      I am not liable for this debt with Wake Emergency PHYS P A. I don't have a contract with Amerifinancial Solutions llc who is trying to collect money from me. They did not provide me with proof of contract between them and myself for this debt as requested. I request that this account be removed from my credit report.

      In the attached file you will find the letter that has been sent to ******* requesting verification and accuracy of this account since this account is not mine. In August and September, I sent a letter to the collection company directly requesting verification of the account, however, this company never responded to my request.

      As stated previously AFS does not collect debt on behalf of ********************** so AFS cannot address a dispute associated with that debt. AFS does not claim to have a contract with the consumer.  AFS is a collection agency. If the consumer examines her credit report the consumer should be able to ascertain the creditor's name on whose behalf AFS is collecting. If the consumer wishes to supply the trade line from her credit report that includes that information, AFS would be happy to look at it. AFS realizes that the consumer is disputing a debt directly with AFS, but AFS needs to know the debt the consumer is disputing since it can't be Charter Communication since AFS does not collect on behalf of that creditor.AFS looks forward to working with the creditor in resolving this matter.

      I have a $975 charge off on my *********** account and I dont know why. I have had no medical issues or medical bills unpaid. I would like documentation on the original lender and timeframe of the debt. I want it taken off of my Credit report or explanation of who this debt is from when it occurred and I will also file a dispute with ***********.

      AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) stands by its previous response. AFS is not claiming it owns the account. The account was placed with AFS for collections. The consumers privacy rights have not been violated as AFS is permitted to report this account on behalf of the creditor. The reporting of the account does not require the consumers permission. As stated in the previous response AFS looks forward to working with the consumer so that this matter can be resolved.       AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) does not claim to have a contractual relationship with the consumer. AFS is a collection agency and the consumers account was placed for collection. On 4/24/24 the consumer called AFS and stated that consumer was represented by an attorney. Documentation of the account was sent to the consumers attorney.  The consumer may wish to follow-up with the attorney as to the status of the case.       In September of 2022, I was seen by ************************* for a broken left leg. Surgery was performed and I was sent home. I have ********************. Fast forward to present time, I am seeing an account turned over to collections from an Asheboro Emergency Physicians that according to *************************, was responsible for the billing from their emergency department at that current timethey no longer use them anymore according to *************************. After multiple calls between the hospital, Asheboro Emergency Physicians, my ************** and AmeriFinancialI have had next to no help. This bill sent by Asheboro Emergency Physicians was never received by myself or my insurance. I have verified multiple times and neither have received it. Asheboro Emergency Physicians claims they sent multiple reports of the bill but my insurance never received anything. Now when I call Asheboro Emergency Physicians, they claim the account is closed and there is a zero dollar balance showing. On the contrary, when I now am reaching back out to AmeriFinancial, they are claiming the account is still active and they are still wanting their $809 plus an additional $57 for their fees I think they call it? AmeriFinancial are telling me that the account says zero dollar balance on Asheboro Emergency Physicians end because it has been turned over to collections. I requested a paper copy of the bill to be sent via mail to my address over two weeks ago from AmeriFinanfial on the 26th of July 2024 and have still NOT received anything. My insurance sent me an entire list of what was billed to them and not a single piece is from Asheboro Emergency Physicians or for $809. I am needing help in getting this resolved and someone actually knowing what is going on who can legibly speak English. Can anyone help me?
