  I am writing to file a complaint against Rocket Money. I signed up for a free trial of their service, and during that trial period, they negotiated a lower rate on my cable bill. However, after the trial period ended, I received an email saying I owed them over $400!!! I was never informed of this fee and did not agree to it.
  I contacted customer service to inquire about the fee and was not able to speak to a live person. Finally, after texting on their website and emailing, I received an email saying they could only cancel the negotiation request before it has been conducted, and not after they negotiated a discount with your provider. Again, I was never given the opportunity to say if what was negotiated on my behalf was acceptable and I did not know about their cancellation policy. I also have not received a discount from my cable company.
  I find this to be an unfair business practice. I was not informed of this hidden fee and I did not accept the negotiation they made on my behalf. Nor have I received any discounts from my cable company.
  I would appreciate your investigating this matter and taking appropriate action. I believe Rocket Money is engaging in unfair business practices, and I would like them to be held accountable.

  They are crooks! Once they gain access to your bank account for accounting reasons they continue to charge you even after services have been canceled.

  I think this is a scam site..
  i don't recall signing up unless it was a free trial.
  
  I doesnt work and I can't even reset the password while Im being cahrged for something I never used. Cant use it cause it doesn't work, though it did sound like a good idea.
  Help it ruining my like try to escape the trap

  I am disgusted. These scammers charged me for a premium membership i NEVER signed up for and I can't get in touch with ANYONe from their company. Absolutely a scam operation.

  I am pretty upset with this company I signed up for the free trial to see if it was something I wanted. 4 days of having this free trial I was charged $48.00 which I never agreed to! I want a refund and I can't even get in touch with a real number that is connected to rocket money!

  I am receiving emails for subscriptions I shouldn’t have and am having identity theft issues and I should have no business dealing with rocket money or truebill.com.
  I could not
  Locate a phone number except for the BBB listing and that number is disconnected.
  So if there is fraud taking place how would I contact you for information?

  I had the Customer Service Rep. Audrey. She was absolutely amazing & kind during the long process. The conversation lasted maybe a little over a week? But it was well worth it!! Thank you so much for the help Audrey <3

  Rocket Money was a game-changer for managing my budget and tracking expenses.
  Before this app I was tracking expenses manually in a spreadsheet, which was not only time consuming, but inaccurate.
  Rocket Money allows you to see not just all expenses, but where you're spending your money. You can also set budgets for each category, and track spending from month to month, showing increases or decreases in spending.
  Amazing app, definitely recommend.

  Stay Far Away! I signed up with them when they were formally called Truebill looking to consolidate subscriptions and lower a few utility bills to save money. BIG MISTAKE! No chat support responses or answers to my countless emails. After threatening to take legal action they due to no response, they DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I have screenshots of the chat requests and the emails I sent as proof, but please utilize another agency for your money management. This company has NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS on several platforms where people are reporting stolen funds and financial information, unauthorized monthly and annual membership charges, and an inability to reach anyone in the customer support department. They blame low staffing, but still have not responded to my requests and it has been MONTHS. Save your money and watch a free video on YOUTUBE. RocketMoney/Truebill is not worth the headache.

  set this up with rocket money for a 7day trial and thought it was canceled little did i know there are still taking money for my account. then they said we are doing what we can but are short staffed and still the money comes out. Rocket Money has costed me more money then any of the accounts they said they could negotiate for me!! What a SCAM!!!!
