      I purchased Gutter Helmet in 2018. They have a lifetime warranty. I called them in April with issues of them leaking in spots. They, (after a month and multiple phone calls from me) made an appointment to come out. The day before they cancelled that appointment and never rescheduled. I have called multiple times without any success. I have also texted them. They send me a text message saying they will reach out but never have. They also charged me 50$ to make an appointment. That is new. It was always a free service under the warranty. She told me to go read the contract. They have had my money now for 3 months and will not respond to me. I have not been able to talk with a person just leave multiple messages.

      we have spoken with the customer and our records show that her system was serviced on 6/12/24. The customer is saying that she has leaking in-between the gutters and her fascia. I set up a quality control inspection for 7/18/24 between 9-10am.

      We had Gutter Helmet system installed 3/20/1018. Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Latest problem happened March 9 or 10. Part of 1 section (10 ft long) broke off in the wind. Piece is approximate 4 ft long. The end is still attached and flaps up and down on our roof. Gutter Helmet came out on April 3 and wrote up estimate. They called and said we needed to sign a repair contract and submit a credit card and pay half now. Now said act of God, not under warranty. We didn't want to as we are already customer but had to in order to get it fixed.They charged our card $407 on June 3. I have made several calls and get no response as to when it will be fixed. Meanwhile broken off piece keeps flapping up and down. Hope it hasn't damaged our roof.

      Complaint has been resolved. Technician came out and replaced torn piece of Gutter Helmet. Said damage was due to.improper installation. They used sealant instead of screws. We should not have been charged.  We are very impressed with the BBB.  They got Gutter Helmet to respond and send out technician.  We will recommend BBB to everyone.

      I (VA 100%Disabled) have had Gutter Helmut for about 3-4 years and have been pleased with the product. We now have a blockage and need service to solve the problem. I called in mid May 2024 to schedule an appointment which was 3 weeks from my call. I received a text stating the service would take place June 10, 2024 between 10am-2pm. No one came. I called about 2:30 to see what the problem was and no one could or would help me. They referred me to Customer Care and no one answered the phone even after numerous calls. We do have the lifetime warranty but what good is it if no one from the business answers the phone. Please help me get the service I was guaranteed when I purchased the gutters.

      The Crew was running behind schedule yesterday and could not make it to the service. We have spoken to the customer and offered to service their system today however the customer stated that they would like to be home for the service. We have rescheduled the service for 6/26/24 weather permitting

      The $50 charged 3 weeks ago was not part of the contract or mentioned in the warranty. I feel I should not have to pay this and have it refunded to my credit card. If the company still does not come on June 26th I feel I have no recourse but to call my credit card company and report it as fraud. I was charged for a service I haven’t yet received. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to relate this charge.

      We bought our gutters from Gutter Helmet in Sept of 2016. Since then they have come out to readjust and fix the the gutter that is over our double doors. Every time they have come out we are told All Fixed. It isn't and never has been from the beginning. With the storms we have been having it has only gotten worse. We are unable to exit through those doors without an umbrella. The storm we had in May had water coming in beween the door and stormdoor. We called them out but before they would come we had to give them $50.00. We paid this and they came out and "Fixed it" NOT. We called them again but they wanted another $50.00. So it was decided that the time had come to get someone else involved. There is nothing in the paperwork we have explaining that we would be charges for them to come out and fix something that has not worked from the beginning. The storm from the next weekend came and we had water coming in the top of the inside door. We have picture and video evidence if needed.

      Please re-open this case as it is not resolved. The business reached out to schedule an appointment but showed up when no one was home. They re-scheduled and called to say they would arrive after 5pm but we could not accommodate the late notice. We were told they would call back and let us know when they were coming, and we have not heard anything for over a week. We have received no resolution. All communication happened over phone call.

