    Rocket Money has helped me get a better understanding of my monthly spending. Once I saw all of my incoming and outgoing money in one place I was able to thoughtfully cut back in certain areas and save some money. Also, their customer service is excellent and so easy to use with the chat feature. Brittany helped me resolve an issue so quickly and easily. Thanks for that! I definitely recommend using Rocket Money to help with your own budgeting.

    Crooks 100%. I had an account with them and had my balance paid off for a month and hit me with interest fees. I called them out on it and they couldn't explain it. They asked what they could do for me and I said remove the bogus fee charges. They told me they wouldn't so I said cancel my account. They canceled it instantly and sent me an email with the interest fees and a blocked email to them. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their interest rates are also very high for my 730 score and do not honor rewards program.

    This program has helped my lower several bills and it handled everything when it came to negotiating. The only thing I really had to do was provide my log info for each bill I wanted negotiated.

    The customer service is timely and very personable.

    I feel secure in using this program and have had no issues.

    There is no phone number for you to speak to a live person. And when you click on the link to call them, you are taken to Rocket Mortgage, the girl was helpful, and she sent an email for me to get a refund as I NEVER used their services and getting ahold of someone was super painful. After the initial email anything I send to them get returned as an invalid address. DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE THEM - they literally keep charging by bank account. (ZERO Star rating)
