    I am disgusted. These scammers charged me for a premium membership i NEVER signed up for and I can't get in touch with ANYONe from their company. Absolutely a scam operation.

    They started taking $25 a week out of my account without my permission to "pay off debt" but it was not paying off debt, and I have no idea where the money was going. I cant even access it. Their chat option sucks too and you cant ask questions. I cant reach anyone and want my money back.

    I signed up for the program to have someone negotiate to lower my bills on my BEHALF. Instead, I receive a call from Xfinity making sure I knew someone else was on the other line IMPERSONATING me. There is a MAJOR difference between speaking to someone on BEHALF of them vs. IMPERSONATING them. When I confronted them, they hung up. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never be back with them.

    I had Questions and Heather answered every question I had. She was very efficient getting back to me in the chat. Rocket Money is doing wonderful things for me, I’m so Happy I seen their commercials a few times and went to the website. Really Rocket Money is doing great things for me, if you have any doubts just check them out, They’ll do great things for you also.

    I think they are shysters and scam artists! They claimed to lower my bill and it was never load. They then withdrew $35.20 for doing it. I should have been smarter and read these reviews. I hope other customers are smarter than me and read these reviews!

    They make it difficult to cancel account and have switched the name from Truebill to Rocket Money. I tried to cancel my account and was told there wasn’t one under the only email I use.

    Customer service is A+++.
    Would highly recommend. I placed an order and the artist didn’t get back to me but Uncommon Goods made it right.

    Was charged $51 dollars when they said they would only charge $4 a month. Misrepresenting their membership and cost. Total scam...

    Provides excellent service and helps keep track of my finances, the smart savings is especially fantastic, and of course, their support team is without question incredible, I had an issue with my account due to my card being replaced and the support team helped resolve everything quickly and smoothly, massive thank you to Audrey from support they talked me through the entire process and helped get me sorted without issue, if you're on the fence about giving the app a try DO IT you won't be disappointed.

    I had the Customer Service Rep named Audrey. She was absolutely supportive & kind during the process. The conversation lasted over a few days. In that time, she excelled at communicating and keeping me up to date with the situation. It was well worth reaching out for help!!