      I had the gutter helmets installed on my home in 2018. This company has been a nightmare since. I replaced my roof and gutters in July 2023 and had the helmets removed to be reinstalled by their contractors per the warranty requirements, costing me approximately $1000. At the time of reinstallation, they damaged trim pieces on my brand new siding and were not willing to accept repsonsibility or do anything to fix that. Fast forward to now, I had to pay another $50.00 for a service call (which was not a part of the deal when I purchased the system in 2018) due to a bird nest in my gutter. Upon the technicians arrival to my home, he informed me that the helmets were not reinstalled correctly and that they needed to schedule me to remove and reinstall again. Needless to say, I am not happy. I had my roofer come out to take photographs of my home, because I expect that any further damage to my home by their company will be handled by them. There manager Dolli had asked me when my trim was damaged if I had a before picture to prove it was them - on my BRAND NEW siding. So I have the photos and need them to come fix the installation issues but they are not returning my phone calls. Last message I have from them is a voicemail from 5/23 and I have called back numerous times since and cannot get a response. I want my $50.00 back for the service call because their technician installed them incorrectly. I also will be having my home re-inspected and expect that they cover any damages they cause. I would also ask for a portion of the $1000.00 I had to pay them to remove and reinstall them last year be refunded due to my inconvenience and aggravation dealing with them to have to do the same thing again disrupting my schedule and my husband working from home and wasting my time trying to get this resolved. Or, they can give me a full refund of the amount I spent on their product in 2018 plus all additional monies paid since and come take their system off of my home

      I did speak with Ron who will be out next week.  After they complete the work, I will have my home re-inspected to ensure that they did no damage as I am not a roofing expert nor do I trust Gutter Helmet to be honest.  Upon the result of that will determine the next step.  If they caused damage to my home, I expect them to pay my contractor to repair it.  If the inspection comes back ok, I still do expect a refund as well.

      In September of 2003 I bought Gutter Helmet System for my home at the above address. The company advertises that if the gutters become clogged that they will come out and clean them. The company has provided this service for me for many years since 2003 because the system on the back of my house does not work properly.

      I have called the company three times this spring to request that they come and clean the gutters. I have never received a call back

      On April 30 Gutter Helmet charged $75.00 on my VISA for on site visit to adjust my ******* Awning. They were to come on May 22 between 9 am and noon. No one showed or called. I began calling their office and leaving messages. Some times I would reach a lady and leave a message with her. She assured me someone would get back to me ASAP. To date, 5-26-2024 I have not been contacted. I worry this company is bankrupt.

      I want my money back. I will contact ******* corporate to arrange service of the awning as I no longer trust GUTTER HELMENT.

      I want to recognize Mike B***, Regional Manager with Lednor Home Solutions and Gutter Helmet for his swift and professional service. For whatever reason it was difficult to get any help locally. Mr. B*** called the first business day after my BBB complaint. He apologized for my poor service but explained that they were no longer service reps for ******* awnings. He refunded my $75 that day. And linked me up with the local ******* dealer who will provide service this week.

      So a big "thank you" to Mr B*** and to BBB for making me a happy camper.

      We have Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet installed onto our house in 2019. As part of our contract, we were told we would have free gutter cleaning to keep the gutters free flowing for the lifetime of product. We used the company to install and clean the gutters.

      As part of the warranty, the contract states, "A Lifetime Performance Warranty that Gutter Helmet will keep gutters "free flowing", subject to limitation that the system has not been tampered with, removed, or replaced by unauthorized persons, or damaged by forces of nature, tree limbs, or equipment."

      My gutters are no longer free flowing and have debris in them. Under warranty stated both on contract and verbally by company at time of purchase, we would have free gutter cleanings for lifetime of product.

      The company now is charging $50 fee to come clean blocked gutters that should be covered under warranty.

      It is March 9, 2024.  When I spoke to Gutter Helmet on Feb 22, they stated a manager would contact me back in 72 hours.  I have not received any contact from a manager.

      The manufactures warranty states that the gutters will remain free flowing and if they become clogged they will be cleaned free of charge. The dispatch fee is not part of the manufactures warranty. The dispatch fee is to dispatch a service crew to the location of the install to determine what type of issue the customer is having. if at the time of inspection it is deemed to be a warranty related issue we will take care of the issue per the manufacture's warranty with out any extra charges.

      2-3 foot icesicles hanging from gutters causing the steps and driveway to ice up not letting me to exit the house pulling the gutters from house happens everytime it snows can not get service for 2 weeks this is a hazzard and dangerous

      Gutter Helmet has a referral program and a friend of mine asked me who put the gutter on my house and I referred to Gutter Helmet. She was original going to Leaf Fitters and I told her to have Gutter Helmet to give her a bid because they did a good job on my house. Well after she got the bid, a guy name Bruce B. called me and he he thanked me for the referral and once my friend gets the gutters and pays for them they will send me a
      check in the amount of $200.00. She got the gutter and she paid for them. I called Bruce and stated that he would look into it. He called back and stated that since her name was already in the system from a Home show back in 2017, but she has never had a bid with this business. This is the excuse they gave not to give me the $200.00. IF, she was already in the system he should have checked before he even called me the first time about the $200.00. I would like my $200.00 I was promised.
