what we wanted & showed picture examples. Windows delivered for installation all but 2 were completely wrong style. Called instillation line before I would let installers start. Was told there’s no one here til Monday & hung up on me. Refused delivery. Workmen got the installation Manager Brian Schulenburg on the phone. Told me to allow installation, as window glass could and would be easily swapped with correct glass. Old windows removed. As new were going noticed all were over an inch too small on all sides. Called salesman again. He reassured me that they’d have their install manager & another “specialist” reach out & visit the site to inspect. All would be corrected. Couldn’t stop instillation now. All windows torn out. Over a week now & have not received ANY communication or attempt to correct the issues. Building inspector will not sign off on job as it’s not done properly. Buyer beware. Lots of empty promises. Also found large screws and metal fragments all around house. The driveway being the worst.

Everthing was great starting from the sales rep to the subcontracted installers. That was until we had a broken window that could not be installed as well as 3 missing screens. Almost at 2 months of not completing the job but fingers crossed they finally make this right. This is all thanks to my persistence of them getting my incompleted work and missing items ordered. I will NEVER recommend them to a single person and hope that my review as well as every single 1 star review from recent experiences keep anyone else from adding to these terrible stories

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam ***** from Window Nation, and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From start to finish, Sam went above and beyond to ensure that our window replacement process was smooth and stress-free.
Sam’s expertise was evident right from our initial consultation. He took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations that fit our budget and style. His knowledge of the products and the entire installation process was impressive, and he patiently answered all our questions, no matter how small.
What truly set Sam apart was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He kept us informed every step of the way, from scheduling the installation to following up afterward to ensure we were completely happy with the results. His professionalism and attention to detail were second to none, making us feel valued and confident throughout the entire process.
The installation team, recommended by Sam, was equally commendable—efficient, respectful, and skilled. The new windows have made a significant difference in our home’s comfort and energy efficiency, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I highly recommend Sam ***** and Window Nation to anyone considering new windows. Sam’s dedication and exceptional service make him a standout professional in the field. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about delivering the best results, Sam is your go-to expert.
Thank you, Sam, for making this experience so positive!

While the quality of our window and installation went well in our kitchen, the other window in the front of our house is completely wrong. We had to replace the front window and it is an inch smaller than the rest of the windows. We’ve tried multiple times (8-10) in the last four months to get a resolution and there has been none. We feel that our salesman just wanted to make a sale and didn’t actually tell us the truth on the type of window going in. We do not recommend this company. We are incredibly disappointed and we feel we aren’t a priority to make it right. Very unhappy.

The only reason we give Window Nation 1 Star is because ZERO isn't an option. None of our windows leaked before Window Nation replaced them. Now, every time it rains, water pours into our laundry room window. Window Nation refuses to fix it. Think about that before you give them thousands of dollars to screw your windows up, too.
We have given them the span of our warranty to make this right. They didn't make it right. Now they want to charge us hundreds more to do what should have been done prior to the expiration of our warranty.
      Garbage service and greed.....no thanks.

I should have known after the first time I delt with them 5 years ago, not to try it again, but life is about second chances...ordered 1 slider window and 2 STORMDOORS, with self contained screens..(that's even what is on the label off the box, that I kept, reads), one hinged left, one hinged right, and lever handles inside and out. Both are SREENDOORS, both hinged right, no coil, lever handle on outside only, push flaps on the inside. This is a problem as if you bump them they open. Not safe at all for my pets. Sharp edges on the doors INSIDE and old fashion slide up windows that you have to put your fingers in and press inward to open, then lift it up and hold the bottom one up while you preform the same action to bring the top one down. Not self contained at all and the screen is on the outside, exposed 24/7. The kick panel at the bottom is about the weight of a 1970's aluminum door. NOT STORMDOORS. Got a call from Nikki who was less than pleasant and basically threatened me when she couldn't bully me, that they would fix it, but it would take longer now that I had an attitude said they would call some other day and promptly hung up on me. Well, that's MY money. The doors are WRONG 100% and that was the 20th. This is the 27th. No one has attempted to fix the problem. The window, so far is fine. The installers were gems about it, bless their hearts. They did the best with what they were given being that the measuring tech enter wrong measurements for the height and width. Now there are gaps around the doors and the one doesn't close by itself. You either have it bang or pull it latched. I could have bought stormdoors at Lowes and listened to my husband swear putting then up for less aggravation and money, than this has caused. I signed the work order but not the financial statement. It will be right or they will put back my old STORMDOORS CORRECTLY. As a side note the first windows don't keep heat or cold out any better than the old ones did.
